For the most part, everyone enjoyed their dinner. The hamburgers were good. The fried pickles were good, if you like those. The Parmesan fries were also popular, but not my thing. What caught my eye was the berry goat cheese salad. Mixed greens, berries, caramel pecans, goat cheese, and their red vinaigrette was excellent. I thought I'd throw some protein on there so added the steak. The steak was not very good so I ended up eating very little of it. Not quite sure what the taste was that the steak was giving off but not something to my liking. Otherwise, this is a terrific salad. The vegetables refresh, they gave you a ton of variety of berries, and the overall size was terrific.

My daughter got the Mac and cheese and since it was her birthday, they gave her complimentary ice cream, which is enjoyed and was very nice. There was also a tarot card reader. My daughter and I both got a reading. She was pretty good and very nice. She e will be back!

Nor did she apologize for our experience. Nothing was deducted as a courtesy on the bill either. We didn't bother to say anything, clearly they don't care about their customers or pick and choose who they want to be nice to. We still paid and tipped her 18%. However, customer service is everything. We left feeling so disrespected and ignored. Deplorable service sorry to say. No courtesy whatsoever. A smile goes a long way.

This location is clean and the staff is friendly and respectful. (I'm at that point in my life where being called "Sir" is welcomed). I find the burgers are well cooked and nicely dressed up when done "all the way". The fries are excellent, most often, and I like the "devil may care" approach to serving size...always over filled. It's definitely a no frills kinds of place with the "high boy" tables and chairs and two-tone color scheme. One suggestion though, try the fries with ketchup with the malt vinegar mixed in...it's EXCELLENT! Again, I really like 5 Guys. It's the better if that "mid tier" burger places for me. And, this location has such nice folks working there, it's a pleasure to stop in!
