Their credit card reader was malfunctioning, I said I had cash so they took my order. At the window they said they wouldn't take my $100 bill. I told them it was all I had as I planed to pay with a card. they said they couldn't help me. I asked for the manager, he said the same thing. I explained I usually go there 3X a week. I told him he has 4 options. 1. make the card reader work. 2. accept my $100 bill after all it's legal US currency and we are in the USA! 3. If you refuse to take my money. Give it to me free, but If I leave without my food because of you are unwilling to serve me. I won't ever return. Which is option 4. Lose a customer for life! He said have a nice life! I will never return to this store a suggest you spend your money elsewhere as well. They turned their problem Into my problem as their broken machine turned into me not being able to have breakfast. I love wendys! i love Wendy'! I hate whoever is the one saying "welcome to my Wendy's", who I would assume is the owner, not her saying that in particular, but her as a person!!!! the three times I've talked to her at the window has not been fun. :(:(:(:( this time She forgot my fries. That's too far. I love the fries. ;( I also love the bourbon bacon burger, one time, i got one, and then the next day I went to go get one and someone said they haven't had it in two years. and the person acted like I was a psycho. :( This actually happened like three years ago or so so its irrelevant and when I used to go to school, I loved our Wendy's, but more recently when the welcome to my Wendy's lady has arrived it has soured. :S give me my Wendy's back. Make sure you check your order. Regular burgers room temperature. Double burgers ( and the cost) with 1 patty and bacon burgers with 1 small strip of bacon. Only way to make the fries worth more than the trash can is to cover them in the chili, which is needed for the chili, since the chili is bland AF. read more

We have always loved Wendys but our experience with this location deserves a few excellent comments. We were traveling on our way back home to MN from Ohio looking for a place to stop for lunch. We saw a sign on Interstate 74 regarding this location. It is about five miles away from the Interstate but the extra drive time is worth it. Yes, we received the food familiar with Wendy's restaurants. We had a large order for five of us from burgers to chidken to chili. The food was very delicious and hot. We were impressed with its fast friendly service and appreciate how each order came to us exactly as we ordered in indiviaual bags. This was such a great idea and so easy to hand out to everyone in the car. Our favorite are the fries with sea salt. read more

I like Wendy's better than a lot of the other fast food restaurants because they offer different things that aren't available at the others. They are a bit more expensive, but not the most expensive fast food place. They offer a lot of heathier items too. This one in Crawfordsville was very good. The service was fast and efficient. The food was good I had a burger and a salad. The dining room was clean and the decor was nice. I will go again. especially since there aren't many restaurants in Crawfordsville. read more

So I pulled into the lot and parked to go inside. I was so hungry that day and all I could think of was nuggets. I go to the counter and this girl starts giving me an evil look. She stunk like weed and definitely needed some Vagisil. I tell her "I would like an order of nuggets. 10 piece please." She look at me like I'm some kind of alien. "We're out." She responded. I asked "How you be outta nuggets?". She said "We ain't. We just don't serve your kind here." I ran outta that building with tears streaming down my face. I got in my car and I cried myself all the way over to McDonald's where I enjoyed some amazing chicken tenders and wonderful customer service. Long story short, this Wendy's is HORRIBLE! Really bad customer service. Frosti tasted terrible and when I took their attention their reaction was terrible and greedy. This is by far the worse Wendy's that I visited in the entire USA and even in other countries. I asked is the fries where fresh and they said that they were about to come out. Not the best Wendy's in business, but, it's ok. They are very greedy with ketchup, which I think is ridiculous for the price of the food.

They have consistently always been very fast and efficient. I've never had to pull up in the drive-thru so the next person could be helped as I waited on my food like I've had to do at other places in town. They are the epitome of fast food. When I was younger, Wendy's was a special treat. Now that I live near one I can't believe I ever wanted to eat there. I had a problem with attitude from the employees. Mainly just one in particular. She gave me an attitude when I brought up my not plain sandwich and then she made a coment about "White Trash" when i walked away which I felt was very uncalled for. I am very particular on respect toward myself and other people. i always show respect from the very beginning. i give particularly three chances for someone to return that respect. If they choose to be rude instead then I give it right back. However, in a working enviroment there is an acception. No matter how the customer treats you, you are to give them the utmost high respect that you can. You are the server or employee. You have no right to say anything back except thank you and have a nice day. Bare a smile people. Also that was the fourth or fifth time I had been there where they screwed up my order and I had to go back and get a new cheeseburger. This Wendy's in Crawfordsville, Indiana is not very good! The fries are always cold and limp. I also found a hair (not my own. My hair is long and dark brown, this hair was short and blonde) in my baconator! I highly recommend not eating there! read more

I was traveling through town on my way home to Logansport and visited this Wendy's. My car wouldn't start after I shut it off and a male employee went above and beyond to help me. First he borrowed his boss's vehicle to jump my car and then when it died again before I got out of the parking lot, he pushed it back in a parking space for me. While I was waiting for a tow truck, he checked on me to see if I was ok. His name was Chris and it was around 4pm on Saturday, March 12th. His kindness was a Godsend and you should feel very proud that you have this young man working for you. He is a great example of the kind people you want representing your establishment. PS.
