This is the worst wendys I've ever went to the manager Bianca was very rude and was disrespectful while taking my order i ask her for packets of ketchup and she rolled her eyes and shoved them in my hand plus when i went back home i was getting ready to eat but then notice she had misplaced my order i went back the next day and got my original order for free though the manager was very rude besides that one of the female workers that were making the food was very polite. read more

Walked into this place for the FIRST time since it is brand new into the neighborhood! Walked in and was immediately disappointed! First the look into this restaurant is so BLAH, SAD,DIRTY!!! SECOND, the workers were hanging around the counters talking chatting and relaxing as if customers werent infront of them! Not to mention people in the back counter were wearing street clothes, bookbags touching things like grabbing what looked like tea,lemonade behind the counter with headphones on!! Just ridiculous and not sanitary at all...... This was the worst service i have ever received!!! The food was a joke , the manager and fellow coworker were watching a BULLS GAME! My goodness! The service in the drive thru is atrocious! It seriously took 3 or 4 people to understand that we wanted the GOUDA bacon cheeseburger, not a Jr bacon cheeseburger. 3 cars in the secondary lane moved up before someone could understand. I use to work here only night shift. I started in Drive thru and went to sandwiches that was my strength. I am fast before cars were at the window I had sandwiches stacked . I'd have up to 5 orders at a times ready for them to give out the food. Well after numerous times of Liz with the pink hair and Bianca ( night mgr) as well.constantly asking me to remake sandwiches including Vanessa another night mgr. So I started to speak up and let them know which sandwiches were made and what was what. Basically they were selling Wendy's product and putting it in their pocket. I've also witness night Mgrs. Give advice on how to void out orders still give customer the food and pocket the money. drive cashiers Jaime,Liz with the pink hair and night managers would split the moneythis happened on vanessa Sanchez shifts at night and on bianca shifts as well. Bianca let her known friends in after lobby closed shed give food out the back doors so much more I know its ridiculous. I enjoyed the days Horcio worked because he did everything by the book. Nothing was random when he ran night shift. It's the only days things were done correctly how its supposed to be. Well I basically was fired after I brought all this to the Gm Marci attention. She started by reducing my hours then taking my work days. So. Basically coming forward with the truth got me fired . Marci said" as long as Shawn the district manager dont find out all this nonsense and stealing going on were ok!" She was upset but never did anything she instead covered up her managers mistakes and stealing she looked the other way and fired me after i expressed my concerns while i work night shift and her way of fixing the problem was by getting rid of me. They sell outdated salads. They serve burgers that fall to the floor... the person will walk away as if their gonna toss it and Marci will tell me,"just re wrap it"when i did tell her the things that are going on at night and she ll replay. " well.... what do you want me to do fire them?" I said, Marci I am not here to tell you how to do your job, I just can't work like this these mgrs are running this place how they want. And I told Marci who do I go to if you my Gm (marci) your not doing anything about it. What do you do when ITS YOUR MANAGERS that are the problem" she shook her head and said , "I just dont know what to do " I asked her to have a crew meeting g so we can fix everything . She agreed but didn't happen. I requested a yeti g with shawn and her and horacio as well with the night managers to bring g out everything that need to be known. And Marci failed to ha e that meeting. Next thing g I know I'm fired. They recycle everything outdated and mix it in with the fresh sauces or mix old lettuce co Reed by fresh lettuce. I'm a highschool student, whose only source of income is a couple of dollars every now and then from my parents. Drive the extra 5 minutes to a different Wendy's. The other day I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru and nobody ever answered my 'Hello?' I ended up leaving. Decided to give it another try today. Waited forever in the drive thru again (2 cars ahead of me), then in line, then when I was finally at the window to pay, they said they can't accept a $100 bill but for me to wait to see if they mayne could. I'v given this location multiple chances. First off, these people apparently are incapable of giving out correct order. Second, the food was old and stale. Just an overall bad location, which is a shame because it just opened, if anything you'd expect them to try to win over the neighborhood. read more

This Wendy's is pretty bad. I just went and ordered a 10pcs meal with a strawberry lemonade and a side of another 6pc because I asked from a spicy Cesar salad and was told I could not receive it without cheese because they were premade. I'm sorry what if I had an allergy or just didn't like cheese would you tell me no still? It doesn't take long to make the salads I've ordered it before at previous Wendy's, plus I was the only person in drive thru I'm sure nothing was being done inside. I also asked for bbq and was also asked if I wanted some, well I never received it either. As for the strawberry lemonade it's pure water, because they choose to premake it instead of making it by hand and also load it with ice when it's super cold outside. And they want to be paid $15 an hour but can't do anything right? I understand some of them prolly hate the job cuz I was in there shoes for 6 years doing overnight at McDonald's but never did I fail to serve my customers correctly. I heard it was terrible from fellow people in the community, however I gave it the benefit of the doubt. It was terrible. First of all, no one on the staff could speak Spanish. You open a business in a predominant Latino community and you can't even hire bilingual people. I had to translate for the two customers in front of me because I was hungry and could not wait for the worker to repeat herself 40x. Apparently repeating the same thing just louder makes people understand. Second, the order took forever. I guess it was on purpose because the two soda machines were not working. It took me 20min to get a soda with no ice (ice part was not working). Third, it was just nasty in there. They had someone that didn't know what they were doing trying to refill the soda machines and they were leaving the syrup containers all over the floor. Customers were stepping in syrup splatter. When I asked the manager if one machine was working she yelled across the floor asking who was suppose to refill the machine. I believe as a manager you should know. Third, part of my order was a small decaf coffee. None was made, there were a couple of older people behind me that ordered the same thing. We had to wait a long time. Mind you my food was ready and just sitting on the counter while waiting for the coffee. Fourth, by the time I was able to get home a couple blocks away, everything was cold. The chicken nuggets and burger were ok cold but the fries were just tossed in the trash. I will never be going back again. read more
