Decided to get Wendy's the other night and our order was not correct. The food was even cold when we got it. The chili was sweet... which is weird I don't remember it being sweet but maybe I'm wrong as it's been forever since I've had it. Our bacon on our burgers was flimsy and didn't look cooked all the way. It was kind of busy when we were there so the service is something I can't really touch on other than the cashier being nice. The restaurant sitting section definitely needed to be cleaned but like I said it was kind of busy so I won't say more about it. extremely rude. I due uber eats deliveries (5 star driver, over 2k deliveries and 3 years on the road) and came through drive thru to come inside. I was fine with that, I was not fine with the way the girl working the drive thru had a very nasty and condescending attitude. after coming in, I showed the order, Rachel (who I assume was some kind of manager which is crazy considering her behavior) looked at the screen, didn't say a word and completely walked away and then I was completely ignored by all other staff for over 5 minutes. 0/10 for service. so today i decided to finally get me the krabby patty meal to treat myself a little this winter arc, but i have my complaints. one, the krabby patty meal does NOT come with the pineapple frosty (this made me feel sick to my stomach because where was the pineapple frosty i thought it came with it false advertisement.) the display at the front window was not on the bag nor on the burger wrapper. but i wont lie the burger was GAS but the fries were NOT i literally almost chipped my tooth they were so hard (i cant make this up) but other then that i say it definetly did satisfy my taste buds so thats why i didnt give it a 1. the burger hit every spot. every crevice was awakened. read more

Located inside a travel center, which means it's actually open for sit down meals. Some things are just not easy to eat in the car, so I appreciated the table. Had one of their biscuit breakfast sandwiches, and it was just OK. The bacon had little flavor, and the biscuit was kind of crumbly. The seating area was clean. Overall, not a bad experience, but they obviously focus on drive-through business. read more

Wendy's is located in the Pilot truck stop in Fernely. The shared restrooms were clean. Service at the counter was very quick. We ordered frosties and before I had my change away they were up. They have plastic shields separating the counter staff from customers but no other pandemic precautions evident. read more

It's been a while since my last review of this location (January, 2019) and I've been here multiple times since then so I figured it's time for an update. Sadly, it's not a positive one and I'll be changing my rating from 3 stars to 2. The burgers are still delicious and they're speed of service is still exceptional. So why the downgrade? The service has slowly but surely gone downhill. The last couple times were just minor things that annoyed me but not enough to get on Yelp and talk about it but tonight's experience is what motivated me to do so. I used the drive through and as always, ordered the, "Dave's Double". Pulled up to the window and received no greeting at all. She just stuck her hand out the window for my card. Then, she stuck my bag of food out the window just out of reach for me. (If you've ever been to this location you'll know how awkward and/or impossible it is to get close to the window). It was obvious I was having a difficult time reaching and she seemed like she couldn't have cared at all. Almost like she was purposely dangling it there to screw with me (I'm not saying that for fact just giving you an idea of how oblivious she was). During this, she was chopping it up with another employee at the window. After literally climbing almost halfway out of my window, I finally got the bag. This experience tonight, coupled with the prior experiences tells me that while they do still have a few awesome employees in there, the not good ones are slowly taking over and ruining it. This Wendy's sits inside a Pilot gas station. There is a mini mart and DQ too. I have been to this business many time over the years. We filled up on gas then came inside and placed our orders. Often times they are very busy. But not today. The employee was kind and gracious. We got burgers and drinks. Our orders came out in a timely fashion and we were on our way. So I didn't get her name but she had these super bad star tattoos on her arm so maybe that could help for any future references. So basically after the girl asked her required questions she asked what we wanted and we ask for lemonade and she says their water machine is broken so they can't serve anything that requires water (which she said included cheese so EW they water down their cheese or some shit) and she says they only have dr. Pepper and diet dr. Pepper and coke. We asked for a Diet Coke and she said "I SAID we don't have Diet Coke" so then we move on and order the rest for that order. Then we state we need to place a separate order because we have multiple people in the car and we needed two different orders. She gave the most sass for no reason. Worst customer service we've had ever. We heard her whispering something to her coworker just because we needed to have a separate order. This owner does not require minors to work with a work permit and he does not pay them for there correct hours they work. I will be sending this information to the labor board today. Salad? Yep they have them and they aren't bad. And it is a viable option to the fat and sodium laden high calorie fast food fare. I ordered the half size Asian Cashew Chicken. The full size is HUGE. It was actually spicy and the lettuce was fresh. This particular Wendy's is in truck stop/casino Pilot station so the ambiance is utilitarian and they are usually pretty busy. The seating area is relatively clean taking into consideration the lunch rush. The counter staff were friendly and food was prompt. It's ok. Not my first choice for a memorable lunch, but ok if you are in a hurry. Very close to I80. You do take your life into your own hands trying to squeeze out an opening among all the semis to exit the parking area. read more

The boy who was wiping trays at the counter completely ignored me and waljed to tge back of the store and tgen huddled with an older woman and a girl. Don't know if these are her kids, but I stood there for 10 minutes before I finally said "I guess you people don't want to make any money today" at which the older woman rolled her eyes at me. After reading the reviews posted makes me wonder if she's in fact, the manager. If she is...then either the general manager or corporate needs to come in and make some changes. First off, reading the reviews has me blown away. We were driving through town on the way to Idaho for a Funeral so, any little bit of convenience helps - We interacted with a female known as Clerk 1763 (thanks receipt). My boyfriend has a mild food allergy so getting fast food anywhere is near impossible. I read that they had bowls online but this location didn't carry them anymore. Not only did this girl tell us almost everything the items contained, she provided suggestions, had the kitchen put together a bowl and was so quick and kind about it. I guess you had to experience it to know the details but we left talking about how you NEVER get that level of customer service at a fast food restaurant. She was so casual about it - "I'm Vegan so I understand". We talked about the experience for like 15 minutes. Clerk 1763, I wish I knew your name.. Quick and efficient in the drive thru. Very thoughtful when taking "difficult" orders or requests. Love the food, always great.
