This is getting ridiculous. Out of the last 8 orders, only 2 have been correct! That's not good. Last night I got two regular hamburgers and a Big Mac that I was saving for today since there are no McDonalds around me. Emely was so helpful. They were closing the lobby down and she still serviced me at the door, instead of ignoring like most do. It was a simple request that they went out of their way for. I also like that this McD's has a drink fountain in the lobby. A lot of them have simply removed it so we can't get our own drinks. I hope this place stays in shape. read more

We stopped here on the way back to Canada from Mackinaw city to get an ice cream and wow it was melting so quick... The service is fast and the server are not rude. The seating is pretty nice, and washrooms are clean. They have an awesome kids play area and the restaurant is designed very well and has covered a play area, cafe, and restaurant very well. There is parking on the location and they have free Wifi. read more

Every time I've been there, food was top tier. I believe someone in there is running this establishment like a military, prestige and honorary. Fries always crispy and hot to the touch. Used to make the 2.5 hour drive just for their spicy nuggets because they were S-Tier. Fast service and always got what I wanted. read more

Avoid this location at all costs. I am a restaurant manager and could not FATHOM treating customers the way I was treated tonight. And this is not the first time at this location. My order is messed up every time and the employees take no accountability whatsoever. They will blame YOU for it. The two older ladies working tonight were so unbelievably rude, and I was not for a second mad about the mess up until they started getting loud with me. I hope taking your anger out on me made you feel better. The customer is not always right, but they aren't always wrong either. Terrible restaurant. Horrible food and they are rude to customers and doordashers. Consistently receive cold food from here and I've seen them drop hamburgers on the floor and pick it back up and put it in the customers bag, right in front of a lobby full of people. Elderly female shift leader thinks she can talk down to dashers and customers like she does her minimum wage employees. Go somewhere else. The two older women that work there are the worst. Worst McDonalds ever, The service sucks. Couldnt get a order right if they wanted to and by the looks of things they dont. Every single time i try to go there (and it has been a long time because of how bad its run) they screw it up. I was just there for breakfast ordered three orders of hotcakes and three hash browns not to hard... Get home no hash browns, Know i am more pissed at myself for not checking but oh well i go back with the whole order because we dont want to eat cold hot cakes. The manager just re heats my old hot cakes and gives back order still with no hash browns DUH. Then gives me order and says i gave you more syrup because there not in the bag and i know i put them in there the first time acting as if she is put out by me coming back because she screwed up my order. No im sorry nothing she was an ass and i wasnt rude about any of it. I will at this point tell everyone that i can even if i dont know them to not go there. And by the way screwing up orders and rude customer service is what your known for.
