We went there on a Sunday and it looked like church had just let out because it was really busy with lots of nice dressed people I first noticed when I walked in it was clean and the atmosphere was Lively and efficient we get to the service cashier to place our order everything was correct she did a great job with a smile and it looked like either the owner or the manager was doing just as much work as the other employees with a smile again we get our food we ordered strawberry shake I ordered a chili and I am very picky about my chili and it was so good , and a mashed potatoes and gravy and my husband ordered fries and a pretzel burger they were both delicious according to him, They brought it to our table so that was nice I'm kind of surprised at the mediocre reviews because it was super busy and delicious I would definitely go back read more

This restaurant is hostile to handicap people. Employees rudely tell customers that because the Culver's restaurant is on private property, Ga laws (like Code Title 40. Motor Vehicles and Traffic § 40-6-226) do not apply to them. On 5/20 between 10:30 a and 11:30 am I got a meal at this establishment (which I would say, is very good.). Because I am handicap, I parked in the Handicap parking space. I had my handicap placard on display in the windshield, and had a Handicap icon on the rear of my car so that anyone behind me would know I am a handicap driver. When I began to pull out of my handicap space, I found a customer car had just parked in front of the restaurant door - in the left lane, but still blocking me in my space. I have a rear camera on my car and made a good fair effort to pull out twice without the car having to move, but I was unable to safety do so. The driver of the car was in the car and clearly saw I was stuck, but did not take any action, like driving his car forward by just a few feet so I could leave (I latter found out said driver was waiting for his meal to be hand delivered to him by a Culver's employee. I gave a quick honked on my horn, then a longer honk, and then a third even longer one - and when that failed to motivate said driver to just move a few feet so I could leave, I just sat on my horn until he moved (more than 2 minutes). Afterwards the driver of the offending car rolled down his window and yelled out I was a "dumass"; a women, with two children, that were walking to the entrance of Culver's yelled back asking the yelling of swear words to stop. As all this was going on, a Culver employee was delivering food to the line of cars parked (not in any parking spaces or a designated pick up zone, but in the left lane of the street to exit the parking lot, blocking other parking spaces). Even after said mother expressed concern over the violent exchange in front of her children, the employee took no action. I rolled down my window and told said employee that Culver's staff and management was knowingly instructing drivers to park illegally. Culver employee rudely advised me that because this was private property, laws do not apply to Culver's staff. I pointed out that Culver had painted / postered arrows themselves on the private property street, so they were also not following their own posted policy and procedures. The Culver's employee's response was to rudely order me to leave Culver's property, if I was not going to buy another meal. When I left, the car blocking the handicap space move back to his original position blocking access to the Handicap parking space I had vacated, all under said Culver's employee supervision. read more

Came to this Culver's location today, only to have a very rude encounter with the drive thru employee, who I later found out is a team trainer named Noah. Upon arriving to the window I realized I had accidentally ordered fries instead of onion rings. When I asked to get them switched and I could pay the difference, he rudely refused 3X by simply saying "I don't know how to do that", "I can't do that it's too difficult ", and "No". Afterwards he just said "fine" making me think he got the onion rings and he tells me to pull forward. I pull forward and Alan brings my food out, when I checked my bag there were no onion rings, after asking him to fix my order he kindly helped me and got the issue fixed immediately and came out with my onion rings. From the moment we opened the door to walk into the restaurant we were greeted by the happiest employees! The gentlemen at the register was very kind and even offered free ice cream for my toddlers. The food was brought to our table expeditiously, it was fresh & absolutely delicious! When my sister went to get my kids ice cream the gentleman at the checkout even told her to keep the coupon for a discount next time we dine in. The restaurant was super clean! Bathrooms were also clean! The music was pleasant and took me way back. Overall this place is so much better than many other restaurants that are not considered fast food. First my water cup had black specs in it and they made a fuss about getting me a new one, and then my father's walleye had no tartar sauce. We were not told we had to pay extra for it when we first placed our order. I then had to come back up and get silverware and pay .40 for the sauce. So disappointed. I've heard great things about Culver's so I made the 20 minute drive (one way). I ordered a double cheese burger with only cheese, a burger with meat and bread (for my pups) and a small custard. We waited 10 minutes for our food and I'm glad we got the custard. I came in today I asked for fried and a burger, before I got my food I asked if I could switch them to onion ring, the team trainer named " Noah " said that that wasn't possible to switch to onion rings even before I ended up paying my order because it was too difficult to switch it on the systems, then I asked him if he could please just swap out the onion rings for fries I will be even willing to pay for it, he said OK fine your total is $27 I paid him the $27 waited for my food to come out only to find that there was no onion rings in the bag. Then a gentleman named Allen came out to give me the food and I told him that there was no onion rings in the bag he said he felt intimidated by Noah as if he would get in trouble for doing the right thing. Nice clean restaurant! The burgers were pretty good too! Their go to is Mayo on the burger which is a little weird, so they let you build it anyway you want it. The kids menu is a really good deal for 5.99 you get a burger or chicken tenders, fries a drink and an ice cream scoop for $5.99. My food was HOT and my fish was FRESH. I always go to this Culver's over the Buford location. The young people working here have always been very polite to me and my family and they check on us to see if we are enjoying our meal. This is conveniently located off Peachtree Industrial, which can be a little hassle with traffic, ESPECIALLY when the kids are let out of school, and the busses cause a slow down. We have come 3 different times since opening. The first time was Saturday around 1pm and it was CRAZY BUSY but they were super fast and friendly. We came on Sunday around 7pm and they were a little slower but still decent. The burger, fish and chips and concrete were all excellent. The onion rings were not fresh. I will say I'm not a huge fan of the custard~it's not as thick as say Freddy's for example and melts very fast. I ordered a butter pecan and it's just super sweet butterscotch syrup with some pecans which wasn't worth the price they charged~maybe it would of been better as a concrete vs a sundae (or just go to Bruster's for a real butter pecan) however we always received fast friendly service read more

They also messed up the order and instead of fixing the issue they simply told me I could go order what was missing.
