Frostys are amazing, food decent, staff is good, not that's clean and bathrooms where not that clean

Ordered online before I headed home from work. When I got to the drive thru, the woman at the window tried to hand me two lemonades. I didn't order that and told her I had a cherry coke. She gave me the cherry coke and the bag with the correct carry out tag on the bag. No problem. When I got home, I open the bag and I am missing a double stack and the spicy chicken sandwich. I understand that orders get messed up sometimes, but this wasn't close. I also wouldnt be as upset if my order was remotely close and I wouldn't be out at least $10 of food. I'm not sure what the process is to check online orders, but something needs to change to ensure this doesn't happen again. read more

This place is just horrible. Employees always have an attitude. The door to get into the restaurant is always locked at random hours of the day. There is always something wrong with your order usually its something missing or no dipping sauce when you ask for it. And the food is usually cold. You can tell it's been sitting out too long. The fries are soggy, and if you ask for hotter food, you usually get a nasty attitude. All these issues, and they have the nerve to charge $14 for one chicken sandwich combo. Dropping this review to a one. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich and it had a bone in it. Absolutely disgusting.

This location has opted for the "order with a tablet, we don't put a human up front" approach. However, there are no amenities in the eating area, so you have to get a human to give you something like ketchup or a napkin. But since no one "works the counter", most of the staff just ignores you when you try to ask for something. Bathroom was out of toilet paper, and I waited five minutes to try and let them know. Wendy's - This is what I ordered and what I received was no where near what we ordered. - Fast Food Near Me - Glenmont, New York

This is the 3rd time in a row we have ordered via the app!! Tonight was horrible-3 sandwiches- the big bacon Cheddar sandwich we order was supposed to be a double- it was only a single with no bacon and very little cheese. The jalapeño popper chicken sandwich was suppose to have Jalapeños and no bacon and was exactly the opposite, double stack was suppose to have no bacon but somehow wound up with bacon. Someone should also tell them that they are advertising hot and tasty fries promotion - this Wendy's hasn't heard about it. To top it off, the coke was flat. And at the corporate front, used the app to complain- went to the chat and waited 15 mins to talk to someone live, said I was #1 in line - nobody . Then I tried to send an email to complain and when you fill it all out and try to send it, it won't allow you to send the complaint. Just horrible!! read more

Gave us like 4 chicken sandwiches (we only ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 hamburgers) and when I went back to ask for the correct food they apologized and then gave me 2 sandwiches that were supposed to be the correct sandwiches. How hard is it to be open during your stated time of business? Twice I drove out there for a late night snack, well before closing, and was greeted by employees yelling at me through the window they're closed. This particular location is a 50/50 shot on if you'll actually get what you ordered right. Order a large and you'll get a small, ask for salad you get no dressing or fork. Straws? Nope! These guys re TERRIBLE. Every...single...time - they get my order wrong. Every...single...time - they put cheese on thing I ordered WITHOUT cheese. Every...single...time - these guys are teenaged punks who clearly do not want to work at Wendy's. I'll never be back. I tried them repeatedly b/c Wendy's used to be superior to other fast food options. But there is a 5 Guys right next to this Wendy's, and I cannot possibly imagine returning to Wendy's when there is a 5 Guys in the same complex, across the parking lot. I take a bit of pride in my attempt to lead a (mostly) healthy lifestyle, which includes seldom eating fast food. But it seems my running tally of check-ins at Wendy's has given me away. Thanks a lot, Yelp. In my defense, though, my many visits here have occurred over the span of a few years. And they're always tied to some extraordinary circumstances; like, the Husband and I were so busy all day painting/ drywalling/ engaged in other miscellaneous home improvement projects, and therefore didn't have time to eat. (After all, this location is very convenient to Lowe's.) Or, we were headed home late in the evening after a few drinks with friends, and decided it would be responsible to get some food in our stomachs. Or, sometimes our schedules get hectic, and rather than stopping for a meal, we just want a quick bite to eat while en route to our next destination. Have I convinced you? Maybe not. Would you judge me less if I told you I usually have the grilled chicken sandwich? Anyway, enough about me. We typically use the drive-through, but we've eaten inside this Wendy's location a couple times, and always found it to be very clean and well kept. The customer service here is always exceptional, the quality is consistent, and they will get your order right. What more can you ask for in a fast food experience? I'll have the #9 meal deal with a bottle of water and a large side of stigma. Thank you. read more

Slow service is a understatement!! I would give this zero if I could. How hard is it for you people to do your job? It doesn't get much easier than fast food. Ordered a number four classic chicken sandwich which should have lettuce tomato and pickles on it, instead received this piece of garbage with jalapeños nacho cheese deep fried onions and bacon it was disgusting! If I wasn't already halfway down 787 I would've turned around and threw it in your face, now I remember why I don't go there when I'm in the area. It's a no wonder why you only have two stars. So disappointed! Customer service is terrible. I ordered a Dave's single combo meal plus a cheeseburger with nothing on it. When I was handed the bag at the pick up window I thought it felt light. I looked inside and found nothing but french fries. I told the girl I was missing the rest of my order I explained I had ordered a Dave's single combo meal plus a plain cheeseburger. She started to argue with me stating I had only ordered a medium fry I asked her if there was diamonds in the fries because I had just paid almost fifteen dollars. Thankfully I had a receipt-that was in the bag with the fries lol she ripped the receipt from my hand and came back with my drink and two burgers. When I got the food home my order was not correct both burgers had nothing on them vs. the one I had requested. Unfortunately, this is not my first bad experience here but, it is my last! Bacon at or meal was around $10 for just the burger and fries. It was an OK choice for drive thru but a better choice would have been going to 5guys across the street for take out. Wendy's is lucky there is no drive thru at 5guys. read more

9/5/2019 Went to Wendy's on 9W for dinner with my son. As we entered the store, two gentlemen were leaving and grousing about how long they waited and after "all that waiting the food was right there, this kid had no clue what he was doing". Probably should have been my first hint to leave. There were about 12 people in the store when we arrive, and we ordered quickly. We were handed our drink cups and filled them and waited. We waited 25 minutes and still our orders were not ready. I went to the counter and asked where our orders were and was told they were "backed up". I asked to see the manager. The "manager" came out from the back and asked what's going on? I told him that we had been waiting for more than 25 minutes for our orders and while waiting watched 2-3 groups come in, order and get served their food. His response was "you gotta understand that when we get a big order, we get backed up. I asked what big order and he said we had a $200 order. The gentlemen next to me said "that's my order and it was for 30 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers for $132. Obviously this "manager" has no problem lying to customers. I told him that he needed to get control of his crew as they were ambling all over the place handing people wrong orders and getting nothing done. I told him if an order of 30 burgers was enough to bury him, he was in the wrong business. He asked me what I wanted and I told him "I want my money back and I'll go to MacDonalds". He said OK and started to open the register. The gentlemen next to me with the large order made a comment that he was going to report this experience to Corporate. The manager said (without looking up) "go ahead". I again asked him for his name and he said "You guys keep talking. Why don't you ask Corporate who I am, they'll tell you). The gentlemen next to me said, "he won't have a job tomorrow after I talk to Corporate". The manger said, "At Least I have a Job". I believe Dave Thomas was rolling over in his grave by then. I commented how the manager was a real "smart ass". I got my money back, less the cost of the two sodas and went to leave. The woman standing to my other side commented, "that's the worst case of Customer Service I have ever seen, I know I'm a manager". I left and went to MacDonalds then called Wendy's Corporate Customer Care. I may never go back to that Wendy's again and suggest that this manager be fired! He doesn't belong working the counter, let alone acting as a "manager"! read more

Normally, I'm a HUGE fan of Wendy's. Like it's gotta be one of my favorite fast food chains out there. This one ranks mediocre in comparison to other locations that I've been at. The food is good, don't get me wrong. However. The one thing I can't overlook and that's prompted me to write this review: the ladies bathroom has no changing station for your child. No. Changing. Station. All the mamas out there, join me in a chorus of "Say whattttttt?"! Yeah, and for a restaurant recently renovated, I was very surprised to learn this. My dining experience that day was ruined. The fact that I had to lay my jacket on the bathroom floor and squat down to change my wriggly, squirmy 6 month old who had just had a massive blowout and was covered in yuckiness.....yeah, I was exhausted and stressed after that one. Could not be more appalled by Gage and Bridget this evening. Let's just say I didn't even place an order due to the ignorant nature in which I was greeted at the drive-through window. There was no "welcome to Wendy's" instead I was greeted hi my name is Gabe hope you like nickels for change and then 10 seconds of laughing, not a "can I take your order" or anything pleasant. When asked if there is a manager on duty - once again laughing over the intercom. So infuriated and appalled by the blatant disrespect I asked for the general manager for the district managers contact information for immediate contact. Believe it or not this took about eight minutes in total, to have the phone numbers retrieved. At no point do I think Gage or Bridget understood the magnitude of the situation..... We have been going to the Wendy's in Glenmont for a long long time and on Aug. 16 th we had our usual chicken sand. fries and coffee when i said senior discount the girl looked at me and said we don't give senior discount i said since when ? she called the manager and the manager said a new owner has bought this Wendy's and NO senior discount i said what about a Vet. she said NO i was Army from 1948 to 1952 !! Guess money is more important to the NEW owner than keeping things as they have always been !! read more

Zero Stars if possible! Ok so the idea of a burger without cheese does not seem like a crazy request. But for Wendy's Glenmont it apparently is when I went there on a 30min lunch break they managed to give me a single burger with cold fries and cheese and I returned it and after 10min of waiting I was given a double stack with cheese. I wanted a double stack with just lettuce and pickles and no cheese. I never got my food and I had to go back to work after having to yell at somebody to get my money back even tho I gave the messed up food back, so after 25min of frustration I left with an empty stomach and upset. First of all, the only reason I'm giving Wendy's in Glenmont 2 stars is because the food is awesome... after having to go up several times to have messed up orders corrected. This has happened on many occasions, but today was over the line. First of all, they over charged us $20... $20!!!!! We had that corrected after we realized they had put an unrealistic number of orders of Dave's Double Cheese burgers in the machine. And they weren't even done right. They had almost everything on the order wrong and it took way longer than it should've to do anything. Almost every time I go, it seems like the whole staff, even the managers are mentally slow. This location has to be losing money with all the mistakes they make and food they throw out. The only reason I'm considering going back is those excellent Dave's Double Cheeseburgers and their baked potatoes. Yum! But be prepared to make several trips up to the register and wait a long time for that good food. read more

I went through the drive through window at around 12:45 on Wednesday night in yhe glenmont location expecting the same grumpy service I get from the Latham location and was pleasantly surprised the two ladies that helped me (I'm sad to say I didn't get their names) were sensational. The one at the first window was very kind and made me laugh at the poor service I received at Latham apparently they have different ownership. The lady at the second window politely asked me to move up bc they had just made fresh fries, and both ladies smiled at this hour. When I got home the food was great and warm! Which is something you never get from latham. Their food is always cold as is their staff. Glenmont follow the example of the two ladies working tonight because I was blown away by their attention to detail and also their kindness. A highly recommended store if you love Wendy's read more
