There is no organization as far as what lines are to order and which are to pick up, if there are lines, it's more of a crowd of people all by the counter. It's fast food so I know the food isn't the best for you, but it's quick to grab and go. One thing I noticed was a couple of pitchers that sure looked like they had no covers sitting on top of the soda fountain. Place is pretty clean, food was very hot and fresh! I actually haven't had a Wendy's meal like this in years! They did forget part of our order when they called our name (we ate inside) but nothing to be discouraged by. We told them, they gave it to us and we were all happy. This place is slowww ! The ladies always have an attitude! The line gets quite long they should have someone directing the line or something to organize it. I have been to this Wendy's many times since I have been working in the area. I usually go around lunchtime. It gets very busy sometimes. The line moves very quickly. The workers are very friendly. The food is always very fresh and well made (by fast food standards). I like this one specifically because it is open late. Other fast food places in the area close the inside at about 10pm. This one lets you eat inside until like 1am. Its helpful when you are with a group of friends late at night. Highly recommended for late night hangouts. The only downside is that it does not have a Drive-thru. read more

Their food is always fresh. Fries are always hot, sodas are always crisp and not watered down like most fast food restaurants. I work at the ulta in the same plaza, it's safe to say i am no stranger to paying Wendy's a visit here and there, customer service is great! They know me by face :) everyone's so nice and warm. Seriously I lost my appetite today I was really hungry had a stressful day at work and wanted something sinful so I thought about Wendy's. As I enjoy my fries I noticed a few hairs inside of my fries so I threw it out. I thought my nuggets would be safe hairs in there as well I didn't even bother to check my burger so I was so disappointed. Management team please look into this. I'm giving 3 star because of the cashier and a few of the staffs . They worked quickly and effectively to get your food ready . I visited this Wendy's location Saturday Dec 12 during 4pm it was quite packed and lines were all the way towards the door . I don't mind waiting for my food. However, this Wendy's looked like a garbage can . Makes you think twice before ordering .There was trash all over the floor and speaking of the floor they were so sticky . There was trash pilling up on the garbage can and falling on the grounded . One of the employees acknowledge that and yet still did nothing about it. Tends to get crowded very easily..especially during lunch hours! Foods good but service can be better. The staff gets very easily distracted as they like to chitchat. They tend to forget one or two things from large orders. Always check the food you receive before leaving as you may be missing something! read more

My husband, son and I were famished after shopping and picked Wendy's because we LOVED Wendy's. I would have given them 5 stars because of the courteous staff and customer service. They looked extremely busy, the drive thru was insane and expected it to be on a Friday night so we chose to dine in. Ordered the usual, double stack , nuggets, fries, etc. However, halfway through our meal we noticed something alarming. Our burgers were bright pink on the inside! So it wasn't just one, but two burgers !I am currently 7 months pregnant and my son is 6 yrs old. I don't eat under cooked meat and being pregnant on top of that is a serious health concern to my unborn child, which can lead to complications , food poisoning , in addition fatality! I'm worried and extremely disappointed. My son felt ill afterwards and we were forced to used the most unsanitary bathroom ever. It was worse than an old gas station bathroom on a hot summer NYC day. No tissue paper in the stall we wanted to use and the other had used feminine hygiene products on the floor, including menstruation all over the floor and seat. I have never been more grossed out and repulsed by one, undercooked burger burgers , but the restroom we were forced to use because of the burger was even more gross? Is there no one to check the bathroom facilities to ensure it's sanitary at least? I'd post pictures that I took but don't want to offend anyone. The staff was very concerned about the raw meat and handled it in a great manner and refunded the cost of the burgers. However, these burgers are soooo thin, do they not temp the burgers before serving? I've worked as a QA in fast food and dine casual restaurants and I understand they have to make the drive thru time Quota and dine in, but to serve undercooked meat to anyone is a major health issue. Its not ok Wendy's and not sure how food handling process is practiced there. This will be my last time and praying me, my unborn child and my son are safe from food poisoning and complications! Now I have to go to the doctor and bring my son and (my copay isn't cheap either) just to be sure. I have a trip coming up in the next couple days and hoping I don't have to cancel over this. This place is the absolute worst. They are incredibly slow during peak dining hours and have no line organization. They also don't advertise the 4 for 4, one of wendy's best offers and give you an attitude for even asking about it. And for the incredibly marked up prices, you're better off just going next door to johnny rockets or downstairs to BBP and getting a real burger for essentially the same price. read more
