The entrance to this location is terrible! I actually missed it the first time and had to drive around the block to get back. Check your food before driving off, especially if you have dietary restrictions! I don't eat pork, and asking for "no bacon" is like asking for someone's first born child! Also, don't get get your hopes set on a baked potato. Them actually having those available is never a guarantee. Gave this location multiple chances over the course of a year but failed miserably every time! Poor and slow customer service - I was the second person in line and still took 15 minutes to get my mobile order. Got a nasty look for asking for a drink carrier. Forgot to ask for no mayo one time and I asked the guy at the window if it was too late and no worries if it is too late and the he comes back and rudely tells me "next time ask at the box". Quality of the food - horrible each time! Felt like I was eating paper with the fries and nuggets. And the amount of time it takes to get your order 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 it's not even hot! Asked for extra ketchup on my burger once and it came soaked in ketchup! I couldn't taste anything else. When you stay in the general vicinity of a restaurant and you'd think you can drive three minutes up the road and still have at least warm food on a hot summer day...NOPE! We have lived here for about two years and this Wendy's location has struggled for most of it. Whether incorrect ordered items or out of stock, every visit has been disappointing. Actually tried dining in this visit to see if my order would be better. It was not! March 22nd 5-5:30pm Messed up again and again and again and again and again Interior was closed. Ordered four items, Double cheese burger, Baconator and two med fries. They got it wrong five times until I gave up. Double Cheeseburger: I received a burger with a single patty no cheese Baconator: I received bacon cheese fries Two med fries: I received two small fries (ice cold) with one dumped upside down in the bag. I told them it was wrong and that I ordered a Baconator and gave the bag back. Already angry they snatched the bag, kept the receipt and dumped the contents out yelling "WE GAVE YOU THE BACONATOR!". Spoiler alert: The cashier with a red wendy's colored wig and blue extended fake nails 100% thought a baconator was bacon fries and argued in the wrong about what we ordered. Went to this wendy's on the way back home for a quick meal, but it took 40 minutes for us to get our food after all the trouble we went through to get it. We ordered at the kiosk and 20 minutes later asked about our food for them to just tell us that they hadn't even started it yet. There was also no drinks available. When we got our drink cups, the lady just threw them on the counter and two of them just fell on the floor, to which she didn't apologize. Forgot countless things ; nuggets, burgers, and a toy. I go to this Wendy's a lot because it's the closest to my house. It's only a block away. The line is always super long I've waited in that line for as long as 45 minutes before. In the mornings if you go there sometimes they won't even serve you at all. Even though the website says they're open they pretend like they're not inside. I can't understand why Corporate would let this continue to happen at this location. I am appalled by the service and quality of the food that I get at this location. Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant and it makes me sad that I have to drive an extra 5 to 10 minutes to get to a Wendy's that will actually give me good food and good service. My message to Corporate Wendy's is to get off your lazy asses and do something to make this Wendy's worth going to!!!!! The management, in-particular the manager on night duty tonight, 1 Nov 23, who refused to give her name is very unprofessional and the quality of food is poor, very poor!! I just purchased a burger and fries. #1 to be exact. When I arrived home I realized my burger was pink and cool to the touch. I drove back to Wendy's with the complaint of an under cooked burger. I also requested that I get fresh fries because, of course I was not able to eat my fries because of the undercooked burger. To my disbelief, the manager told me, in a very flipped way, more than once, that I am not going to give you fries because you said your burger was wrong not your fries. After going back and forth with her she finally relented and said that "IF" your burger is pink I'll give you fries! I asked for her name and was told that "I don't give out my name". When I got up to the window I asked to speak to the manager and she refused. I also asked the worker at the window for her name and he refused to give me her name as well. I never heard the words sorry for your inconvenience, we will make it right. This is not the first time, but it will be the last time that I patronize the Wendy's on Brandt Pike, in Huber Heights. Wendy's is just disgusting now! It used to be a decent fast food restaurant back in the late 90s/ early 2000s. Against my better judgement I tried it today and yup it's still awful. The employees more than not act like you're bothering them, they're always unbelievably slow (waited 18 minutes for my food and I had to ask about it). I saw staff coughing around food, touching food and not wearing gloves, didn't even make my order correctly and with as long as it took, wasn't even hot. I got attitude when I asked about my order because the screen said my order is ready facing the lobby, but apparently their side of the screen is broken as an employee hit it and said it's a blank screen and been wrong all day... okay I have no way of knowing that! Then started to complain that they're busy and half the staff there was training, probably because they can't keep anyone to work there!! It's awful! Even if the service was great the food still isn't anything worth waiting almost 20 minutes for. Too bad, just going downhill fast! read more

Management is terrible, in fact, the current manager hopes that she will be fired. The wait in the drive-through is always longer than necessary but tonight the wait was inexcusable. The line was already around the building when I pulled in. It was not moving at any rate that would indicate that anyone inside was doing anything. After a 25 minute wait, I finally got to a point where a sign said that the microphone wasn't working and you couldn't order until you got to the second window. That meant that each person was ordering and waiting at the window for at least five to ten minutes. I finally pulled out of the line and went inside where five employees were standing around doing absolutely nothing as the manager hid somewhere and one or two of the employees fulfilled the order of the one person at the window. I asked the employee who took my order if they had ever witnessed how Chic-Fil-A is able to take orders and get massive amounts of people through the line in minutes. They have a Freestyle indoors, you can choose to order from a touch screen for quicker service, or speak with a team member to place your order. Lobby isn't even open, and when I called to ask why, because I had a doordash order to pick up and in the app it specifically states to COME INSIDE to pick up the order, whoever answered the phone hung up on me when I asked if they would change that in the app. Called back and spoke with the "manager" Christina, who only answered after the phone rang for a few minutes, and won't give a name of the individual who answered the phone. It is not the customer's problem that you're busy, and it is not their fault that you're "short staffed". Maybe look into why that is because your treatment of your customers is a reflection of who you are as individuals, and you'll NEVER keep solid workers at this place. Stopped last night (12-21-17) to pick up dinner on the way home at about 6:00PM. I knew that the restaurant had recently been remodeled and thought that by now they would have their act together, I was wrong! When I walked in I saw that they had new ordering Kiosk's and thought wow, this should make things faster, once again, I was wrong! The Kiosk was difficult to use, not very intuitive but I did get through it and got to the pay portion, I had to use 2 different cards, 2 different attempts with the second card, to make the order go in. OK, once the order was in I thought, should be OK now, wrong again! My order appeared on the waiting list above the front counter along with everyone else's order, I watched as the orders were completed and the names moved to the "READY" side of the screen and people picked up their orders from the counter, there was a lot of confusion but at least the orders were going out. After about 7 or 8 minutes my order moved to the ready side of the screen. I stepped up to the counter but had no order. I stood there for 5 minutes while I was completely ignored by the staff, in the mean time my order disappeared from the screen. I asked where my order was and told her the name and she said "It's moved off the screen because the orders are done". OK, where's my food? No coherent answer and no food. At this point I asked if they had a manager and if so I would like to see him or her. Long story short, they finally got my order together (She placed it on a tray, I had to tell her it was to go so she could put it in a bag,) I had to ask for the Manager 5 times before he saw fit to address my concerns and it took over a half hour to get my food. When the manager finally showed up I told him that this was my first visit to this store after the remodel and it would damn sure be the last! My Advice to people looking for a burger, if it has to be Wendy's, go to the store on Harshman and Brandt, this store is a cluster! read more

Always delicious food, never mess up my order. My wife always gets a son of a baconator meal and I get the regular baconator meal and they are so filling. Wendy's is a few more bucks if you want a combo vs other places, but it's worth it! The frys are better, thicker, and saltier than most places. Staff is always friendly. Sometimes the lobby is a little messy, and when I say a little, I mean very very very little, a handfull of the tables have visible greese on them and salt and very few but tiny crumbs and you can tell it hasnt been wiped off yet, but my wife carries hand santaizer with her everywhere she goes and I don't mind wiping off the table real quick with it and some napkins since I always a pick a seat by the window, where most people would wanna sit. Id rather the food be quality and have a slightly dirty lobby, than a super clean lobby and bad food. Also, they started having the dipping ketchup cups plastic and not paper, which I personally enjoy, because the paper ones would often rip and spill and fall over and make a mess for me and the staff, so the plastic ketchup cups was a good idea! Good job guys! One more thing, my Mother in Law loves you're saleds. Anytime I eat here, even if I'm not with my wife, I buy a saled, and keep it in the fridge for her, so everytime she decides to stop by and have surpise visit at our house, I have her favorite food always on hand.
