How rude !!!!! We just left the drive thru, ordered 3 biggie bags and 3 small frosty's. The Women who took the order and handed us our order was so rude and messed up our drinks, then gave me an attitude because I asked her which drink was a tea and which was the pepsi, she forgot my lemonade?!?!? She had the worst attitude and horrible customer service!! Didn't get a receipt nor got her name, she had tons of makeup on that's the only way to describe her. Sorry Wendy's but whoever this women was needs to be talked to and or not working the window. My two 11 year olds even asked what her problem was!!!! read more

Food is excellent - always served hot, fresh and with a smile. Ambiance is also great for a fast food restaurant, comfy seats and clean tables every time! When we are traveling far and need a quick break without having to spend two hours perusing the appetizer menu and the wine menu and listening to a server's earnest "Here's our specials and don't forget to try our micro-brews," then Wendy's is a quick & easy place to stop. This Wendy's was about halfway between our starting point in Ontario and home. Hello, we thought, it has a Tim Horton's too and a little lounge area with nice chairs and a fireplace and a TV. We walked in and grabbed two seats near the fireplace and were initially very relieved and happy. But those feelings went away quickly. Unfortunately, this Wendy's is fraught with management and staff problems. On a not very busy afternoon on a Saturday, it took forever to even order. The line moved so slowly. My impression was that the drive through was getting top priority, not the counter. The manager was handing out directives that were clearly not being understood by her staff. As we stood and waited, we watched orders handed out and then quickly returned because they were filled wrong. We were becoming apprehensive while we waited our turn. We ordered a Spicy Chicken combo and a HomeStyle Chicken Combo, to be eaten inside. We first ended up with one sandwich and fries in a paper sack. We reminded them we were eating inside and pointed out the order was incomplete. The order was filled, this time put on a tray, with an extra order of fries. We like the soda dispensing machine. It is very modern. We watched several older customers unable to puzzle out the touch screen menu. And we were entertained: we listened to one customer expound on how Wendy's has deteriorated because of the Canadians, while later another customer said it was the Republicans. read more

It's fast food that's tasty and quick! Located with a Tim Hortons the setting and atmosphere is actually nice complete with open fire place and lounge chairs! Wife and I stop by at 10:30 at night to this joint Wendy's - Tim Horton's. Wendy's drive through is open until 1AM but they put a gate down so walk in customers can't order after 10PM even though Tim Horton's is open all night for dining room eating. Terrible I have to go to drive through then walk in to get Tim Horton's and sit down and eat when they share the dining room? This is poor management running a business and insulting customers. Also Wendy's controls wifi for the whole venue that advertised free wifi. It didn't work and girl promised to reset it but she just turned if off as we couldn't access it. No reason to go back here because of poor people making decisions that insult and belittle customers. read more

Being on a gluten-free diet means Wendy's is my lifesaver. The baked potatoes and chili are excellent. I loved their chicken nuggets back when I could eat them. The service is prompt and friendly. The location could be better, but that's not necessarily their fault. read more

Avoid this place late night. I ordered a chicken wrap, double stack, and nugs. None of my food was warm. All of it was dry and stiff. Clearly end of the night food that sat out all day. At least let me know next time that you have leftover crap and I'll take my hungry self over to TB where they actually care about fresh food. read more

Went in on a Sunday afternoon, worst fast food experience ever. They had plenty of staff but had 3 managers in the back staring at us while we waiting 7mins to order and no one in front of us, got the order wrong and the fry's cold, slowest service I've ever witness and they were not busy. Trash can on the counter by the straws was over flowing and a bucket next to the fryer for old fries. Even the conjoining tim Horton employee didn't seem to know what was going on or have any of there current specialty items in stock. I went to the Wendy's in Imaly City, MI around 11:30pm. They had a big neon green sign outside that says drive thru open until 1am. So, I proceeded thru the drive thru and I pulled up to the speaker and there was a piece of paper. Written on it says, "Headsets broken, just pull up to second window." So I do so. I'm seating there watching this guy pass the window at least three times. I even knocked on the drive thru window and then he finally saw'll me. He opened the window and I said, "Are you guys not open?" And he says,"Oh no, we had to close early." I sit there for a second because I'm now upset that I just drove 20 mins here for no reason when I check the time online before even driving here. So I say,"Well you guys have a sign out front turned on saying you guys are open, so you should probably turn it off." And he said yeah then shits the door and walks away. So I went to leave and as I pulled I looked back to see if they had turned the sign off and it was still on so I don't know what going on but you guys need to stick with the times you literally have written everywhere. read more

Dirty Dump with cold food. Service was friendly. Ordered a single with cheese omw back from Port Austin. I only have a burger a few times annually, so instead of stopping at the McDonalds to get a grilled chicken wrap like I usually do, my wife suggested we stop at Wendy's. Before we even entered the building, we looked at each other and she said, this place looks dirty. Should have gotten back into the car. Ordered a carry out and it was cold with a stale bun. The staff doesn't seem to know their menu. Caesar Salad is advertised with croutons, but two out of three times, the croutons are not in the bag. Once they gave me Ranch with my side Caesar - and no croutons. Today's special was no plasticware for our salads and chili. I called to advise them of these problems, the employee was particularly smart-mouthed and told me to be sure to have a nice day, while I was talking.
