A friend and I decided to give them another try today for lunch, and thankfully, the third time was much better! Maybe it helped that it was slow and the place had pretty much emptied out by 2pm. I finally got to try the Pastrami Sammie after two failed attempts, and we both really enjoyed our sandwiches and tots today. Service was okay as well. Glad we finally had a positive experience, although I'm not sure when we'll be back.

On this visit, the young lady (teenager or early 20s, blonde) taking drive-thru orders was exceptionally pleasant, clear, and professional. She explained the process, apologized for having us pull forward to wait, and thanked us throughout each interaction. Even with what appeared to be a busy period, she remained friendly, patient, and genuinely courteous. It was one of the best drive-thru customer service experiences I've had in quite some time. She had the audacity to look me straight in the face and said "NO", which is an unacceptable response in the food service industry. Customer Service is half the job, along with making the sandwich correctly, if you can't do either of those, you don't deserve to be a manager. Rant over, go to Main steet Subway if you want a pleasant experience, they got it going on over there.
