She was fast, kind, and handled the rush better than anyone could've expected. She even brought our food out to our table, which absolutely made our evening. It was hard to watch her get treated that way, but she took the manager's behavior in stride and still delivered amazing service. Lovely girl -- she deserves better leadership.
