I have to admit I love me some Wendy's. This particular one sits off Meadow Church Road, near Sugarloaf Pkwy (across from Wells Fargo, and near the Kroger shopping center). It's convenient for me, since it's close to work. I love the value menu (jr. Bacon cheese burger, yum) and typically you can keep your meal cost below $7. A couple other pluses for this location: - outdoor seating - coca cola freestyle machine - deep plastic ketchup cups for dipping I've never had an issue at this location but their drive thru service can back up a little during lunch time. Customer service is ok. I've had great service once out of the many times I've been there. Same for cleanliness, it's not spotless but it's ok. The burgers and sandwiches are nicely wrapped, which I think is important bc it shows somebody cares enough to not wrap them sloppily. Ever gone to get fast food, and your burger or sand which is wrapped horribly? Sometimes presentation is key. Overall, this location is ok and perfect to keep on your radar if you like Wendy's and are in the area. read more

Customer service at this location was terrible. I asked where the biggie combos were on the menu and the representative speaking through the drive-through told me to look on the screen. Then, when I got to the window, he took my card and shut the window and did not tell me thank you give me a receipt or anything And then when I got to the next window, the lady that gave me my food, but I did not check my order and it was not correct. I did call to complain to the manager. I have gotten the Pineapple frosty several times. There needs to be some kind of yellow ness to the frosty so it actually taste like pineapple and not just at the bottom. I had 2 out of maybe 6 ppl make it where it taste good. Other then that they dont add enough pineapple and its all at the bottom. I had a younger gentleman at the drive thru who made it perfect. It had pineapple on the bottom and top and it actually flavored the frosty. This what I got today and it DOES NOT even flavor it enough to call it a pineapple frosty. I'll add the date and time so corporate can figure out who was working, but the lady working needs to get a different job. The customer service sucks. I pulled up to the drive thru on 2/16/25 at 3:30pm and the first thing the lady said was "go ahead with your order", no Good afternoon, hello, nothing. Th crazy thing is I worked at Wendy's like 20yrs ago and we never ever was taught or was able to get away with having no respect or greeting customers without proper respect. Then when I to the window​, she just handed me the drinks and food with a attitude, like there's not 100's of other businesses that I can spend my money with. I am commenting on Wendy's store #958. The manager is Jose. This store was very well managed. I was greeted when I walked in, the service was live and exceptional. No self ordering. The store was very clean and cool. The chili was delicious and the fries were not fresh and he redid the order very quickly. The restroom was clean and well stocked. He had the staff refilling the self service area with napkins, straws and the store was wonderful to visit. I live in Peachtree Corners, however, I will be returning to the Pleasant Hill location because of the excellent store (the PTC Wendy's is not in the same league as this store. You have to place your own order (not that user friendly) and the store in not as well managed and pleasant. It is difficult to get a live person to want to take your order). I was in the store and a customer wanted to pay with cash and they would not take his cash. He was treated very unprofessional at the PTC location. Walked inside and the woman working the window walked by me to go back to the window. I continued to stand there and I began to wonder why no one was greeting me or taking my order. The woman who worked the window walked back towards the register to say oh the kiosk is behind you sir. Not hi welcome to Wendy we are understaffed (when we locked eyes as I was standing by the register), could you please use the kiosk or anything of the sort. Instead I got oh they don't speak English and we are understaffed so you have to use the kiosk. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I just laughed and walked out smh. It wasn't even busy. It was two people eating in the lobby and two or three cars in the drive through. I saw a lady walk out looking puzzled and she probably left because she didn't get service. I used the drive-thru. Simple order of a salad. They didn't mess it up. Not overly friendly nor were they rude.

Arrived to the drive thru at approximately 10:35 PM on Sept 2nd 2022. I made it to order my food at approximately 11:06 pm at the window as there were tons of cars and people waiting the rude girl said, we closed." however, they actually closed at 12:00 am which was 54 minutes later I guess they didn't want to deal with the people in the line and started telling random cars they were closed. Close to my office, and even though the drive thru line gets backed up around the building, they're pretty damn quick, and accurate... I've never had a problem with my order, and once you get past the speaker and made your order, you're usually out of there in record time. Never have I had to question what's in the bag or what's in my drink cup. And unlike their archy competitors, Wendy's will hand you a straw WITH your drink so you can sip on it while waiting for your food. read more

Pulled up to the window to pay but had to explain a price discrepancy...they were overcharging me based on what the outside sign read. The first person didn't understand. A second person used expletives to explain "the price is the f----ing price." I admit I was ugly back after that, but the young man then proceeded to stick his head out the window to get in my face, scream at me with his mask down and I got hit with some spit. The manager arrived to the situation late, and I don't expect any resolution. I took a photo to confirm the price disparity and walked back inside to show the manager. The price was different than the price posted inside the restaurant. The whole episode was crazy, with staff willing to loose it rather than walk outside and look at the posted price. As it stands, this Wendy's doesn't deserve business. Drive a little further or pick a different option. read more

Not sure why I put myself through self torture. I ordered the 'new' grilled chicken sandwich and it was awful, but fries were pretty good, I can't find a single napkin dispenser at this location. Service is mediocre, you can tell no one really wants to be there. Friendly staffs. Nice location with cozy balcony, not to mention the cool soda machine with 100s of flavors to choose from, those which you can see at the Five Guys and Zaxby's. (I think it is exclusive only at this Wendy's location) I love Wendy's, but there are 3 out of 10 locations which serve not-the-best-quality foods (e.g. chicken sandwich that is cold and hard to the point it is not very chewable). But Not Here! So fresh, hot, and juicy! And the fast service! This is gonna be my ultimate place to dine in for the good food at a reasonable price for a college student! read more

I ordered a Baconator breakfast sandwich and a Maple bacon chicken croissant breakfast sandwich. Drove home and realized they gave me the wrong sandwich...was given a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich instead of the Baconator sandwich . Called the store...n/a. Drove back and explained I was given the wrong sandwich and instead of asking what can they do to fix it the 1st thing the cashier said was well there's nothing we can do about it today b/c breakfast is over with. Won't be until tomorrow when we can fix it. I was like I just drove all the way back here b/c you all didn't answer the phone etc. The manager got on the speaker and in an agitated tone said they could give me a side of bacon or something to fix it. He took the sausage egg and cheese sandwich from me and gave me some cheap burger w/a few slices of bacon which is NOT the $4+ sandwich I initially paid for. Called Wendy Corporate office and filed a complaint, the district manager called me back and politely apologized for the inconvenience and said I can go back and recoup 2 free breakfast combos etc. and she will call the store and talk w/the manager about the situation. I really appreciate the kindness and how Wendy's Corporate promptly called me back w/in hours to handle the situation but the way that this store location did...was unacceptable. read more

The service is terrible, even for a Wendy's. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon. No customers were in the place, but a couple of cars were in the drive thru. We stand in front of the registers and wait to place our order. The same guy with a headset walks past us a couple times, only making eye contact once... quickly looking away. All the time, he's complaining to someone in the back about a coworker who had somehow done something to upset him. Finally, he stands in front of the register and makes eye contact... then opens up his eyes slightly bigger. I return the gesture... and he does the same. That's when I ask him if he's ready to take my order, to which he replies, "what do you want". I ordered an Artisan Egg sandwich with Sausage, but they gave a bacon sandwich instead. A week later I had the same order and again received the wrong order. Went inside and got what I ordered, but this time there was a hair in my food. I went by the window to make them aware of the incident, but instead of talking to me they started getting orders from the other customers and were speaking with each other. Let me preface my review in saying that I have eaten at this particular Wendy's for over 10yrs. and have had little to no problems. Until this past Sunday. My daughter ordered a side salad for her lunch, nothing else. One or two bites into it she noticed a decent sized spider (dead), well preserved, attached to one of the pieces of lettuce. Like the "fly in the soup", I understand these things can happen. Although this one was big enough and should have been noticed. My problem lies in the response of the mgr.working that afternoon. I took the salad up there with spider attached and he said, I quote, "ewww, that's not good". And then said.... "Can I get you some fries or a potato instead?""!!! He didn't seem real concerned, maybe this happens more than I am aware of. My total bill was $13 and I figured he would refund my purchase. Right thing to do. I didn't get upset or even ask for a refund. My daughter took her potato and we called it a day. However, because of the way it was handled by mgmt., I will not be returning. read more

I just walked into this Wendy's and ordered a #4 Baconator Medium, paid and let the cashier know my name is Brian. While getting my drink I heard my name. I came to the counter and asked the guy who rang me up, "did you call Brian?" he shook his head yes and I grabbed the bag on the counter and went on my way back to work. I open the bag and it's a chicken sandwich. I had to drive all the way back, tell him this is not what I ordered and he gets an attitude with me!!!!! I really cannot stand incompetence.
