Yes, they are very busy, but have good food. For faster service you can choose to walk in instead of the drive thru. The management is excellent here. Rather if I go through the drive thru or choose to walk in, I have always received excellent service. Great staff! Friendly smiles. Good management. I just want to put it out their since there is now all the different food "dash" places, Wendy's is swamped with extra business because of these food places going to pick up someone else's order(s), so understand why they are so busy. Bring back the fresh-brewed iced tea. I just went next door to Arby's and didn't order a drink, which is pure profit for fast food restaurants. Too bad for these owners' profit margin. There's a big quote in this location from Dave Thomas that says, "it's important to use real and natural ingredients." It would be nice to have real and natural tea, instead of fake tea syrup mixed with water in the soda/cancer machine. They also got rid of the customer comment cards, so thanks for being here Yelp! The staff at this Wendy's were so nice... My roommate and I went through the drive thru on our way back from a road trip and they forgot my chicken nuggets. I went in and they were so apologetic. I've been here about 6 times in the past 3 weeks and it has been wonderful each time! I'm surprised at the 2 star rating because whenever I visit, the service is very friendly and the food is fresh. I usually order the spicy chicken sandwich or the spicy nuggets. I use the app and my order is always correct and the food is delicious. I will continue to keep visiting this Wendy's location. Went there for lunch with the grandkids. Ordered 2 chili's, 2 chick sandwiches, 2 frys and 1 large drink. The bill was nearly $28!!! 20 to 25% higher than most other places. Chili was watered down to extend the product. Avoid this place, over priced and cheap food. If there was any way to cut quality of product and extend it, the owners did it. The location was the Wendy's in Cordelia. Off the freeway hence the serious cut in quality and over-charging as compared to other Wendy's. Avoid like the pandemic. read more

Visited this wendys recently and can't say I will be back anytime soon. When I came in, there was one person being helped in front of me. Ok, fair enough. Then the cashier disappeared (presumably to go help the cooks), and didn't come out for a good 10 minutes. When I am finally helped, he takes my order (small chocolate frosty) and I hand him 2 dollars. He then hands me 50 cents back in nickles and tells me it will be ready soon. He then disappears again for another 10 minutes, and then comes out to tell me they are out of chocolate and if vanilla is ok. I say it's ok, and then he returns with a large vanilla frosty and I am left speechless. I wish I would have asked for a refund. Wendys, if you want to stay in business, hire more cashiers (and friendly ones at that!) so people dont have to wait so long, and also hire managers who will remember to make adequate replenishments of the inventory. If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I stopped in here for dinner on Thursday night. As soon as we walked in, we should have walked right back out. The place reeked of burnt something. It was smoky inside and the dinning room was a disaster. The place was nothing more than a hot mess. We thought we would give it the benefit of the doubt since there wasn't a line and the drive thru seemed empty. The young lady at the cashier was flustered but took our order correctly. She was so flustered I even asked her if she was okay. Her response....we are slammed. The dinning room had one other family and one other person behind us in line. Once we got our cups we sat down. There was no ice available so we had to go back to have the cashier fill our cups with ice. Once at the soda fountain, the majority of the options were unavailable...coke, flavored coke, etc. How can you be out of Coke? There was no ketchup in the dispenser and we had to go back up to the front to get some. Once we sat down, I removed the trash from a table and wiped it down for my family. My mom got our food and upon one bite into my jr. Cheese burger, I knew why there was smoke in the resturaunt. The meat was so burnt I ended up hurting my tooth on the meat. Every single patty was burnt in our three burgers. The fries were also burnt. We ended up throwing the food away and leaving. I will never eat at ANY Wendy's again. This particular resturaunt ruined all Wendy's for all of us. Please educate your cooks and your other employees on how to clean. Disgusting. Normally, I wouldn't review a fast food place because everybody knows what you get when you go there. I feel, though, like I must review this place. My husband and I were on our way home from camping and needed to eat so we stopped here but decided to go through the drive thru. It took 25 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our food. We spent 10 of those minutes sitting at the window waiting for our food while the worker ignored us, didn't tell us what was going on and certainly never apologized. I thought my husband was going to throw his drink (because we did get those) into the window to get someone's attention. It was so bad. On the day we were there Wendy's missed the mark in terms of service. I've had faster service at Chili's. And everywhere else I've ever been, come to think of it. read more

Worst experience here. I normally go to the one on Texas street in Fairfield. The service is extra slow and they walk around for minutes confused before they acknowledge you. Ordered a Dave's double and noticed halfway through eating my sandwich there were no tomatoes. I brought it up to them and all she said to me was, "I'll go check the kitchen" and never came back to me with an answer. She just kept wandering around. Ordered fries for my kids and one of the fries had a long strand of hair in it. Pretty sure it was in the same batch of fries that came with my meal. Lost my appetite after that. My son showed the manager the hair and she told him to take the hair out first before they took the fries back. That was most shady thing I've ever heard. She came back with new fries but still hasn't said anything about the tomatoes that were missing. Let me add that their soda machine was not refilled at all. The eating area was dirty. No clean tables. No cookies in the cookie display. The drink selection had not available on many selections. Took way too long to get our meal.
