We finally had a chance to try out the breakfast menu at Wendy's today. We used to frequent this location monthly on Friday nights for their 4 for $4 deal. Anyways, onto their breakfast offerings. I got the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with seasoned potatoes on the side. He got the combo meal with the sausage egg and cheese sandwich. My biscuit sandwich was good, just good. My first impression upon unwrapping it was that the egg smelled and looked like a freshly cooked egg. The biscuit was good, not as tender and flaky as some other places. The sausage on his sandwich was square, like their hamburgers, lol. He said next time he'll get the biscuit. Coffee was ice cold and he had to ask for it to be reheated. The seasoned potatoes? FABULOUS. They had just the right seasoning and we're crispy on the outside and tender inside. I'll definitely go back for those! read more

Me thinks not! I stopped in shortly after they opened. I stood at the counter for may 90 seconds w/o anyone there to take my order. I asked for, I think it was a small #6. Bacon egg and cheese comes with hime fries and coffee. Got in the car. Tasted a flat hard home fry. Nasty. Opened the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I didn't even bite all the way thru. Halfway thru my bite I felt the elastic bacon stretch and stiff bread. I said he'll to the no. Can't eat that. Threw the whole bag away and didn't eat any of it. Coffee was less than mediocre. *Note this location is attached to the Exxon gas station. Be careful driving thru to get in and out. There's a lot of workers in the small vans with 10 ladders on top flying around the corner. Lots of white vans with slide doors driving around. Be alert and aware for many reasons, please. How sad that this place got bad ratings...I actually had a great experience recently. I had asked about fries moments before, but ended up going healthy (at Wendy's, haha) and ordered a pecan apple chicken salad. They told me they ran out of pecans. The manager asked if I'd like extra croutons or anything. I declined. He quickly whisked me an order of small fries and gave me a mini frosty while I waited for the salad. That was nice...sabotaged my attempt to be healthy, but hey, free food :) The manager seems to be trying--he also gave a family that was dining there several of the mini-frosties and came out from behind the counter to check on his patrons. read more

I only go though the drive-thru so I don't know what the dine-in experience would be like but they are always fast and very polite. This review is for the Wendy's restaurant on Washington Blvd in Lansdowne MD. I've always liked Wendy's burgers more than those other fast food places, so I was somewhat happy when I found out one would be opening not too far from where I live. Although it's convenient, I have to ask myself why I keep going back. During the pandemic, every couple of weeks I'd get a craving for a Wendy's burger, so I go through their drive-thru window. Usually I get what I ordered, but oftimes there is no bacon on the bacon-cheeseburger, or the toppings are not what I asked for, or I'm missing something I've ordered. Annoying, but not worth the trip to go back and complain. More often than not, they don't have baked potatoes, and frequently no chocolate Frosties. It's a good thing I get these to eat at home, because there is usually nothing in the bag other than the food - no utensils, no napkins, no packets of ketchup - and they don't even bother asking if I'd like them. OTOH, the staff who take care of the drive-thru are usually friendly and pleasant, and easy to understand through the speaker where you order. read more

Just barely 3 stars. I "rediscovered" Wendy's about a year ago as I happen to pass upon this establishment most days of the week. They say "its not fast food, it's Wendys". But we all know it's fast food. Good fast food, but fast food nevertheless. The burgers are delicious. The fresh, never frozen patties easily beat other fast food burgers hands down, based simply on flavor. Both the single and the double are good. The burgers are topped with lettuce, tomato, fresh onion, pickle, ketchup, mustard, and mayo. I usually don't like too much on my burger, but all of it together really goes well with the Wendy's patty. The fries are cooked soft and are usually not that crispy. The burgers alone would give this place more stars. However, the interior is a bit dingy. There is usually a line, more from slow orders than massive demand. Although there is a lunch rush, I'm assuming, everyday; they still have trouble adjusting to it. Most lunch times inside, it's like its a surprise that a bunch of people come in between 12-1 everyday. Workers look panicked, customers look impatient, and lines keep growing. Most people are surprised when I rank Wendy's burgers along with the likes of other more reputable joints such as Five Guys. But based purely on their flavorful beef patties they easily sit with the burger elite. If you can look past the dinginess, the "meh its fast food" mentality, and glacial service times, you will find yourself in the company of a darn good burger. read more

Do not go here. I mean, I want to give it negative stars, but I can't. We ordered 2 Four for $4 meals, and they were horribly wrong each of the THREE times we ordered it. First, the burgers had cheese on both of them, when we only ordered one with cheese. Onions on both of them too, and again the onions were only supposed to be on one of them. There were also pickles on one, which we didn't order. The next try, NONE of them had cheese and both had ketchup, third try they FINALLY got it right, but the sauce was wrong... just go to any other restarting then this. This is a pretty decent Wendy's if you ask me. It's attached to a gas station, has a drive thru, and is located at 1 and 103 in Elkidge. It's on my way home from work so I've been to the drive thru a few times and it's insanely fast! I like their burgers better than McDonald's or Burger King, but it's no Five Guys. One star is being exceptionally nice to this particular Wendy's. I typically give fast food places three times to screw up before I never again return for anything. This works well as sometimes mistakes are genuine mistakes rather than sheer incompetence. Unfortunately, incompetent is the only real way to descibe this Wendy's. On three subsequent Saturdays I have went in and ordered a *GRILLED* Asiago Ranch Chicken Sandwich for lunch. All three times I've instead been given a *HOMESTYLE* Asiago Ranch Chicken Sandwich. The last two times I've caught the error before leaving, and they remade the sandwich, so they at least know how to fix errors. Hoewever, the people making the sandwiches most certainly don't seem to read/understand the instrustions that are given to them verbally or via the order printer above the grill. I like Wendy's sandwiches, and I think that they have the best french fries but at this point, nothing can redeem this particular store for me. When/If I need to get something from a Wendy's, I'll make the longer trip down to the one in Arundel Mills. The Wendy's in Arundel Mills has never gotten my order wrong. read more

Been coming here for a couple of years now. Usually drop in once every few weeks. It's always been pretty good. They keep the place clean and well-run. My wife likes Wendy's better than other fast food places so if we do have to get fast food, we come here. Came in today for lunch and saw that a lady from the Howard County health department was here to give them an award for being listed as one of their Howard County 100 Healthy Restaurants. To get this award, they have to offer something nutritious, maintain a clean and healthy environment, and make your nutrition info clearly posted. I casually congratulated the manager as he walked by and he thanked me by giving me a free Frosty and a couple of those key tags that gets you a free junior frosty anytime you order something. I've always had a good experience here, whether it's dine-in, to-go, or drive-through. read more

Went to drive through, no one in front of me and took 8 minutes for the attendant to take my order. When I got my order, no "Thank You", "Would you like any condiments" or any customer recognition other than, "Here you go..". Burgers were dry and looked like they'd been made hours prior. Chili was room temperature at best and French fries were cold and brown. Whoever is managing is definitely not doing their job overseeing product quality, customer service or operational efficiency. I understand it's Wendy's but I can name at least 5 other quick meals that far exceed my experience here tonight. Went back after a few months and ordered a taco salad for my wife at home; guess what..? They forgot the chili! Seriously??!! I'm over this place. I work up the street and have watched this location decline steadily over the last couple of years. The burgers aren't bad but the rest of the menu is just awful. The chicken is always dry, the salads are usually wilted and the fries are the worst I have ever had. They are overcooked and taste like the oil has never been changed. I understand this is a 'fast-food' place but that doesn't excuse the poor quality of the product. This is especially true since Wendy's is the on the higher end of the price scale for 'fast-food.' I dislike McDonald's but I would rather venture up route 1 and eat there. The food may be bland but it's better than this place and at least cooked correctly. I used to be a fan, years ago of this location, but it has seriously fallen. The drive-through is sooo slow, the food is sub-par (even for Wendy's) and the employees couldn't give a rats a** about your order. The last few times I've wandered by it (it is connected to a gas station), the whole place smells like a heavy cleaning solution, but the floors and counters still appear filthy. Avoid this one. This Wendy's location offers breakfast and is open until 1AM. It is attached to a 7-11 which also has a gas station so can be very convenient to grab a Frosty and fill up your tank. If you've not been to a Wendy's in a while, their menu has changed but what I like are the variety of side items they have. Service can be a bit slow so keep that in mind if in a hurry. Oh..they also tend to over salt the fries so request a fresh batch. read more
