Friendly. Great customer service. Ordered a mccrispy strip meal after 11pm. Told I had to wait for the fries, but they were barely hot. Strips were not fresh nor hot; very tough and stringy-like. Sprite was the absolute best part of the meal. Fast food is very hit or miss. I wish I could get refunded every time it's a miss. read more

This Mc donalds gave 2 rotten (non expired) milks in my daughters happy meals which made them get sick. I contacted them and they said they would send me two gift cards, when i received them they were both expired last year. VERY BAD SERVICE. Do not recommend. read more

Was very polite to a young lady in the drive thru just kindly asking for help he rest of my order that was left out and she caught an attitude with me but even after I still waited for my food for 50 minutes and all I had was just a 6pc nugget which I ended up leaving to never get! This store over charges for everything. I have receipts that state that the same three biscuits and coffee from this store costing $8.45, only cost $5.14 from another store just a few miles up the road. These people seem to be more interested in getting you out of their store then they are about providing you with proper store service. It is better to stay away from this McDonald's! Not impressed with this location. The main reason we every eat there is because it's close to the house and there aren't a lot of other options over there. Service is slow. Orders are wrong more often than not. Staff is hit and miss. Not impressed at all. If you can, head a few miles up the road and go to the other on Salem...it's a little better. read more

How is this MacDonalds still open???? I have never had good experience here. Waited 20 mins in the drive through. They finally started sending cars over to park. I get to the window. Told they needed to cook fries and sent me over to park. I see three employees hanging out the front smoking including the manager. A guy brings out food. It's mine. But doesn't know what car. Goes to every car waiting until I'm the last one. "Hey... watch you order?" What? You get crispy chicken? I said yes. Visited this location 3 times in last week while my stove been out. Every time I had to park. No special order hamburger and fries. The last visit there was not a car behind me in line and had to park. I will say my family quit going to this location for a while. They have pretty good customer service to be a fast food place. I was greeted from the moment I entered the door. I went up on two different times to place an order and each time I was waited on with no hesitation. A lot of that had to do with the attitude of the workers. I occasionally eat mostly at this location and was here about a week ago. I usually order a fish sandwich meal and, most of the time, end up satisfied. I have at pet peeve with how this location and some others squeeze the french fry container to limit the portion making it about 3/4 of the container serving; I will say something when this occurs. The food temperature, sometimes, is initally just slightly warm; I tend to return for hotter if I'm not in a rush and do politely request change; they usually are nice with the exchange. I infrequently go to any McDonald's for lack of variety, which is the normal Mac'D way but I'm fine with this; also, I don't go for healthy eating reasons. So far the staff are nice. Most of the time, I go inside to eat or order to ensure that my food meets my expectations. Overall, I will continue to eat at this location and others for quickie meal convenience. read more

The only reason I continue coming to this McDonald's is because it's open 24 hours and convenient when I want to pick something up after coming off the night shift at my job. There is always something wrong whenever I pull up to the drive-thru. One night, they were not accepting credit/debit cards at all. Another night, the drive-thru speakers weren't working. When McDonald's started their 24 hour breakfast, I ordered from here a few times. One night, I got home and realized that they gave me two syrups for my hotcakes to compensate for their lack of butter. This may not seem like a big deal, but I like putting their butter on my hotcakes, and they could've at least told me they were out of butter instead of automatically assuming I wanted two syrups. On top of that, my hotcakes were actually coldcakes. I'm tired of spending my money at this place and not being satisfied. It was OK. It's very slow and the ice cream machine is always broken. The food there is good but they're not good at giving you sauce. DON'T GO THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU! You have to pull over a lot and sometimes they forget you when you have to pull over into the back parking lot. read more
