Well well well... I didnt want to have to do this but it got so bad and so OFTEN, it had to be done. I got there to pick up a mobile order and waiting 26 minutes in the line... barely acknowledged me at the window and just let me wait... and wait and wait... as I saw him close and wash the ice cream machine well before closing. I dont even order their ice cream any more due to the fact that most of the time I get there they say the good ol "ice cream machine is broke" line and to pick something else under value. I miss the days of the good times of Wendy's... The times when I could ask for extra lettuce and tomatoes w no extra charge, or an extra sauce to hit the right spot. The days where you'd leave Wendy's happy and with confidence in your order not having to check the bag before I leave... something taco bell has down pat next door. The burgers just don't hit like they used to, I hope the old Wendy's comes back soon. read more

The service here is absolutely horrible. Ive been to this Wendy's multiple times and they've always been slow but last night I was in the drive through for 20 minutes when there was 1 other car and it was at night so there was no one inside ordering. There were 3 people in the back from what I could see. They claimed to have not have my friend's mobile order and the lady proceeded to YELL in my face after we showed her the receipt and was just giving so much attitude towards us when we were being so nice and under. They are rude, slow and the food was cold she handed me the bag, everything had me clearly older. I give people grace and am very patient when it comes to service ( bc i also work in the service industry) but this isnt the first time this has happened at this location. Do better! read more

The most terrible customer service I've ever received , I went to grab some breakfast , and they just stood around and looked at me , nobody even came to grab my order , even the manger walked by me and didn't take my order. And this is not the first time, is happen to me and my brother as well, is like they are racist , everybody that works there is black, and every time I walk in there they just treat me different and look me up and down weirdly, same thing happens to my brother as well. As well one time I walked in there with a trump shirt and they purposely took longer to give me my order when it was obviously ready on the shelf(they took 15min). Management takes a holiday Sunday January 1 12:55 P.M. I walk around 3 puddles of water next to the front door. I notify the cashier. Nothing.. The new cashier stumbles with a simple order of a chicken sandwich and small chili. The Asiago chicken is not cut in half and the chili would best be described as soup. I wait patiently for the soft drink that accompanies the order. No one seems to notice it was missing. The utensils stand lacks napkins. I am given three. Everyone else will have to come back and beg like I did. I tell the other front cashier that there is water on the floor. Nothing. After finishing the meal with my wife I have had enough. I drop the three tall plastic cones near the utensils stand to the floor to attract as much attention as possible. I separate each one and place before every puddle that someone could easily contact entering the store. Someone had to take action! I look back to see NO ONE AT THE FRONT COUNTER! The worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I ordered 2 breakfast croissants on the WENDYS APP. When I got there (at the time the order was supposed to be ready, I waited over 5 minutes for my food. When I checked my food at the place was going, I found a Baconator Breakfast and a plain biscuit. I returned to the restaurant to explain what happened. NOBODY AT THE COUNTER. Someone showed up to put drinks in a fridge, then left. There was someone shoveling french fries, but she ignored me. There was someone at the drive up but he didn't show his face. Finally, someone came from the back. I showed him the photo of what I ordered and of the food I received. He told me to call UBER EATS! So, I tried to go online to contact Wendys' only to get nowhere. I called the main office but they were closed on Sunday. Horrible service!! Do NOT eat here. The manager had nothing but excuses for her inability to provide service, yelling at me and my 95-year-old father. We had been waiting so long at the speaker, 2 customers behind us drove off. We decided to pull up to the window to check what was happening. The employee saw me at the window but ignored me, then started yelling at me, saying she is short-handed, and I needed to pull around again. I told her I just needed 2 Frosties. I came to sample the new breakfast menu. The sausage is better than McDonald's or BK. But the "Swiss cheese" oozes out from under the crossaint. Not appetizing at all. The whole experience was horrible. I ordered 3 large frostys for me any my friends the lady who had a bad attitude said they didn't have vanilla, so we settled for chocolate. Then I ordered a jr bacon and a spicy chicken sandwich, they gave me a 10 piece nuggets and forgot about my jr bacon I left the drive thru and later checked my bag and noticed I must've gotten an incorrect order so I went back and they refused to give me my receipt even tho only 10 mins has passed and I did not touch any of the food. I choose Wendy's over their competitors because they are usually my number 1 choice, however I can't keep dealing with this. This has happened on multiple occasions but I've always corrected them at the drive thru window, this time I was in a rush so I left. The commercials for those new parfaits are tempting. Luckily, it was next to Arby's, so we didn't have to drive to get to one. After we stuffed our faces, we walked over to Wendy's and got dessert. I settled for the caramel apple while my husband got the oreo one. I must say they were good. I wished they would of put caramel on top of my parfait.
