Order pizza online at 5:05pm to pick up at 6:45pm. When I arrived the pizza was not ready. You would think after 1.45hrs the food would be waiting on me. I arrived at 6:45pm sharp. At 7:00pm, the person at the counter heard me on the phone with my wife explaining what was going on. Finally she checked to see what was wrong. I walked out at 7:05pm. Surprised they still had dine-in. We Had to order at the counter even for dine in, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pizza came out very fast and was prepared perfect and tasted great. Very crispy crust and not greasy. Very clean restaurant inside and they were very very busy with tons of to go orders. read more

I could not believe how the assistant manager and DISTRICT manager treated the employee working the front area, ALONE and doing a GREAT job, and the customers!!! The representative who answered the phone even got an attitude when I mentioned the only reason I called to place an order is because of the hours listed. I will be generous and give three stars. Honestly, the first impression was oh no let's leave. But we stayed...our waitress was very nice and handled all the tables well. The food (breadsticks and pizza) was actually very good and well prepared. However, the women's bathroom is disgusting. It was just plain gross and in desperate need of a good scrub and makeover - it's still looking like it probably did in 1978. I just pray the kitchen isn't the same. read more

Called with a simple order of two pizzas. The girl constantly interrupted us and hung up before we were done talking. Called back. Same thing. Called again, asked to speak to a manager. Someone came on the line and said the manager was off and seemed like she may help us then hung up before I was done talking again. This isn't the first time we've had this same issue. Called at 7:10 on a Sunday night and ordered the special, 2 large 2 topping pizza with bread sticks for $20. The lady on the phone said it would take about 30 minutes for my order to get ready. I arrived at Pizza Hut at about 7:35. There were 10 people standing around waiting for their orders. One lady said she got there 10 minutes till 7 and still had not received her food. It took about 10 minutes before they let me pay for my food and told me my order was still not ready. So I waited. And waited. And waited. Finally at 8:00, the lady behind the counter called my name to give me my food. The pizzas did not look fresh, they looked more like they have been sitting in the window for 20 minutes. There were 4 tables in the restaurant, one got upset that their food was taking so long they requested it togo. If the Pizza Hut cannot be ran better and managed better then they should get someone in there who can do the job right. I have never seen a pizza that takes 45 minutes to cook. read more

Just as others said it took well over 30 minutes to get our pizza and we had also ordered bread sticks...the bread sticks come out AFTER our pizza did.
