Food was fresh and hot, service was as polite and quick as usual, and they were gracious with my loud one-year-old and brought him some toys. This was only my third visit to Chick-fil-A, ever. I have a gluten allergy so I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with the gluten-free bun, and the waffle fries. I was told that the waffle fries are always gluten-free. I was with my daughter who had the chicken nuggets and fries. We sat down and our food was delivered almost immediately. My gluten-free burger and fries were separate from hers, in a bag which I appreciated. My gluten-free bun was separate from the chicken with tomato and lettuce. The sauce was also separate. The chicken sandwich and the french fries were great. Someone checked on us partway through our dinner to make sure everything was OK and asked if we needed anything. Dining room was clean. There was a woman walking around cleaning and wiping down everything. It was a great experience and I would go again. Recommend! read more

The review is for the breakfast only. I love McDonald's biscuit breakfast & have been eating it with the Egg yolk manually removed since I have diet restrictions due to high cholesterol. Every time I tried to venture out, I've always gone back to McDonald's as none of the other fast food places i've tried offer egg white or "round egg" that I can remove the yolk. I was delighted to find out that Chick-fil-A still offers egg white with their breakfast. It's sooo good, it's pretty much the same, every bit as good as the McDonald's I've used to except I don't have to manually pick out the yolk anymore. Thank you Chick-fil-A. PS. So while I was ordering in the very short line that there was the person had a beautiful color of pink lipstick on. Then whenever I went to the bathroom, there was a station for Lady goods and diapers. Then when I came back to the bathroom waiting for my food, which was quickly delivered. A kind man was hanging out mints. Despite giving us fried nuggets when we asked for girl nuggets when we went to go return them, they let us keep them and made us new ones free of charge when I ever another person in our group ordered eight count of grilled nuggets, they gave us the biggest chunks of chicken I have ever seen. Well inflation has certainly hit Chick-Gil-A! $26 total... My husband mentioned his shock from seeing how few grilled chicken nuggets he received for $9 (don't worry he got a Wrap too). At the recommendation of my friends in the South who have as many Chick-fil-A restaurants as we have Dunkin Donuts, I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with fries, and CFA sauce. The show stopper was the seasonal Peppermint Milkshake! Wow that shake was good; it had tiny peppermint & white chocolate bits in it. It was very filling, I could only finish half. The sandwich & grilled chicken were excellent, as was the sauce. The fries weren't fried enough or hot, nothing special. And although the wrap is my daughter's favorite, my husband found it to be healthy but dull, but admitted that's where the sauce comes in. Everything was lukewarm, and even though it was 2pm, the two lines were busy and they had 2 outside order takers and an outside cashier (good thing the temperatures warmed up). We didn't love Chick-filet-A, but we're not big fast food eaters. It felt healthier than McDonalds, and was good. I think we'd go again when hungry and running errands. read more

Went here today for breakfast. The customer service stole the show. We ordered ahead online for dine in. When we arrived we scanned our table number. Gary, the manager brought out our food. He was one of the most pleasant people I've ever encountered. My daughter's biscuit with cheese was in the shape of a heart which was SO cute! My husband and I split chicken minis which are so good and we had a couple orders of tots and a fruit cup for my daughter, plus vanilla iced coffees. Plus - Gary through in a brownie which my daughter was elated about! The restaurant was clean and quiet despite a good amount of customers - we enjoyed it so much. My daughter loved the playscape! The room the playscape was in smelled clean and appeared well kept. Up inside the play area was littered with trash some children clearly not being watched by their parents brought up there and it did stink a bit like dirty diapers up inside there .... But this doesn't affect my review as that was purely a bonus! I would just recommend a good interior cleaning! We can't wait to have breakfast at the Enfield chic fil a again! read more

I really like most of these restaurant chains. The West Hartford one is efficient, friendly and quick. This one is not. On multiple occasions, I've faced long lines, slow service, and service that doesn't meet this chain's high standards. On a recent visit, I ordered through the app and got into a very slow drive through line. When I finally got up to the window, I waited another minute more, only to be told to go find a parking space and they would deliver it to me -- all for a sandwich that didn't have pickles on it. (I know.) All told, the process took nearly 20 minutes, which is ridiculous for so-called "fast food". Nothing fast about this place and it's been consistently slow for YEARS. read more

I was super happy to find a nearby Chick-fil-A to where I was staying. After filling up my gas tank at Costco, I made my way here for lunch. I ordered the Cobb Salad with avocado ranch and a 4 piece chicken strips with Chick-fil-A sauce. I thought about ordering a side of waffle fries but forgot and figured I could have ordered it later if I needed more food. The cobb salad was big and I struggled to eat all of it, at the same time as the chicken strips. The meal filled me up and was delicious but I was disappointed in finding three lettuce stumps in my salad. I figured one would be a mistake but three seemed not really a random mistake. I just plucked them out and tried my best to finish the salad. The cashier was only so so friendly but the person who brought my food was nice. Overall, it was a clean restaurant with a kids play area for smaller kids and the food was good and fast. I used the bathroom on the way out and it was pretty busy as there was a line for the men's and women's bathroom. I would repeat if I was in there area again as I love chick-fil-A chicken! read more

What's the best fast food chain in the world? The only answer is Chick-Fil-A! Since we don't have any Chick-Fil-A's in Buffalo I always make it a point to stop at one whenever we are forced to come back to Connecticut. As soon as we crossed into the state and it clicked in my hungry brain that Enfield had one, I was off the highway in the drive through! This was my first time ever stopping at the Enfield location and thanks to already know what the best thing on the menu is, i ordered the spicy chicken deluxe with a side of waffle fries and a sprite. The spicy chicken deluxe was amazing and way better then a fast food sandwich should be. The waffle fries continue to be some of my personal favourite and I'm still waiting to find some better ones. Food quality and consistency has gone down dramatically at the Enfield Chick-fil-A. Lines are way too long and the food has not been the same from a year ago. Sandwiches are very sloppy when put together, tomatoes and lettuce spilling out of the boxes and they shut them like that, its like your at McDonald's. They just don't care anymore. The fries portion has been literally cut in half, got an order last week and had 5 medium sized waffle fries, and they were cold! What is going on?! We used to get hot and overflowing portions of fries.. not anymore. Definitely never coming back, especially after hearing they will begin using antibiotics in their chicken. This was a 5 Star visit. I know it's fast food so I am not comparing it to an upscale 5 Star - but here's why: 1. The restaurant was clean, and service was excellent. From the time we ordered it took them approximately 2 minutes to bring our meals to our table. 2. Our orders were correct, and served piping hot. I have a thing for proper temperatures and like hot food hot - and this was. Most fast food burgers / chicken sandwiches I get are warm. Extra credit here - almost burned my mouth! 3. The sandwich (Classic fried chicken) was good. I don't care for the pickles BUT the chicken was super hot, VERY crispy on the outside and mouth watering tender white meat chicken breast on the inside. The roll was adequate / boring but it's about the chicken and it was excellent. 4. It's also about the waffle fries - and they were also served hot, crispy and with ketchup to dip - they were excellent too. So, for a fast food stop I couldb't have done better. Maybe a different Chick-fil-A, or this one another time won't be so perfect; but today they were, and it was. Kudos! read more

I went here a few times when it first opened, and the chicken is delicious. However when I learned more about their business practices I will no longer be a patron to the restaurant chain. I respect individuals right to their own religious beliefs, however their beliefs impact my taxes, and therefore have a negative impact on me personally. (And every other taxpayer). I also cannot in good conscience support a business that believes women are not equal and are actively working to reverse women's rights. I would like to say that the waffle fries is the specialty of chick-fil-a. I always loved their nuggets and fries so a couple days ago I went to their Big E tent! They had bacon cheese fries and it was so delicious! The staff is also nice here and they never disappoint. We try to limit fast food, but Chick-fil-A is very high quality chicken and is a step up from other fast food places. You know you are eating real chicken, not processed chicken product. I'm obsessed with the Chick-fil-A sauce. Based on the ingredients list it seems like a kicked up mixture of BBQ sauce and mayo, and it's delicious! I love dipping waffle fries in it, as well as slathering my chicken sandwich with it! You can get most items with either grilled or breaded and fried chicken, so you can feel like you are a little "healthier" with the grilled version. Milkshakes are amazing, too, using real ingredients instead of flavorings for fresh choices like strawberry, peach, or key lime pie. Have had better luck with our orders since leaving the last review. Did receive one chicken sandwich with no chicken in it (I guess the job can be stressful at times) but we were eating in the dining room and they fixed the problem. If we had gotten home with a drive thru "chicken-less" sandwich I think I might be writing a different review but overall, really like their food and the way we are treated by their workers. read more

I was a little uncomfortable with it (as it reminded me of a horrible chicken omelet my ex once made me lol) but I was impressed with how it works here at Chick fil A. A coffee, a surprisingly delicious sunflower seed bagel, cheese and an egg, a juicy piece of crispy chicken breast and little quarter size hash browns for $6.90. The coffee brew wasn't my favorite but I can overlook that. Some yelpers in other regions have posted grits at Chick fil A but this location does not serve them. Four and a half months after they opened, Chick-fil-A mania is still in full swing. I walked in for lunch today, and the line was practically to the door. They had ropes up to keep the crowd in line, and the line moved along pretty rapidly. You order at the counter, assuming you can make up your mind, and if you are dining in they bring your food to your table, and if yours is a "to go" order you line up at a side pick-up counter. Everything was super organized and as so may Yelpers have stated, the people here are super friendly and showed wonderful customer service. I ordered a Grilled Market Salad - a very nice portion of grilled chicken with romaine, blueberries, strawberries, and diced fresh apple. I also ordered a "lemon water" with Splenda -sort of a Lite Lemonade and it was excellent. I sat and enjoyed my $10.57 lunch and watched the endless stream of customers, servers, chicken of every description, waffle fries, and shakes parade across the dining room. I have to update my review on this location based on my past few experiences. The lines have always been long and not as efficient as other Chick-Fil-A locations that I have been to (for example, Chicopee, Framingham, and Hanover). It seems that they are always understaffed. Next, the main reason I wanted to update my review is because of the atrocious way they under-pack the fries. I consistently order large fries here, but have only received half or a little more than half of the size of the carton (refer to my pictures as a reference). I love this Chick-fil-A. Love, love, LOVE it. I stop here pretty much every time I go up to Enfield to go to Costco, and they're pretty quick for always having super long lines. The chicken always is piping hot, and the pop is never flat here. If you end up eating inside, the bathrooms are always very clean, and everything is always very well stocked as well.
