Decent enough, this was my last stop before heading home. I wasn't up to cooking dinner so it was Wendy's today. I do love their Biggie Bag which includes a burger, nuggets, fries and a refillable drink (if you're dining in). The dining room was clean and the condiments area was tidy/stocked. Another very unpleasant experience at the Wendy's in Clover. Very rude young woman with dyed black hair at the drive through who clearly hates her job and her customers. She is incredibly unfriendly. She worked tonight and every time we have seen her in the past she acts the same way. I think we will start going to a different location. They should retrain her on how to be friendly and provide customer service. She interrupts you while you are ordering and acts like you are a total inconvenience for coming there to get food. read more

I ordered delivery from Wendy's - it took 5 minutes to deliver it, but the only thing warm and edible was the Baked Potato. The burger patties were overcooked, hard and cold - no tomato was added. The small fries were cold and hard as were the 3 chicken tenders which was missing the 4th item. I ordered DoorDash and Wendy's messed up my order. Picture to show what I ordered and what I got on my chicken sandwich. I also only got 5 nuggets, instead of 6, and one was a spicy nugget. So, I emailed corporate office and Eileen told me to contact DoorDash to complain. It wasn't DoorDash they were great but this Wendy's did not make my sandwich correctly or can even count correctly apparently. Good luck getting what you ordered or even any help from corporate! This Wendy's is always super slow, it shouldn't have to be 25 plus mins for me to place an order through the app before I pick up my food. Ordered it through the app, pull up to the window just for the staff member to tell me to hold on... and then wait 17 mins before asking me what I wanted. While waiting, asked them if I'm still waiting or if I can just pull through since it's an online order" yes just wait I'll be right there". Get my food and the nuggets are completely stale and dried out, the fries were soggy and not fresh. After all that wait... didn't even get my normal order of 10 nuggets that I paid for and only got 6. Horrible experience. Do not recommend this Wendy's. I have come to this location for two years when my daughter wants it. They are usually loud, can hear personal convos at the window but usually pretty good with my orders. Today the lady that may be the Manager I am not sure was a pure imbecile. I tried to call the support line for corporate cause talking to her would be like speaking to the ground or wall. When customers order 3 orders of nuggets and ask for the condiments they want put them in the bag with what they paid for. I then have to go inside and she acts as if the sauces are her last meal and she doesn't want to give me any. So one night last week, my husband I stopped in at the drivethru, after my shift at work. We specifically told the guy no cheese on my burger as I am allergic. Go here once or twice a week. You absolutely have to inventory your bag or they will rip you off period. I inventory my stuff and still end up with missing stuff. In last couple months, they stolen about $50 from me in missing items. I am gonna slowly, now slower completely inventory my items, which will make the line even slower.. slower speeds = slower profit minus the $ for people avoiding or leave the line . Poor management is reason why they fail to understand that grade school formula. This not the workers fault but purely incompetent management. read more

Went to this Wendy's drive thru today in Clover on Charlotte Hwy and ordered the Daves single. Took a couple of bites out of the burger and I noticed it didn't have mustard on it, which I wanted. When I took the bun top off I noticed something black and plastic mixed in with the lettuce and tomato. Upon further review I found it to be one of those plastic bread ties. (See photo) I went inside and told them and although they did make me a new Dave's single (which tasted disgusting btw, the veggies tasted frozen and the bun was soggy) they could've cared less about it. Website says closing is at 2am. I pull up at 1am and I'm told they only have lemonade and sweet tea. I agree to lemonade. The lady fills my cup with with like 80% ice. When I bring it to their attention she's like well we're about to close and we didn't have much lemonade left. Why would you offer a drink you don't have? I gave it 2 stars because I felt bad. They have several employees that work hard, and then, there are the others that would rather not work. The place is filthy, it needs a deep steam cleaning for several weeks. The general manager should beg corporate to close the store for at least a week to clean the store and re-train the employees.
