At 5:30 I stopped in to get a baked potato. The server stated that they were out of potatoes. How can you possibly be out of potatoes at dinner time? This is not the first time that this has happened in the last 4 weeks. Either someone is not ordering merchandise for restaurant correctly or the server just doesn't want to heat up a potato. Not all Wendy's are the same, the one by Bradley Airport for example is consistently not great, the one right off the highway in Westfield is sketchy. This one in Enfield every time I have been here has been very good, and fresh food, well prepared. read more

The food here usually comes out correct and tasting pretty good, but most of the employees can be rude sometimes.

Had lunch with family members today. We have been there numerous times and things seem to be getting worse. Various meal combinations were ordered which came quickly. Had the baked potato with cheese and bacon. Everything was served very hot and was tasty. But here's where things fall off the track. They were out of root beer soda, can live without it but there's no reason for soda to be coming out of their machine warmer than room temperature. Sort of like drinking a cool cup of tea. Then there was no salt in the place. Not sure how hard it would have been to go down the block and but some but no one did. Then they started carrying tables out of the restaurant. Not sure why but it reduced the seating area considerably. I can't say that I won't be going back there because family members like to alternate between Wendy's and another restaurant in the area. Hopefully next time around they will have their act together. And the kicker was that we entered the restaurant and I think it was 65 degrees. When asked if the could adjust the temperature and was told all they had was either a/c or heat and they didn't have a way to change the temperature. By the time we left I guess someone figured out how to adjust the temperature as the restaurant was warm 10/22/19 went back for lunch today. Was a busy day for them but they were able to handle the rush. Orders came out quickly and correctly. Again soda coming out of the machine was warmer than room temp. Don't use ice as you never know when they cleaned the machine last so stayed with the warm soda. Experience was better than the last time. Hence the upgrade to three stars. read more

Really going downhill with service and food. Food was made sloppy. Soda machine in dining room always needs servicing and empty of soda flavors. And don't sit next to the windows you can see right though the lack of caulking in the big middle window. My wife told the manager, seemed like he didn't care who knows Update: went here the other night, and had problems who would of thought. Now they have a new register system and have no clue how to work it. The manager doesn't even know how. My bank account was charged twice! Then waited 15 minuets for them to figure it out. Always a disappointment. They never get my order correct through drive-thru! Never -it's crazy. One time I ordered bacon burger with cheese, bacon and ketchup only. Get home open. THe sandwich and there is only bread, cheese, bacon, ketchup. No MEAT! Today I order the chicken PECAN salad - check the salad and noticed I received crotons instead of pecans. I mention this to the employee and he tells me tHey don't have pecans - well they should tell customers when they are ordering that - instead of improvising and giving them something they don't want. The other day - same BS - get home instead of having tHe bacon cheeseburger I have something totally different. Please train your employees better, and yOu can't even complain because they never answer the phone. Goes straight to voicemail. Management stinks. I hope corporate takes notice. read more

Terrible terrible terrible service! Not only did the cashier mess up on our order because he was in the lobby to busy talking to our co workers about personal outside of work stuff. We had to wait on him to finish his personal convo. They had one worker that was a cook doing everything while the rest were in the lobby chit chatting. The food was awful. They must of been to distracted to worry about doing their job right. I recommend take the three mins and go across the street to McDonald's better service.
