Went through the drivethru and ordered two (2) 10 piece spicy nuggets meal with medium cokes and a parmesan cesar salad. I get to the window and I only get one coke, the nuggets and salad. There were no fries and no second soda. The workers seemed to be upset and had to charge me again for the "extra" stuff. They also never give receipts for your order! I get home with all of my stuff and my sister tells me that there was a fry on her food. The service was horrible and we're very disappointed. read more

I hate making negative reviews, honest, so I try when possible to be constructive instead of destructive. So here I go: I try not to frequent fast food restaurants as much as I used to, but still, that's going to happen on occasion. This Wendy's location has it's ups and downs- the staff is always kind and if there's a mistake in the order, they are quick to fix it and are kind ( each time I order a large combo of anything, I always end up getting a medium and wrong drink, but I'm understand about that. ) the food is usually vehiry hot and fresh. The problem I do have is this: The dining room is always pretty clean and tidy for the most part. But what I did notice, is there are always gnats or flying bugs. 3 times in about 8-9 months. And today , was one that led to this review. There were ticks/flying bugs at several places I sat. Even took a pic to show what I meant. This little fella was the second I had to 'remove ", before losing my appetite and calling it a day. Didn't ask for a refund as the food was fine, but I can't in good conscience visit this location again. Sad, since it right by my house. I think they need to find a way to handle this problem asap. Either call Ant- Man, the Orkin man or something. This is the only true problem here, but this has been several times- even in winter. Hope this helps. read more

Wendy's is well known to be one of the higher quality fast food restaurants. There is real chicken in their chicken nuggets, their natural lemonade is a very good with pieces of lemon pulp in it. The Commack restaurant's dining area is kind of plain, but it is comfortable. read more

Really disappointed in the service here. Went during my lunch break and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a six piece nugget. When I got the food I did a quick glance to make sure both items were in the bag, then drove away. When I got to work to eat the food there was only a 4 piece nugget in the bag. Not really a big deal but it was not busy at all so the mistake should not have happened. Checked my receipt and I was charged for the 6 piece. Seems that wendys dont seem to get more than 2.5 stars on any of their stores in the commack an surrounding areas . Wendy's here in commack offers breakfast now, so i tried the chicken cheese biscuit origionaly honey butter chicken biscut. Started to eat , an my hand says its hard an my mouth says im eating something old an dry. Both the biscuit an chicken. I hope its not the norm . I came in at 10:20. So im getting the bottom of the box , not too impressed, seems they have no way to keep biscuits an chickem moist. I'll Give it another try, earlier an more busy time. You could say I'm practically the connoisseur on Wendy's fast food service. Let me tell you something right now, do NOT go to this Wendy's. If you can't trade the drink on the 4 for 4 for a frosty, that's straight up a violation of the Bill of Rights. I feel like my freedom has been taken away. I walk up to the counter, 6 workers stare at me while doing absolutely nothing, and I have to ask if I may order. I take that back, they were doing things, none of which would be classified as working though. The food? Mehhhhhh it was so so. The service? Words do not describe how terrible it is here.
