Went by Wendy's on McGrady Dr. in South Cleveland and got two chicken sandwiches for carry out lunch. The chicken on my sandwich was mostly raw. I did not realize this until after taking a bite and swallowing it. Threw the rest of the sandwich away and saving the receipt in case I get sick and need a doctor and have to sue. Scratch this Wendy's off my lunch list - and all Wendy's after being served raw chicken. read more

Not sure whether it's staffing or people. But this place is becoming very slow just to get your order. Not organized at all. Food is still normally good and clean most of the time But if your in a hurry. Drive thru is best bet vs coming inside. read more

On one occasion waited for 15 min in drive thru. The girl at the window was on her phone and talking to another worker. Had to remind them about my drink which got me an eye roll and sigh. On my 2nd trip there waited 10 min just to be told their computer was down and couldnt take orders. Never going back to this location. read more

Newest Wendy's in Cleveland. They built it quick as it was finished before you knew it. It's convenient if you going to Walmart as they also have a drive thru. Service has always been good as the workers tend to their customers in a professional manner. I come for their chili or frosties usually but some times get a combo sandwich meal. read more

I'm not sure why this store is even open. They say they can't take orders because there systems down or there card machines broke. There frosty machines "broke" all the time. Employees are rude just about every visit. My son worked there a few months ago and he said they would lie about this things because they didn't want to take orders. read more

On a little day trip with my wife and son, my wife and I both started to get hangry so we decided to stop in at the Wendy's and get something quick to eat. Pulled up to the drive thru and they were slightly busy so the wait was a little long, not more than 15mins, but hey what do you expect when you pull up to a longer line. Ordered our food, and pulled up to the window and retrieved our food, and at first I was a little upset seeing as they had forgotten to put my honey mustard sauce in my bag for my spicy nuggets, but the way my chicken sandwich and my spicy nuggets were cooked to perfection, I was not upset, and my wife was extremely satisfied with the spice and flavor of her chicken sandwich as well, all around good experience. 10/10 would definitely recommend. read more

I wish I had read all the reviews before coming to this location. All of the one-star reviews are spot on. I waited in the Drive-Thru for nearly 15 minutes. The teenagers working there were not even in a Wendy's uniform. One of the lollygaggers tried to apologize for the wait as he finally handed me my food (yes the fries were cold if anybody's wondering). I told him to save the apology, seeing as how the service I received was on par with all of the reviews I had time to look at while waiting. read more

If you like watered down soda the Wendy's on McGrady drive is the place to go. I told the lady that my drink had already lost all its ice and explained to her how. She had a container with ice sitting there and she instead of scooping the ice poured water and all in the cup. She made another drink but not before she got hateful and did the same thing she tried to give me just ice that had 2" of water in it. I said but my soda is watered down. Then she got smart and told me she had more to do then fix the ice and a new drink. I always have trouble at this location. I was going to do the survey but she didn't send a receipt out the window. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with nothing but cheese and meat and they got my order all sorts of messed up. One of them was a chicken sandwich and the other was a burger with tomatoes and lettuce. I went in to have them fix it but they forced me out and didn't take my food. I have been in this Wendy's line for an hour. I sat in line for over 30 mins, ordered a dbl baconator combo large with diet coke and wound up with a small fries and a daves single. Also the guy at the window (Dakota was his name) shoved the bag out the window and told me to have a "Merry Christmas". I knew what he meant. Not very good customer service. Service is good. But S. L. O. W. Fifteen minutes in line with TWO customers in front of us. The cashier seemed to the ONLY one working in the restaurant. One employee decided to go on break. I live fairly close to this Wendy's and have frequently visited with my family. In the years I have lived here and visited this restaurant, I have watched it progressively get worse. I ATTEMPTED to order lunch for myself and my family during my lunch break at work. I waited behind ONE person in line for nearly 10 minutes. Once I was finally able to pull forward to order, I waited over 5 minutes just to be addressed. After 5 minutes had passed I called the restaurant and asked if anyone was working the drive thru. I spoke to the manager on duty, Liz. She giggled her way through explaining that they had 3 people quit and their truck was a week late. Her final reason for the customer at the drive thru not even being addressed, was because they were waiting on fries. I asked her if that was any reason for a customer to sit at the speaker for over 5 minutes without even a welcome to Wendy's, we will be right with you? Again she giggled her way through this response and made further excuses about how she didn't know what was going on with the girl at the front. This was by far not my first bad experience here, but it is my last. I can assuredly say, this is my final disasterous visit to this Wendy's. I will ensure my family does not waste their time or money here as well. read more
