I came in. I wanted to ask some questions about some burgers. The guy in the picture wouldn't serve me told me I had to go to the kiosk machine. They weren't using the register and then I was paying with cash anyways and when I try to pay cash after I thought I figured something out. No one helped me. They weren't busy. I ordered with the Wendy's app from the parking lot, waited a minute or two, then stepped inside. It was a little busy but my order was ready and I took it to go, eating along the way to the next stop. Possibly the worst Wendy's I've visited. Drive thru is wrapped around because of how slow they run the orders. How they meet their goals i have no idea. Got off instead to order maybe 2 people in line well it would have been easier to just wait the line in drive thru because it took just as long. Soda machine inside had no ice and smells like it hasn't been cleaned in a month. Food is mediocre at best. Avoid this location go to the McDonalds across the street. read more

I just moved to Babcock Ranch. This is the closest Wendy's to my home. Order food inside. At noon on a Saturday. Service was prompt. Three meals with Frosty's. Had seen poor reviews. But did not see it with the food or service. The dining room could be cleaner. But other than that it was delicious. It's been my experience that some shifts are better than others. Wow, What happen to this place. The dining room has been closed since covid19. The drive up in always a long weight, which you wouldn't mind if the food tasted halfway decent. Never have bake potatoes, chili is runny, and the overall quality is poor. 'Dave would turn over in his grave'. Previous years this place was fantastic. Obviously there is a management change, or lack of. This use to be a busy location compared to McDonald's down the street. There is no excuse for being out of bowls for chili, no napkins, no straws, no ketchup, no sour cream just plain stupidity in the overall operation. And be aware, if you order on-line,and they charge your credit card, when you get up to the window (after the long weight) They will tell you 'sorry we are out of that item, would you like something to replace it'. NO, I wanted what I ordered. Pay your employees and get a real management staff that is compensated appropriately. read more

Inside looks so bad. They always run out of stuff . Baked potatoes, frosty machine broken. It's more of a pain knowing it's not a smooth transaction. The wait in the drive thru is terrible too. read more

The inside is nice and clean. The employees we're pleasant. My spicy chicken sandwich came out quickly and was pretty good. It took a minute to get my iced caramel coffee...The caramel was out. read more

The young lady working the drive thru line this morning is a ray of sunshine. If all customer service experiences were like the one she provided the world of consuming would be a better place. service!!! please dont consider this a place to stop for fast food. i ordered coffee, frosty and frys. got rhere at 11:30 3rd in line; took order at 12:05. order was ready at 12:30. two orders were suddenly delivered to people who ordered after I did I asked where was my party and frosty (didn'tworry about the frys now) I asked where was my coffee and frosty? She replied... i'm making it now. there were 5 people working. Jakeria was a cashier,coffee maker, fry server,bagger and ice cream all in one while customers waitrd in line. I tried Wendy's 40 years ago and didn't care for it. I ordered delivery today because they are close and DoorDash would deliver (car is in the shop). I ordered Spicy Chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon fries; took it a step further and also ordered a JR cheeseburger. Just like all places, I suppose, it may depend on when you get food there. At 5:45 on Tuesday, we got overdone fries, overdone chicken with overdone bacon. Curious what time of day Ben got under cooked food. Anyway, the place was a mess, patrons cleaning tables in order to sit. Frigid, but, hey it's Florida! New girl at the register (2nd day) was in tears. Customers consoling her, not the manager. Called the manager out to get some tea (the container was empty), she said that the fry cook was also new today. That's pretty much the only apology we all got. IN THE PAST I WOULD AVOID THIS STORE, This store was one of the worst fast food experiences I have had. BUT, The new management have turned it around! Kudos to you managers! Now the food is fast and good and orders are accurate. I have been inside and it is clean and the workers are friendly and efficient! Drive thru is weird considering they don't use the normal first window for payment and then second window for pick up.(recommend you do, cuts wait time down even more!) read more

The food was just what we ordered and the restaurant looks as though it is kept clean and the interior design is current. With all of these updates, why don't they have any place to hang your purse in the restroom? Seems like you would be bringing a lot of germs back to your table. :( read more
