It was a great involvement and the management was extremely help and really felt like they care about me and my coworkers

This is the slowest fast food I have ever seen. They could not make the most simplest sandwich. Just no bun, no cheese, and 1 no catchup. They are suppose to put mustard and mayo on the tray when they are finished. They didn't put any kind of condiments napkins or silverware on the tray. Then they gave us a a half-filled box of very cold fries. You must not have met their criteria of people that they normally serve. I had to get the manager to get mustard and mayonnaise. The fresher fries were hot but skimpy, cashier had to keep calling back the order and it still was not correct, a patron dropped a coke or something and rather than clean it up, she complained about it to the next customer in line. Sloooow line. They had the slowest possible person working the register. The food came out fast though. But when I took my drink to work and finished it I looked at the bottom it had a ring of mold. I took the cup back to the managers. I told them I didn't want a refund or anything free it was merely to tell them. They treated me like I was lying or just trying to get one over on them. Monday evening just after 10 o'clock I came to this Wendy's upon ordering my meal I was told that they were out of sweet tea Coca Cola and root beer no problem it happens sometimes ordered my meal instead of fries I prefer to bake potato. Pulled around pay for the order check the order because the young lady had walked to the drive thru window waiting for us to leave there was no straws in the bag no paper napkins no butter for my potato no sour cream something I really should have been told when I first place the order that they did not have these condiments. I mean I should have known when she said they are out of coke and we're in the home of Coca Cola let's all do a favor and drive plastics Wendys anytime we see you because it should be closed down wish I could give no stars just ghetto read more

I just came from this Wendy's. I ordered a 4 for $4 bacon cheeseburger with no mayonnaise. I said this three times. You checked to see if everything was in there but I did not check my sandwich. I wish I would have because there was mayonnaise on the sandwich even though I requested none three times. Everything else was correct except for my sandwich. This is unacceptable seeing his know the model of Wendy's is Dave's get it the way you want it. I did not call back to the restaurant nor did I turn around and drive all the way back because I live about 15 minutes from this Wendy's however I will not and I repeat I will not be going back to this business ever again. read more

I've been here before plenty of times and just recently as last night. Two stars appears just about right, even while its busy your burger will still be magically cold. In the past this restaurant used to be very filthy and if you wonder go back even further it was nothing more than a safe haven for druggies, hookers, pimps and the homeless. They've approved the facility somewhat but hell they seriously need to work on the quality of the food. Burgers are always cold when busy and fries never taste fresh. And to be honest I'm tired of giving this place too many tries to redeem itself. read more

My experience today ordering my burger was horrible...I went on my lunch break to order a meal almost over $10 bucks...The burger was soaked in water, stinking of a smell that I have no idea what it could be...Never eating there again...Threw the entire meal in the trash...I will advise you to go to Burger King across the street...Trust me you will thank me in the end...I wish I could give no stars. read more

Worst Wendy's ever. Waited 10 minutes to order (was at the front of the line). They were out of Coke, and ketchup. Tables were dirty, got a double burger and cheese was on only one patty. No apologies were given. Nothing about the experience was enjoyable. If in dire need of a burger, try Burger King on the other side of the street. Hope the District Manager reads this. If only I had been knowledgeable about the internet when my "experience" happened at this location some years ago, I could've gotten this out sooner... I'd like to share with everyone an old story from this location that happened some time in the summer of 2006 or 2007. Me and my cousin were frequent visitors to this restaurant. We ate inside most of the time to enjoy the peace and quiet and often chit-chat with a few of the employees when the impending rush was at a minimum. My family and I ate there for nearly 6 years. The burgers were decent; Spicy Chicken Sandwich gets a 21-gun salute! Never been disappointed with that choice of sandwich. The last time I visited here, me and my cousin ate in. We were awaiting the arrival of the public transportation (M.A.R.T.A). We had some junior bacon cheese burgers and some small sodas. Nothing too heavy, just to hit the spot before we went on our way. Before we planned to depart, my cousin attempted to get another refill after he had already had maybe, 2 or 3 refills when the female manager at the time, refused to do so. I witness this from the dining section, and I'm upset along with him as well. I even went so far as to call the 1-800 number that was on the cup I purchased to verify if this type of treatment was justifiable - basically, to see if she was living up to the policy itself. From what I was told previously in the past: Wendy's customers that dine in (as we did), are allowed unlimited refills, but the thing is: they don't use the same cup your mouth was around, and have to use a whole new cup. Regardless, that female manager violated Wendy's policy on serving paying customers that were dining in! But there's more to this story... From me and my cousin's observation, we've witnessed customers on "the lighter skin side of life", getting far better treatment than us, regular customers. By that, "those" people got greeted upon entering, and farewells while leaving. There were times we entered after "they" entered, and could hear while the door was opened "Hi! Welcome to Wendy's!" but as we entered, silence and glares. So now you can get a gist of the atmosphere my cousin and I stirred up just by alone, being on the property, even though we never caused absolutely any trouble. Back on track... On behalf of my cousin, I went to speak on the matter to the same lady at the counter to tell her she could not do that. She doesn't answer anything I'm saying, just looks at me in disgust and resumes what she's doing. She never asks me to leave, but suddenly a police offer enters the store, and right away, she signals to him that I'm being "an issue." He tells me to leave, I try to explain to him for some unknown reason thinking he would be a voice of reason (this would be the last day I have faith in anyone who wore a badge). With an attitude, I proceeded to leave, but had to get my umbrella where my cousin was, the officer then grabs me from behind and delivers the hand of justice to me by forcibly removing me - mind you, those four people in the dining area said that wasn't necessary - I get thrown on the ground, and arrested for Disorderly Conduct. My cousin is patted down outside the store, but only I get arrested. Restaurants like these with biased mentalities towards customers that aren't "on the lighter side of life" need to be reevaluated. I have not returned there since then. Can you blame me? I attempted to reach Wendy's Corporate Office after my "detention" was over, but I had no success. But as long as I get to share this experience, maybe it'll help you prepare for the incoming unwillingness of society. read more

This Wendy's is up and down with me. The food tastes really good however the customer service SUCKS! I have worked in food service before...I understand that people piss you off while you are at work, but if someone is nice to you, don't be a rude person.. When I was at the intercom to tell my order, the woman who was taking my order just kept rushing me and acting as if me telling her my order was a nuisance. I kind of brushed it off, and just drove up. I am assuming the same person who I paid had me waiting before even giving me her attention.. when I did her attention she pushes the window open and throws the price at me. I kindly say Good evening to her, and she rudely and dryly says "Hi." When I paid for the food, she practically throws the food in my hand, almost causing me to drop my food..it sucks because I like Wendy's and this is the closest one to my job..Management, stop hiring these low budget disrespectful people to work in your establishment because they are ruining the restaurant's name and making your franchise look very bad. People pay for customer service and don't deserve people being rude to them especially if they don't deserve it and did nothing to you. read more

waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes today at 2 pm (not a busy time) for 2 small frosty's. we finally got tired of sitting in line, so we left. when we left there was still two cars in front of us after 20 minutes!!! this wendy's management needs to get their life together and learn how to run a restaurant!!! read more

I hate this location. The employees are very unprofessional. I use to come in for the caesar salads but the cheeseburgers always had cold buns, cold, unmelted cheese, warm beef patty, and cold lettuce. Cheese is suppose to be melted and the buns should be warm. The employees' lack of impoliteness is another factor to which they would greet certain people (old and European-looking) as they enter but silence for others. All customers should be greeted as they enter. Some of the employees behind the counter are afraid of some of the customers, even when they're not behaving brashly or threatening; I know of this. Even after writing Wendy's corporate office about what I had witnessed from this location, nothing has changed and the corporate office did not respond. Wendy's food is not good to me, except the past eaten salads, but I haven't "received" Wendy's bad food or service in years and hope to never again. read more
