My experience couldn't have been better. Rushed over here from the movie theater to grab a quick bite. The staff was cleaning the front area as it was completely empty. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Gave them our two sandwich orders and I kid you not, after 2-3 minutes and the order was in my hand and out the door. Before I was even done paying they had the food in my hand. Great if you are in a rush and need a reliable bite to eat. Ate the food in the theater and it was perfect. Luckily I live within a 2 mi radius of a Jimmy John's so I don't have to leave my house for a sandwich. I am especially happy though that I live within 2 miles of this specific location! The management and staff at this location are awesome! Every single person I have interacted with has been exceptionally friendly. My order has been right 100% of the time! Billed as "Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches - Tasting is Believing, since 1983" - well I tasted and I believe that I will never go back. It wasn't terrible, just bland and ordinary. They claim to make their own bread - if this is the case they should find a new baker. The french bread is tasteless. My sandwich had some ham, some turkey, cheese, a few chopped tomatoes, lettuce and too much mayo. Honestly, I've had better sandwiches on airplanes (back when you actually got a meal on an airplane). The service is unfriendly, not nasty but just just uncaring. I kept having to dodge the person sweeping the floor (like I was in her way) - ?? Unless you haven't eaten in days and Jimmy John's is the only option available, I say don't bother. read more

I always order from this location. They have never made a mistake on my order. The bread and ingredients always seems fresh. They take covid19 precautions. The delivery drivers are amazing. I can order my food online and it will be delivered to my door in less than 15 minutes, consistently! The delivery folks actually run from their car. The folks are friendly inside. It was the first time I tried their pickles, and they are AWESOME - crispy unlike what you may think they would be because they are whole pickles. The service is great, the foods consistent. It's a sub place, with subs and such... the food is as expected (which is good, vs getting a sub that is sloppy or a mess). I give this place a 4 Star review because they have a GREAT staff. Always nice, and they prepare their sandwiches 'better' than other chains. Well, I went in with low expectations given that it is a chain and this location is in a faux neighborhood. Jimmy John's exceeded my expectations. The problem, for them, is that they succeeded in the wrong direction. Let's set the stage properly. Subway has better food. My first clue should have been the giant jars of mayonnaise that are so prominently (and dare I say, proudly) displayed. The bread is tasteless and the sandwich had: mayo, ham, lettuce, tomato. Period. No other condiments were offered. One visit per lifetime. I had mine and you might want to save your visit for sometime after your death. Think about this. "john" is another name for a "water closet" or "WC". Thomas Crapper is commonly believed to have invented the flush toilet--which is located in the WC. I have had a couple of sandwiches at this location. I haven't been to the store downtown in a while but I remember enjoying their sandwiches. The employees are always disinterested and just want to rush you out the door. All of the sandwiches I have had there are flavorless and have way too much lettuce. Last night I had a Turkey and Bacon sandwich and the bacon tasted terrible, like it was made at 8 in the morning. Bad service, blah sandwiches. I love Jimmy John's. I think the bread is good--somewhat crispy on the outside and soft and fresh in the middle. Today, I was impressed with this location. I went in and it was busy and the gentleman that took my order was super friendly. Asking me questions and was just a nice guy. Two people said "hello" when I came in and two or three people said 'goodbye" or "have a nice day" when I was leaving. They are super fast and I really like their sandwiches. My only complaint (and part of it is my fault) is they asked if I wanted a pickle. I had never had the pickle but was charged for it. I kind of forgot where I was ( I think Heidi's gives a free pickle wedge) and didn't realize I was charged for it. Otherwise i don't think I would have ordered the pickle. Oh well. It was good and was a whole pickle--anyway, wish he would have said "Do you want a pickle for a $1 more "or whatever it cost? They have excellent Customer Service and always take great care of me when I order sandwich platters for work product In-Services. Since getting a message from Josh M. I have decided to write a review of Jimmy Johns that goes into more depth and detail. Josh M is obviously a hater and told me to "quit being a bitch and eat my sandwich". When I stopped into this particular place for lunch, I didn't have any grand expectations. I just wanted a decent lunch. The 2 guys there were preoccupied with god knows what, since I was the only customer in the place. It took a few minutes to explain exactly what I wanted and they got it done. The sandwiches were fair at best. Nothing more than Quiznos or Subway could have done. The service was mediocre, but the kicker here and at almost all of the places I go, was the tip jar at the counter. I like to tip at places like this because I know how much these guys make, and it's not much at all considering all the customer service thye have to do in the course of a day. It seems like every place I leave a tip, it is unacknowledged by the staff. I dropped 2 dollars intot he jar right in front of the guy and at the very least, I feel like there should have been a "Thanks" in there somewhere. There wasn't. I don't feel like I or anyone else for that matter should be ignored when tipping. I don't need a gushing amount of gratitude, but I do need an acknowledgemnt that I care enough to throw down extra cash for their hard work. I won't be tipping anymore in these kind of situations. In case you might think I don't understand the food service business, I had a bakery in Littleton for 2 years with the same tip jar arrangement for my staff. I have a bit of an addiction to Jimmy John's. Food is always fresh, reasonably priced and FAST! The staff at this particular JJ's is excellent. They get the order correct everytime and are friendly. You really can't beat the value for your money here. I recently went a whole foods to grab a quick sandwich and was charged over $8 for a ham and cheese sandwhich with mayo and tomato on 2 slices of bread. I thought they were kidding. At JJ you get a good sized sandwich with a good amount (not too much, not too little) of substance for about $6. Great place for lunch! read more
