This was the fist time I come to this location since it's down the street. Wrong choice.... should've have know by the "B" grade they have. Drive thru line was ridiculous so decided to park and go inside. I don't know if they were short staffed or just slow. Stood there for 5 mins before I finally placed my order. They have 2 soda machines, only one worked for ice and the other for drinks. Wait to get the food was another 10 mins. They finally called my number, handed me my food and walked away. Checked my order and I was missing one order. Had to waive at someone to get their attention so I can l see where my other other was. They asked what I was missing. Obviously I don't know since nothing is labeled and all burgers are wrapped up. C'mon people. They turned around and was like oh here it is and just handed me the bag. Drove home, less then 5 mins away. Open up the food and it's all COLD!!! You can't tell me my food for cold in less then 5mins. This is ridiculous, for me to be in their location for almost 20 mins and then give me cold food. The food was so cold that the cheese on our burgers weren't event melted!! My kid literally had to put her burger in the microwave to warm up her burger. They don't even give you a full order of fries. Wasn't even full and this is the smallest medium fries I've seen. Worst fast food place ever! Should've just gone to McDonald's for the price i paid here and would've gotten hot food. read more

Everytime I visit this Wendy's something is wrong with my order. I ordered a #10 medium. I get to the first window and the cashier told me that they were out of Hi-C Orange. So she tells me which ones they had, instead of getting one of the options I chose a regular lemonade. She didn't know which one I was speaking of until I told her Minute Maid lemonade. She smiled and said "okay got it" and yelled to the lady in the second window. She was the only one that was nice which is why I'm giving two stars. Now, the second cashier was rude and was not giving any type of good customer service. She gave me a small drink and I told her I ordered a medium, she proceeds and says no that's a small and just shoves it to me without checking. Then I ask her for some sweet and sour sauce. She tells me, "it's 25 cents each." I give her the 2 bbq that were in my bag that I didn't ask for, then she gives me the sauce and just somewhat threw it in my hand. It's honestly horrible service and I don't think I'll be going back to this Wendy's for a very long time. read more

Drive thru is always long. The customer service is horrible. The only reason why I even still give this place a chance is because of its location and its chili and salads. While the customer service isn't the best the food is always consistent. It's a fast food place so I really do not expect too much. read more

I recently visited this establishment and I am infuriated. First, the drive thru was ridiculously long so I went inside where the line was just as long. I ordered a number 6 and a single burger. Absolute worst experience at any fast food place I have ever been to. I will NEVER come back here and I advise that you don't either. Waited over 30 minutes, never received my food, to watch people come in and order and get their food. Whoever complained the loudest was served and all who waited patiently was overlooked. Spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets as well as their fries are good. The service is usually great, but today sucked. The girl who first started to take my order was friendly, but then had to tend to the take out window. So a guy who seems to be the manager (he was dressed in a black long sleeve shirt) took over and had no customer service skills at all. I let it go because, well I could tell by just looking at him the day wasn't going great. We my order was ready he placed it on the counter and said "here" and nodded to me. Then asked what type of sauce and threw them inside. Total douche move! Instead of this dude ruin my meal I just looked at him shook my head and left. I get people have their bad days, so maybe this was his but when you're in management unfortunately u don't have the chance to screw up as much. I avoid fast food for the most part. You won't see reviews from me on Taco Bell, Burger King and the like- although I did make an exception for McDonalds after being impressed by their efficiency for breakfast. I was dragged to another Wendy's location kicking and screaming by a coworker and settled on a W burger and was actually floored by how much I enjoyed the burger. Since then, I've been to this particular location, which is now my go-to drive thru- especially for road trips where I am heading out from the 105. Don't be scared if Hawthorne- especially this little center. If it makes you feel better, there is a Starbucks next door. This Wendy's is modern and looks like it belongs in Irvine. I really dig the presentation of the burgers in protective paper boxes. The fries are excellent and they even have the cool Heinz ketchup packs that allow you to either dip or squirt. If you care to know, I'm a dipper. If you have never tried the W burger it is a double cheese burger with thinner patties and a special sauce. Delicious! read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. Worst experience of my life. Edna needs to get retrained or fired because she is not customer service friendly. A customer in front of me got charged extra for the .50 cent frosty and let her know about it in a very polite manner. Edna took the frosty and threw it away. Why would she throw it away? All she had to do was refund her. When the customer asked about why she threw it away, she responded with "I already did it." That was some one else's experience, but I thought that should be included as well. MY experience, however, was pretty bad too. She took forever to give me my receipt.
