Service is fast, food is fresh (I mostly go during the lunch rush), staff is friendly, and they try to learn your name over time! They really go above and beyond in their service. It's hard to give any hamburger 5 stars, but this star gets a strong 4 1/2 stars. The staff was very professional , quick, and friendly. I think Wendy's has the best burgers out there. Late landing at CMH around midnight last night and was starving. Hit the drive thru at 1230 and they closed in about 30 minutes. 3-4 cars came in with me. I stopped on my way home from work to get 2 Cobb salads and 2 medium chocolate Frostys. I ordered extra dressing for both salads, and the order confirmation screen showed that I ordered 3 dressings for each salad. I received bo receipt after I paid for my food. I didn't stay at the pickup window and look in the bag, and sure enough, when I got home with my order there were no dressings in the bag at all. I called the restaurant to express my disappointment and I could not understand the man who answered the phone so I just hung up. I guess I have to remember to sit at the pickup window and thoroughly check my order regardless of how much it holds up everyone else. read more

I stopped by Wendy's on N. Cassady this morning at 6:40 AM and ordered a breakfast sandwich (baconator) and added french toast sticks. Wow, that was the most amazing sandwich and potatoes....Hot and made perfect! I could not finish it, and forced myself to try a french toast stick and that was also amazing...I am so full and it has brought back a hope that there are still some restaurants that actually serve a great breakfast and so friendly and happy. It was seriously amazing and so was the service!! Way to go Wendy's on N. Cassady!! You guys should get a Bonus, you deserve it!!! read more

I actually had a good experience here, with good service and a very clean store. I was expecting a rush at 5pm, surly employees, a mess inside. It was moderately busy, but I didn't wait long. The employees were friendly and helpful (and patient with me, an infrequent fast food customer unfamiliar with their menu.) The food was ready pretty quickly. Sweetie wanted something small and cheap, the 4 for $4 option; she got a chicken BLT, nuggets, fries, and a drink. I did the same, with a junior bacon cheeseburger and spicy nuggets, but I was hungry and wanted leftovers for dinner so I also got an asiago chicken sandwich and a cod sandwich. The 4 for $4 is a pretty good deal, plenty of food for a lunch. The spicy nuggets were very processed, slightly spicy, and a very small portion. Decent fries, decent bacon cheeseburger. The cod sandwich was pretty good- a thick portion of nicely-fried cod. The asiago chicken was "good not great"- plasticky pink tomato, meh lettuce, okay chicken, way too much mayo. All in all, 4 stars for the service and atmosphere (for a fast food place,) and 2-3 stars for the food. read more

Shalonza has a serious attitude with customers. I've been going in this store since it opened and it has continually went downhill The last three times I've went in there I have literally yelled my order with her asking over and over then just last time she didn't even ring it up properly even though I repeated myself numerous times then she raised her voice because I asked for my money back I was just going to be done and in front of her alleged manager which is no better she goes we know which serious attitude I'm done with this they can close their doors actually they should close their doors. This was absolutely my worst Wendy's experience ever... and I am a big Wendy's fan. I eat at them all over Ohio as I travel. The restroom smelled like vomit, and when I came out to tell a worker about it, and order my food, I stood at the counter for a full 30 seconds and nobody even acknowledged I was there. They were in the back laughing and carrying on, but not watching the counter for customers. Check your video footage, Wendy's. 05/12/2016 sometime between 10:30-10:40AM. This Wendys have been consistently inconsistent. If it's not one thing its another from fries being not done, sandwiches being half wrapped and cold, to nuggets being hard and cold. I will do my best to avoid this wendys. I have had to return back to the same location after several visits to get the things I have actually ordered. Due to this consistency this definitely a culture matter and there is training for that. I would love to help out in any possible. read more

I live closer to the Wendy's on Nelson but this location always used to get my orders right and customer service was always spot on. However, that is no longer the case. I came to order a simple meal and the baconator was incorrect and had to get a replacement and I ordered 2 jr bacon cheese burgers and my receipt says 2 jr bacon but the burgers didn't have bacon. I think I'll go to the Nelson location from now on. read more

This is honestly the best fast food restaurant in Columbus. It doesn't matter what time of day I stop by, every staff member is friendly and provides excellent customer service. I've been going here for years now and my order has NEVER been incorrect. The food is always fresh and the fries are always done all the way, which is a pet peeve of mine. I just received a delivery order through Grubhub from Wendy's on Cassidy Ave and there was food missing and the bags were open and no receipt. So I can see from my credit card that I was charged for all the food I ordered. I tried calling Wendy's about the missing items the phone keeps ringing busy. I have a problem with the bags being opened which means anyone could reach into the bags or the spread of germs with people breathing over your food. I am disappointed because this Wendy's service is usually on point. read more

Used to be a good store went last night and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich at 12:50 got home had the wrong food and no receipt tried to call back it was after one and the store was closed called back the following morning the manager on duty said they couldn't do anything to replace or fix my order because the manager from last night wouldn't be there till Monday and since they didn't give me a receipt they can't do anything about it and I'm stuck with a hamburger which I do not eat beef!!! read more

Do yourself a favor and drive right past this Wendy's. Long story short I was given the wrong change. The manager insisted to balance the drawer. He thought a good solution was only to give me the correct amount of changed and have me leave with cold food. After the 20 minutes I just wanted to return the food and get my $20 back. He refused because "They made that food in good faith". When I asked for the owner's contact information he wrote something on a piece of paper that I can't read. Go to the one in Gahanna. read more
