Best Wendy's I've been to. This building has been completely replaced, and it is great. I wish I had a camera, this is a good Wendy's, and I'm not usually a fast food guy. They also have a "mix your own" soda machine (2 of them, actually) inside, which makes it a bit fun to visit inside. read more

I really hate leaving bad reviews but I came into the drive through for lunch and when I went to pay I wanted to make sure they had the correct information. One of the items was incorrect and the woman at the window said it's too late to change it because it's already been made. So I gave her my card and waited. Then I had to pull up because it wasn't made yet. Which to me, tells me she either didn't know or didn't want to correct the order. And when another person brought out my order I asked if there were straws and barbecue sauce and she said "I don't know." And went back inside. It appears the other reviews for this location have also been very negative. Hopefully management or cooperate will step in to turn things around otherwise I don't see this location improving. read more

Trash! My wife and I decided to get 2 small frosty's and a large fry to dip. It just sounded good. Big mistake. The fries were limp, soggy, and clearly the bottom of the bag. Not to mention, if this is a large, nobody even made an attempt to fill it. Thanks for making me drive down the street to Hardee's to get real fries (and that's not saying much). Do better Wendy's. With the cost of food and so many options now, how are you still in business? The best part is telling the young girl at the drive thru thank you and have a good night. There is a younger girl in there that will treat you differently if you are a white person let me preface this with this was not my first awful experience with her but will hopefully be the last, today (January 31st 2025) at around 4:15 pm I stopped in on my lunch break to go through the drive through, she sees me pull up to the menu (probably recognized me from out previous interaction) and I was then basically forced to go into the lobby due to not being served at the drive through. When I get to the counter I'm faced with a staunch attitude from this girl and no greeting I then awkwardly told her my order and was met with silence than my total, I payed for my food and left upon looking at my food I realized they served me chicken that had to be multiple hours old, now to elaborate on her blatant arrogance and racism, not only has this type of thing happened to me but another one of my white co workers and we have both seen her treat patrons that are African Americans with dignity and respect while we get nothing but a snarky attitude and ignorance, this young woman is not fit for the service industry and should be terminated from her position immediately. As for the other workers they have always been lovely to me and my heart goes out to them because dealing with her must be a living nightmare as her attitude is awful and she's glued to her phone. Hopefully Wendy's gets this and fixes this problem as I like their food and it's the closest fast food to my job. read more

I was greeted with "f**k this Man and his Frosty or shake" Get your stuff together , literally I don't even want to consume my food now after being so aggressively told that my order wasn't of any concern to the cashier . I've never reviewed a Wendy's or even a fast food place before, because let's be honest you know the quality (food and customer service) isn't going to be greatest, having worked in the industry myself I accept this as a universal trait of the fast food business. Though tonight I was witness to some, if not the worst customer service I've ever had. I placed an online order and arrived at 12:30a (30m before they closed) of course they were packed, because this is the only "restaurant" still serving food after midnight in the CR area on a Saturday night (bs for a "city" btw). After waiting in line for nearly 20mins the guy in the car in front of me, sat at the ordering kiosk for 10mins, and no words were exchanged between him or the workers... all cars in front of him had gotten their orders and had left by now. 10mins passed, and it was now 1:01a, and they had closed. I had waited long enough, I proceeded to leave after realizing I was never going to get my food. Later finding out, the guy sitting in the car in front of me was a friend of one of the workers on shift, and had been called to purposely sit at the single drive thru kiosk in an attempt to "wait it out" until 1a when they closed, so that his friends didn't have to make food for the cars behind him (me and 2 other vehicles). I thought I'd seen it all, but this was an instance of pretty epic and advanced poor customer service, so hence my review. Thanks, I'll never be back to this location again. read more

I purchased 2 breakfast sandwiches that had a promotional free drink for during the time of my order. I was charged for two drinks at $2.99 each. After calling to get a refund, I was told to come back for the refund. I came back to the same restaurant about 10 days later and was told that they couldn't issue a refund and would have to come back another day, which I can't because I don't live there. They harassed me and were swearing at me. Gave me a GMs number it's not working. Terrible service, terrible people! read more

Must be scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees. Can't even tell the customers in the drive through that they are out of something, just thought..:let's just switch it out for something else and see if they notice. Didn't work...nice try though. Then they forgot the kids toys. When I called (because they already locked the lobby doors 30 minutes early) they said they couldn't run the 2 toys out to me quick because it was against their policy. So...25 minutes later. I finally get to the window and talk with the manager, and he said that both people I talked with before him at the window, that claimed to be "one of the managers", were in fact not one of the managers. Also that he said he would've ran the toys out himself. Not at all happy with this waste of a time. Can't even call a general manager, because he said that they keep changing, and can't give a regional manager's number out. Sounds like the run around to me. read more

I absolutely love Wendy's, but this Wendy's is the slowest I have ever been too and has the RUDEST workers. The worker today (and trust me, I have other examples) spilled Dr Pepper all over my partner as they grabbed the drink from the drive through. We had to yell to get his attention as he slammed the window shut and didn't even say anything after doing so. Then, when we asked for napkins and he finally acknowledged us, he gave us 2 before slamming the window again. Two napkins definitely didn't do the trick and it would have been nice if he had acknowledged spilling a drink all over us. Would have also been nice to get a new drink, but oh well. read more

I will never eat tat this Wendy's location again. I ordered a Chili potato and a drink. Take out... When I got home and began to eat my potato I found a dead cock roach in my potato. I called the place of business and they had me drive back with my meal. I was not feeling to well and was thinking bad thoughts. Once I arrived at the business and handed them the un eaten food with ROACH, the manager said "yes it does look like a roach can I get you something else?" I said no thanks! There was no offer of an apology or anything. He didn't even have the courtesy or time to say any thing more. Very inconsiderate. This Wendy's is off my list for fast food. No thank you. read more

Not only are they super slow, but I had a terrible experience with their staff. I'm assuming this man was the manager, he had a tie and black sweater on, was insanely rude. He had asked where I work and when I told him, his response was "I'm sorry" when I asked why he said that my place of employment was a terrible place to work. People are entitled to their opinion, but putting down a customer and where he or she works is a terrible example of customer service. I will never give them my business again. read more

This was a lot better Wendy's than the one at 190 Collins Rd. However the guy who was working the window with curlier hair had the worst attitude about us having a larger order. We had a whole family packed into a van to see my brother graduate from Cornell, and had 7 orders of fries and spent over $50 worth of food. When we asked for ketchup, he gave us 4 packets. We understood the fact a large order can stress workers out so we took the mopey and unhappy voice and body language, but once he did that, we drove off before we caused a scene. read more

First, let me start off by saying when I do choose to go the fast food route, Wendy's is by far my favorite and I am typically satisfied with the product and service. This particular Wendy's has been less than satisfying almost every time I've chosen to visit. Which is disappointing considering it is the closest one to my home. I understand this is just a fast food joint. I had no high expectations by any means when I decided to go through the drive through. My last visit was 9PM, and I knew the risk of going to any fast food restaurant during the "down" hours. I expected the fries to be not so fresh and the service to be mediocre. The people working this last visit seemed to be in high spirits and were very friendly. However, the food was terrible! I ordered the Baconator meal. The burger was bland and tasteless. The fries were cold by the time I got home(keep in mind I live less than 2 minutes away). The taste of the fries was disgusting. I don't know if they had fried them in old oil or if it was the fact there was no salt on them at all to give them taste. To top it all off, when I went through the drive through, I requested "a bunch" of ketchup. When I got home and pulled everything out of the bag, there was only one ketchup packet. Granted, it was the new and improved large ketchup packet which is supposed to be the equivalent of three normal packets... still, I do not consider this to be "a bunch" of ketchup. So, there I sat, completely disappointed with the tasteless burger, old fries and my one packet of ketchup. Regardless, I don't think I will be making any more stops at this Wendy's location. read more

The last two times I have been to this Wendy's the wait time has been horendous. I arrived at 11:16 (way before lunch peak). No one in line in front of me. Ordered baked potatoe and chili (Just need to be dished up). Received my me at 11:24. 7 - 8 people behind the counter running around like chickens with their heads cut-off. Watched 10 cars get served through the drive through, but couldn't serve one guess inside. read more
