Placed an online order for 14 pizzas thru the app a couple days before pickup. Got an order confirmation number and everything. Go to pickup the pizzas for my daughter's 1st birthday party and they say they never got the order and they can't make any pizzas at all cause their "system is down". Didn't do anything at all to help.... Mind you this is at 12pm on a Sunday. I believe they are just lazy and don't want to do their job. Thank God papa John's down the road was able to make 14 pizzas in 30 minutes and save my daughter's 1st birthday party from being a disaster. Food-unsure Service Ambiance-? I attempted to order a pizza from whom said 'TJ' manager-took awhile to order and when I asked why a one item large was 8.99 but a two item was 25.99 he nor I could justify. When I asked he sharply said I don't make the prices-I told him I understood that but asked him if it made sense-he had my credit info as well-he hung up on me. When I called back, he answered and I asked him why he hung up on me and he did it again so I tried to call back a third time and a girl answered and asked me to hold on for TJ. She came back moments later and said he was no longer there and that she was a manager And I asked her if there was two managers on duty she said yes and I said what can I talk to TJ since we started out this whole transaction she said he's not available. I don't like this kind of treatment is totally different in the evenings than the daytime to order at this place, but I will say that I will never order from this place again. I enjoy Pizza Hut from time to time. I decided to order in. I called in to use a code I received from a previous order where they were late with my order. The driver answered the phone and knew absolutely nothing about taking an order, much less how to use my coupon. I finally placed my order. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza & a meat lovers pizza. The pizza was over an hour late again. It barely had sauce on it, and It wasn't hot. It was terrible! I called to see if there was any alternative. The guy on the phone attempted To ask the manager, and she stated, "She didn't have time to deal with my concern." Needless to say, I won't be supporting this location ever again. Worse pizza. There was almost no sauce on the pizza. We use to love Pizza Hut and are so confused on what has gone so wrong. We each ate 1/2 of a slice and ended throwing the rest in the garbage. We just ordered 8 pizzas for a birthday party and scheduled them to arrive at a certain time. They delivered exactly on time, everything was correct and tasted delicious! The delivery man was so polite and even carried all the pizzas out back for us. He also included paper plates, napkins etc. knowing we may need them with the large order. If negative was a possibility I'd choose it! We ordered tonight and 30 mins after estimated delivery time I tried to call the store. After 8 hang ups manager finally answered to say he was looking to see what happened to my order. Driver forgot it and he would put in another one but it would be 45+ mins. I asked why no one called and he said they were too busy to deal with me while watching pizzas come out. I asked for a refund and order cancel due to not wanting to wait another 45mins (after original hour and half) he pretended not to hear me and hung up. We drove to store and found manager in the car smoking (who knows what because it didn't smell of cigarettes). He admitted to ignoring my previous calls, was rude even pointing his finger in my face. The cashier was rude and refused to give me a corporate number or other manager contacts. Then another girl came from the back to be rude as well. A simple phone call to say hey we are behind, short staffed, or driver forgot your order would have been enough for us to wait patiently but instead I was hung up on, cussed at, and dealt with fingers in my face. This was horrific customer service and not one of those 3 employees should work in the public. Will never return to this store. Just thought we'd give Pizza Hut a try...DONT!!!! ordered a medium Extravaganza..and got a flat...hand tossed few ingredients ..non tasty pizza...had to wait on extra order of my daughters so thought why get back in traffic to get our usual pizza store.. We order our pizza here all the time and it is always delicious! The staff and managers are friendly and always ready to help with any problems. There have been a few times over the years that our order was not exactly right but they either made us a new pizza or gave us a discount with no attitude or arguments. The pizzas are delicious and the wings are outstanding! I recommend the honey BBQ wings, either bone-in or boneless...both are really good! read more

I order online and they messed up both of my orders. I has a large supreme and a medium. The medium was all wrong. I called and the person said do you want a new pizza and I'm like yes that's why I called. The medium pizza should have only had two toppings and then the took 50 mins to make me a new pizza. I was so pissed off. Oh and my large had no sauce at all but the right toppings. But I didn't complain about that. But I honestly think my whole order should have been free but whatever. We ordered a pizza from papa johns at 715 pm and it arrived 45 mins later. Funny how papa johns and dominos can deliver in a much more timely fashion. Absolutely horrible! this is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever ate at. Had a bad experience with a delivery driver last time, decided to give it another shot.
