To whoever is working the Saturday night shift, let's fix the attitude, we pulled up to the window leting him know that we needed a moment, and proceeded when we knew what we wanted, my friend is a very put together girl and we told him everything in order and he Yelled at us to slow down (sorry we are trying to make your life easy instead of being rude and yelling it at you) but no he had to yell as us, we proceeded nicely but he continued to have a nasty attitude... we then pulled up to the window and he SLAMS it open at that point we where over it. Odviously it's Wendi's so we are not expecting the best service, but if you can't manage to talk to people without an attitude let's pack it up and get an Amazon job where you probably get paid more and you don't have to talk to anyone, amen everyone have a blessed day because clearly he needs it. I can always count on a fresh salad from my local Wendy's. The drive through sometimes has a bit of a wait. But, I'm not surprised that this restaurant is popular. Most folks at my Wendy's are polite and efficient and if something is missing or wrong with my order they will politely fix things with no hassle. read more

No toys, my sandwich was in with the kids meals and my bag had the kids meal cheeseburgers (I seriously have to ask where's the meat??? I placed a mobile order via the Wendy's app as a carry-out order. I get to the store and - lo and behold - all the doors are locked tight and they're only serving via the drive-thru, the line at which is considerable. To boot, the mobile order was for ASAP and could not be cancelled, which I think is a new policy. If you don't have enough help to service the dining room - fine - I get that. Don't do it. This location is repulsive. My family rolled through to grab a quick bite to eat. The order was wrong, which was no biggie because I checked it at the window but when we got home 5 minutes later the food was obviously OLD. The chicken was dry AF, the breading was soggy. Fries were gross and my son's burger was still wrong. I worked in fast food as a teen, so I know for a fact that this food had been sitting in a holding cabinet far beyond it's holding time. Must be the most consistently worse Wendy's I've ever been to. I've skipped the McDonald's and burger king that's 30 seconds away to go to this Wendy's four times and every time my order was wrong. This last time I ordered two things only, a plain double cheeseburger and a large DIET coke. When I pulled up to the window I confirmed the DIET coke and put in regular coke. He said I'll fix it and I said yes please because I'm a diabetic and can't drink regular coke. Surprise, surprise, sandwich covered with toppings and regular coke. Went here on Saturday at around 10:30 now the website said that this location opened at 10. The door was unlocked. Go to the line no food was made and no one was at the counter. Never again, no ice in the soda machine, no salt at condiments table, all tables were either sticky or filthy, (we wiped off a table ourself) floor was dirty, employees sitting in booths texting on there phones. Took 15 minutes to process 3 cars so we could order. From there, took 20 minutes to process 4 more cars to get our food. Is this the best food in the world, well no. But the service here is really great. I went in with a little bit of time right after a softball game with just a small time to spare. I ordered a lot of food, and they didn't get anything wrong. Everyone was pleasant and knew their job. And hey... It's a hell of a lot better than going to McDonald's lol. read more
