As a fast food restaurant, usually I would not give a 5 star review. But I currently live in Greensboro, GA and it is hard to find an exceptional fast food restaurant that you can count on when you have an extra dollar or so to spend. Wendy's has the best frosties. The staff and managers are always courteous and friendly. The managers are on top of seeing that the restaurant is clean and well organized and food gets out in a timely manner. I have been in there many different times of the day (mostly drive-thru) and the staff is always great. They really make their senior citizens feel as though they enjoy having them as customers. My brother lives in Florida and he says the chili there is watered down. I can tell you, I have always enjoyed the chili at "our" Wendy's. It is not watered down and is really satisfying on a cold winters day. I love it with a cheese burger. As a senior citizen, with limited means, it is great to have this wonderful restaurant right here in Greensboro. read more

Wow!! What an Awesome experience. My friend and I were from out of town. We ordered #1 single pulled over parking lot and ate it. It was fresh and it melted in our mouths. I wish that location can train the Wendy's in my hometown. Great customer service too. KUDOS for the experience. read more

If I could leave a 0 star I would the older colored lady during night shift was extremely rude for no reason I drive a truck n I can just put my truck in every drive thru and as I was explaining that to her she told me to not get smart n to move out the way so other people can get their food even though I was already there so yea not going to Wendy's again read more

Customer service just wasn't there. Fries were old. Place was dead. Hate that i stopped at this place.

My family and I stopped here while driving through the area, as we were heading back from our long trip from Hilton Head. There was not much to choose from in the area, so we stopped here and I had some grilled chicken go-wraps and a baked potato. Fast-food service is not known for being high quality, but the staff at this particular Wendy's was great. The two ladies who helped us were very friendly. The outside patio here is something I have never seen before. This Wendy's has a patio that is fenced in and has a lock on its door. Our toddler who was having a meltdown was trying to leave, but could not because of the locked gate, and because we were outside, it was easy for him to cool down. The staff was unable to input the order correctly or make it correctly. Management was not wearing a mask or hair net in the food prep area. The restaurant was not operating effectively, drive-through line was out in the road, order line inside was at the door. The staff was basically taking one order than making that order, and bagging it before taking the next order. This store needs new management. read more

This is the freshest and quickest service the entire area. I enjoyed just friendly customer service. The restaurant is very clean and it is a nice place to eat with the family and friends. The manager Bryant and the workers Serria and Drenedra were very friendly and proficient. I have to say that this fast food restaurant is a great place to eat. read more

If I could give less stars I would, waited in line 25 minutes and didn't move one bit. They were also out of eggs and you can't hear them on the intercom so when you ask them to repeat what they say they catch an attitude. Would not recommend going to this location, McDonald's is right next door so I would advise to go there instead and save yourself the frustration. read more

The service is terrible and they are incredibly unsanitary. The late night crew on Monday seem very unmotivated about their jobs and seem much more intent on telling jokes than they do serving your food. They don't use gloves putting their bare hands on beverages which is a quick way to spread the virus. Go to the nearby zaxbys or McDonald's instead. read more

Bad service, only filled my drink half way, and when I asked for a recipe for my order they told they didn't give out recipe. Wow that is the first time I have ever heard that one. read more

Avoid this place. The location is small and old. The bathrooms are something out of a trucker horror movie. The tables and dining area is not well maintained or cleaned often. read more

The BEST experience we have ever had at a Wendy's!!! Our family was on a seven hour trip when we decided to stop, stretch our legs and grab something quick to eat. Oct. 25 2015 at 8:45pm. The sweet cashier who took our order delivered our food while we prepared our drinks. She was so kind to every customer who entered. My kids noticed how great she was. We wish every Wendy's was like this one. We will definitely stop again on our next trip across I-20. read more

The food is fine, but the customer service was horible. We sat at the drive though microphone for 2 minutes. We started to pull away and saw a truck at the window. so we back up next to the microphone a couple minutes later someone finally took our order. The lady was rude and when telling us that they had run out of something she made us guess what it was. I never post reviews, but would think the franchise owner would want to know. My family was passing through town this past Monday and stopped at Wendy's at about 3:00pm. The restaurant had only a handful of customers at the time. The employees seemed annoyed about taking our order. We waited a long time for our to-go order, while being stared down by the employees. My husband almost threw up when he took a bite of his salad, which tasted like it had been sprayed with cologne/body spray. Horrible experience. Employees don't want to be there. read more

Don't waste your time going here, and I really mean don't waste your time. There were only two cars in front of me. It took over 10 minutes to get to the pay window after ordering and an additional 5 to 10 minutes to receive my food only after I inquired what was taking so long. I never even made it to the food window after nearly 20 minutes. They brought my food to the pay window, and I had to drive around the car in front of me to leave.
