The store looked okay, there were three people in front of me and the associate was filling and taking orders. Another was handling the grill and the Manager was filling the sauce trays. Think we could of done that after all customers where gone. Ordered a single and double cheeseburger and fries. Amazingly everything was hot and very tasty. Thank you for that. Ordered a single no mayonnaise, got a single lathered with mayonnaise! Wife ordered a crispy chicken sandwich no mayonnaise, got a Jr bacon cheeseburger loaded with mayonnaise! Fries were cold, no napkins. Wendy's used to be our favorite but this is the third time in a year because of this incompetence. Everyone of these are horribly managed!! Going to this Wendy's was a snap decision while doing a roadtrip. We never looked at the ratings it had (2 star) as we pulled up to order. Then we saw the menu was for breakfast at 1:45pm and at that moment the friendly Wendy's employee said something about coming out to change the menu over. My immediate thought was: "wait, are we the first customer for lunch?" and I pulled out my phone to check the ratings with Yelp. Upon seeing the rating I half considered aborting the mission. Anyway, we decided to roll the dice and ordered big bacon classic and cheese burger combos. The staff were friendly and the food was served quickly. The food was also fine. So it goes to show that the star rating is not always an indicator of what you're going to get. The only reason I'm giving them a 4 star rating (instead of 5) is the confusion over the menu, but in all fairness this was a really minor issue. read more

this is always been a problem child Wendy's for the Tuscaloosa area. I call it hit or miss sometimes you coming it's really good sometimes it's really shit.. once in a blue moon you get in between which is what I got tonight. got the homestyle chicken fillet combo with the chicken patty lettuce tomato and mayo long with a nice baked potato to sour creams one butter and of course they now have the freestyle machine so I can enjoy my diet ginger ale.. however they still haven't figured out how to get out of low gear and go to the next year they're still extremely slow here. buy chicken patty although it was cooked is almost to the end of the life cycle it's about time to make some new ones I think I got one of the end of the lines that wasn't hot it was warm but it's a double but on the other flip side of the coin I've gotten shity baked potatoes from Wendy's have baked potato was fantastic..from the nice thing to get burned out on fries and hash browns and 12th and go to Wendy's and get yourself a baked tater.. so all in all about two and a half stars but I went with the benefit of the doubt getting the extra cuz of potato is really good and really fresh hooray.. sidebar I changed my review actually three-and-a-half. the manager looked at that too and said what is that said that's my chicken sandwich he's like no it's not. I'll take me 6 minutes but I'm going to cook you a fresh one that thinks should not even been served it should have been tossed with the other ones they were way past time dry... shows the proactiveness of the manager gets a little bit better review read more

Called about 10:45 pm asked if chocolate frosty was available was told yes I go out there about 20 mins later and their emptying machine I asked was it still ok to consume both employees said yes the female said it's still frozen which was a lie to make matters worse they tried to get me to buy a large instead of small both of them knowing the ice cream had melted. French fries and small coke ask the young lady to let them stay 10 sec longer than timer, but she didn't start the timer until the fries had been in for a minute then started the timer and when went off she was going to put my fries back in when I said something the manager ( who was standing behind her watching the whole time ) told her to give him his fries well sure enough their well done not done well. Absolutely terrible service. The drive through made everyone park and wait for their food. Once they finally brought me my food, the frostys I ordered had already completely melted. COMPLETELY MELTED! That's the whole reason anyone even goes to Wendy's in the first place. I just wanted to give this restaurant staff the credit they deserve. I called ahead to let them know we had a group of 60 stopping for lunch. They assured me they would be ready for us.
