Went to this Wendy's on Monday night just to get 2 frostys and had to wait in the drive-thru for 10 minutes before getting to the speaker box to order. I ask if a customer could go in and order and they said no, i say ok and then started to place my order when the lady cut me off and said they you need exact change to order. Lately it's been a hit or miss when it comes to the food.. Tonight makes me not want to come back.. I walked in and it smelled like urine.. Went here last Saturday the cashier placed my order correctly, they were just assembled incorrectly, went back to the counter waited til the line was empty and talked to the cashier about my order being wrong. The manager, tall skinny woman, yelled at the cashier right there in front of me and a packed seating area saying she must have put it in wrong. I told the manager she didn't do anything wrong, the receipt was correct. The manager looked at me told me I was wrong and once again told me the cashier put it in wrong. So I waited in discomfort and after a few minutes I was given a new order or burgers... Wrong once again!!!! Pissed off and hungry we ate the food and left. Never going back here again!
