Have not been to a Wendy's for quite some time and found that their menu has expanded in unique ways. New stuff to try. Saucy Nuggs: chicken nuggets with gravy, for lack of a better word. Different sized orders from 4 - 20 nuggets. Frosties: regular yummy chocolate and now, Orange Dreamcicle! Holy moly...like I remember from the 1950s on a stick. Desserts/Bakery: pull apart, iced cinnamon/Cinnabon in a cup, oatmeal bars, chocolate chunk and sugar cookies. And now they have a rather complete fast food breakfast menu. I usually hit this place after 12am after I get off work. Typically wouldn't be one to give a review but given this is one of the few places open late and it has such poor reviews I figure I'd give an updated one. Unsure about daytime service but I've had 2 different guys make my food the last 4 times and all have been amazing. Don't go expecting fine dining but for fast food I'd say this is one of the best in Indian Land. Very consistent on the burgers and very good. I was really hoping this restaurant would turn around. I think the owner is a nice guy but the staff are consistently incompetent. Dry chicken sandwiches, wilted/brown lettuce, old overcooked fries. I would not come to this, Wendy's if I was anyone in the Indian land area. Sometimes the customer service and get your order wrong or the food is not fresh. Even though it says it's open on Google till. Until 2 AM that is not factual they close earlier. If I was somebody, I would definitely have to change to Google information especially when you see cars in the parking lot thinking that it is open and you just wasted your time. Three strikes after three trips , with no effort to step up the paces or even make eye contact with you. Surely they know what lunch is, that is when people get a break to pick any place to eat. This place gives new meaning to fast food--and it isn't a good meaning. Why have two registers and only one person working? And that person has to fill the order so more time waiting. Line today was almost to the door with about a dozen people in line. Took more than 15 minutes to get to the order station. Then more than 5 minutes to fill order. Drive thru was even worse. 12 cars in line and little movement noticed. Surely the manager(if there is one) needs to do a better job staffing and training. A few months ago my brother asked me to take him to Wendy's so I drove him here and we ordered his food. The girl serving us told us his total I gave her the cash and she gave us the food and the drink. So I was sitting there for about five minutes waiting for her to give us the change back. I Check the receipt and it was about $10.50 which isn't a big deal but at the same time that's still our money I'm not just gonna let someone keep it. So when she finally came back to the window install is still here I told her that she never gave us the change.when I said that she just kept saying "you need a burger?" And I had to keep saying no my change you never gave it to me and she just kept looking at me as if she didn't believe me. I Would understand if it was super chaotic and there was tons of people behind me and she just forgot but I was the only person in line wasn't no type of busy. Unbelievable bad service. Pulled in the drive thru at 10:30 pm and ordered our food. Waited in line for 45 minutes then one of the burgers was cold so they decided to make us wait another 10 minutes to warm it up. Everytime I go there, they are out of something. I tried to order the Harvest Salad and they were out. I tried to order the Southwest Avocado Salad and they were out of avocados. I tried to order the Taco salad and they were out of chilli. There seems to be some issues that need to be addressed. It stays open later than any other food establishment in that area and cannot provide service to its patrons. I could understand occasionally having an out of stock issue, but it happens every single time I go there. I am NOT impressed! I ordered a chicken sandwich plain and chicken nuggets for my child! I asked for Siarotcha sauce, they did not give it to me, and when I asked them for it they gave me 1 packet. 1/2 hour in line, then to be told that they have run out fries? Asked for refund of the amount of fries, Manager never said sorry and had bad attitude. When I got home all the food was ice cold, and the bacon was RAW! I never received a receipt and when I checked my change, I was not refunded the correct amount. Cars were backed up around the building, a car in line threw the food order back at the window!!! WOW this place should be shut down! Never filed formal complaint before, but will contact the BBB and department of Health, serving raw uncooked food, do not eat at this location. read more
