I wanted an original chicken sandwich today. I am sick and my favorite sandwich sounded good. The drive thru was moving. The lady taking my order sounded like she hated her job. I paid. I said Thank You when she handed me my food. The look on her face as if she was NO WAY going to tell me Thank You back or have a good day no nothing. This location just cannot get their act together. The door at the entry is filthy. There was a dead roach on the floor today. The soda machine was backed up with moisture to where the stench was unbearable. The bathroom sink was filthy. You wouldn't even want to wash your hands there. This is not the first time at this location, they have got to spend a little more money on management and making better hiring decisions. On 15 APR 24 I ordered a Big Fish value meal with onion rings. When I paid and received my drink I was asked to pull up because it would be a moment on the fish sandwich. After awhile the order was brought to me. I got back on I-20 since I was passing through Greensboro. I reached in the bag to grab an onion ring. It was a cold a$$ fry. I discounted it as a runaway that probably got caught in the onion ring bunch. Nope. I discovered fries instead of onion rings. Remaining positive because I was hungry, had already departed the Buger King location and blamed myself for not inspecting what I had ordered. I hoped the fish sandwich would be ok. It was not. It was slightly warm on the outside. The inside was totally raw. This thing was a pure fish sickle! The lettuce was old, too. I tried to contact the store. The number: (706)453-1997 is disconnected. How coincidental. I was too far from the location by this time to now double back. I've tried everything to contact this facility. No luck! I was/am disappointed. We placed a mobile order while in the parking lot, pulled to drive through immediately after placing order, a few minutes before 11. After sitting at the speaker for about 10 minutes and nobody saying anything we pulled up to the window. Team member came to window and notified us that they were closed. The sign on the window as well as the app stated that they didn't close until 12:00. We told the team member that we placed a mobile order and she just repeated that they were closed. While trying to ask about the charge to my card without receiving any food, the manager walked up and told the girl to "close the f-ing window". The window was then closed and locked in our face while talking and we still got no resolution to the charge on my card. Horrible customer service! Probably the worst I've ever had! My first warning should've been when I pulled up to the drive-through and they have a sign on the speaker saying please be patient while our limited staff prepares your order. I sit and wait five minutes no one even greeting me over the speaker. The vehicle behind me pulls away, the vehicle behind him pulls away and I finally decide to do the same. As I pull around and look at the window where you pay, there is not a soul in sight. As I pull around the front of the restaurant to leave three employees are standing there chatting away. Needless to say I will never frequent this location again and certainly hope the owners or managers coach their employees on customer service. read more

This was a good day! Got the 2 for $4 special with a coffee. Everything was good, hot and tasty. The bacon on my sandwich was crispy and sometimes that doesn't happen at BK. This location is a JOKE! The most poorly run Burger King I have ever visited. Tonight was my third visit, and my last. Both previous visits were completely unsatisfactory, but I decided to give them another try. After sitting at the menu board for about a minute voice comes over the intercom and says please pull forward to the second window. After waiting 5 minutes behind the car in front of me it was also placing the order at the window I pulled forward to place my order. I asked for a frozen Coke. And was told the machine was down. After complaining to the employee for having to wait five minutes to be told the machine was down when they could've just taken my order at the drive-through and I could've pulled off And not wasted my time, the employee said I always ask the customers to pull to the second window and I take their order there. This was my first visit at this Burger King location and I definitely won't be back. After pulling up to the window and placing my order, I drove around to pay and the employee just sticks his hand out for my card/money without telling me my order total or anything. Just blankly stares at me in silence. He takes my card and closes the window without a word. Past him I see another employee STANDING on the drink counter next to him. Her dirty shoes were on the same counter my food and drinks were sitting on. He hands me my card and food and can't even make eye contact with me when I say thank you. My family and I were on our way to my grandparents' house and it was very early in the morning but we stopped here to get breakfast. Since it was so early, we checked the hours and it said they opened at 6 am. It was 6:30 at the time. So, we walked up to the door and pulled on it and it was locked but we saw someone in there so we waited for a little bit and she didn't see us. When she finally did see us, she came and opened the door and said that they didn't open until 7 but we could come in anyways. (They had forgotten to change the sign.) So we went inside and waited for a little bit to let her finish setting up and when she was ready she let us know that we could come and order. The food was good and the staff was wonderful. My only issue was that the ketchup dispenser was disgusting and the ketchup itself was liquidy and gross and the area around it was dirty. There were some funny bathroom signs though and it seemed like a nice place. This also happened on Thanksgiving. So overall it was a pretty good experience! read more

Two tables were dirty and they had signs on them that said they were cleaned which I was a lie I could see food and cup rings on them. So so service. Staff tends to flirt with the construction guys. Want to talk about what happened over the weekend at it was a Monday. No hair nets or hats being worn by the food preparers. I guess the hat wouldn't fit over the dreds. Ketchup dispenser is broken, but packs were "over there" when I asked for some ketchup. Fries weren't cooked completely, and the salt was used in excess. Oh if I could give 0 stars, this place... Pulled into the drivethru at 1:23 and received my food at 1:44 and shockingly, it was not right. I was unable to go inside and fix the issue as I had already drove away in frustration from waiting way too long. Originally I went inside but the line there was to the door. This place is horrible. Went there today for lunch and the lady taking our order was so rude. She ignored us every time we spoke and even shut the window when we asked for extra ketchup. She not once said anything to us just rushed to get our food out. Also, we asked for a substitute for fries (mind you we've done this before) and she rudely said we can't do that, as to which we replied we've had it before. Her response then was well I'm the manager and we can't do that. Can't? Or too lazy to. We also got a vanilla shake from there a couple of days ago, I kid you not they left about an inch of vanilla flavoring at the bottom of both of the shakes, it looked so gross. We asked the driver thru person what it was and she said oh it's just the flavoring, not once did they offer to blend it some more. Worst shakes we've ever had. Stopped on our way to FL from NC. Did drive thru and woman on drive thru seemed like we were inconveniencing her by pulling up to order. Kept rushing us on our order.... then we get the order, still seems like we inconvenienced attendants... but one burger ordered without tomato had tomato, the unsweet tea was sweet. Somehow our food order got lost and after 20 minutes they finally started making it. My wife went to go ask how long it would be and they blew her off. So then I went to ask how long it would be and the manager couldnt bother looking at me and told me with an attitude that it wouldnt be that long. They didn't have sausage my first visit, no milkshakes any visit, but managed to be rude all 3 visits. The location is awesome and the dining room looks great. The locals don't eat here and if I20 wasn't so close, this place would be out of business. I only gave them three chances because I could walk there from my hotel and the line at chick-Fil-a was long. Ironically, the drive through at this BK is slower than service at the counter. I have been to the burger king in Greensboro Ga.four times as I live 20 miles away. I used to live Warner Robins Ga. and always got good service. But the one in Greensboro Ga. is terrible One time They said the drive was closed and I would have to come which meant That I would have to find a spot to unload my wheel chair. So I asked if I could give them my order and someone could bring it out to me answer NO I went some where else. The second time I asked for no pickles and they were on there. another time they were just plain rude texting and talking about other things that had nothing to do with waiting on customers. Now for this time today I stopped and asked for two whoppers no pickles cost $5.35 this was right but what I got was I think is a chicken sandwich and onion rings.
