No line of cars, I sit there and wait 10 minutes before the incredibly inattentive drive thru attendant chimes in asking me what I need. I have to give him the order 3 times before he gets it right.... and then when I get my food and go home guess what?! They got the order WRONG and forgot my jr cheeseburger. Just a heavy sigh with this location. I've worked fast food in my younger years. I understand wanting to clean up early and leave as soon as possible after close. But saying burgers are unavailable 30min + before close and only chicken is available because the fryers are still open but the grills are cleaned is poor work ethnic. If a location is open during normal business hours they should be able to provide services advertised not just because the employees want to go home early. read more

This place is usually the best fast food place to go when I am out. So pretty much its a great place to go. but the last time I went to Wendy's it was not the best. Me and my entire family ordered bacon on are burgers and they didn't put any on. But also another one of my family members also didn't get something else on their burger. I just want to take this time to say that the Wendy's at the Alameda location went above and beyond. Their customer service was absolutely impeccable from the moment I ordered to the moment I picked up my food at the window. Also I want to give a big shout out to Able, his Customer service as far and beyond what I have experienced in a fast food restaurant. I commented jokingly that the ladies Frosty's in front of me looked good, and he went and served me a small one on the house. I am a Wendy's fan in general. But do understand that this is a four star based on a fast food experience not vs a sit down restaurant. Went through the drive through and they got the order right, employee was super friendly even at ten o'clock at night. All the food tasted fresh especially the chili. First time going to this location because it's right across the street from my apartment building. They said their cash register was down so they weren't taking any orders, it was around 9:00PM. Second time going to this location they were able to take my order also around 9PM. They did not give me a receipt for my order so that I probably could not leave feedback online to report how terrible their service was. On this second visit they gave me cold stale French fries and the burger was cold as well as if someone else had made the order hours before and then they just gave it to me while charging me without giving me a receipt for the transaction. The bun was actually hard and cold and I threw the whole thing away because taking two bites of it and it made me feel sick. The worst experience I've had from a Wendy's ever. The food was fine but the service was TERRIBLE; I went through the drive through and could clearly hear the women in the window speaking badly of me. Because I could hear them, I looked into the window and smiled and one said "she's looking at us and smiling right now" and lowered their voices. Extremely rude. It's fast and efficient if you can beat the lunch crowd. To keep this a 4 star establishment I will not disclose when that temporal threshold is. Very friendly people working the register and it's a clean place too. Their world stops turning when I ask if they can add a beef patty on top of my chicken sandwich and the entire kitchen gives me stares like I'm speaking Aramaic. Pretty quick and friendly. But if you order the premium burgers like the Single with Cheese be prepared to be covered in grease - literally. The burgers are super greasy and come with very little greens and tomato. Secondly the burgers are wrapped in paper and then turned upside down (so all the grease leaks out of the paper and into these little stiff paper holders like fries containers. Yes, it leaks through those too and through the paper bag your order came in. Thank god we're in a rental car and I was just wearing jeans and a fleece coat. The workers here do not pay attention to what they are doing. I went to the drive-through and ordered a pulled pork cheese burger and a large fry. After paying I did not receive my change or a receipt. The girl then hands me drinks I did not order. After waiting for a while someone else hands me a bag. I ask for my receipt and get a blank stare then he walks off. A minute later he comes back with a greasy receipt and I drive off. On my way home I go to taste a fry and it's cold and soggy. Disappointed, I drive home and sit down and open a greasy box to find two buns with a little pulled pork smashed in between and no burger to be found. After driving back and asking for a manager, I wait for over two minutes while they track down their manager. I ask for my money back and the manager kindly asks if I'd like to keep the cold fries and sandwich... In conclusion the store got a great new make over and the same sub par service and food quality. read more

I visited this remodeled Wendy's restaurant yesterday for the first time since the remodel. i though the atmosphere was great, the food was very good, and the overall value I received was excellent. I will definitely go back soon. read more
