The worst experience I've had at a restaurant in a long time! The service was incredibly slow (20 minutes to get our order taken and at least 20 minutes to get food) even with 6 or 7 people behind the counter! The staff was incredibly unprofessional. Some were just standing around while the lines backed up. The soda machines were out of many of their products including ice. There was no salt, ketchup, or straws available for in house orders. This is one of the sorriest run Wendy's I have ever encountered! Several people have already in the immediate area put out negative reports and complaints about them on our nextdoor.com website. Personally I have notified their corporate office and have been assured that corporate level management will be paying them a visit within the near future! Apparently from what I've read this is not the only Wendy's that has really gone downhill not only because of covid and lack of employees showing up for work, but also the management apparently does not have a controlling hand over the employees on their respective sites. Every time I've come to this Wendys and gone through the drive through it's the same. If you're wanting to grab something to eat and are in a hurry, don't co here. This is the slowest Wendys I've ever seen. Expect to sit in line for 25-30 mins before getting your food. read more

Was in drive thru for ten minutes. When I finally arrived to speaker to order, I was told someone will be with you. I waited another three minutes. When someone finally came over speaker, I was told that they were closed. This was at 3:48pm. Apparently, everyone was walking out, quitting? There were about five other cars behind me. Went to the one on Blanding. Let them know what happened. They stated they were aware of it and apologized. Never received anything like free fries or cookies for my inconvenience. Done with Wendy's. Disgraceful! I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru and paid $8 for a strawberry chicken salad. It had 4 slivers of strawberry that wouldn't even total one medium sized strawberry and 5 tiny shreds of cheese. I wanted a half cut tea, but they didn't have any unsweetened... SMH! Management really needs to take a look at the shift. We came in at 7:13pm and stood at counter for 11min without anyone acknowledging us. The employees were rude to each other and food was being thrown across the prep station. Terrible service came around 7:45pm and they brought our order 3 times wrong and young kids making jokes instead of attending customers properly. when they finally got our order right food was cold and not good. This location is appalling. The behavior of the employees is truly disgraceful and disrespectful. If management does not clean house, this location will not last. After sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes waiting to order, my husband began to order. Timothy, the employee taking the order, called him ma'am.. twice. We wrote it off to an innocent mistake and politely corrected him saying "I'm a sir". Timothy apologized and yet proceeded to call him ma'am another EIGHT times during the order, blatantly being disrespectful and rude. After the final time, it was again corrected and stated it was direspectful and rude. Even seeing him at the window in military uniform, he once again called him ma'am. The food was good but the service and overall experience was horrible. The inside was extremely dirty and the tables weren't wiped when a guest left. The floors had dirt and grime all over. There were fingerprints on the stained glass and crud on the seats. This was overall my worst experience at this Wendy's . read more

The manager was handing meat WITHOUT GLOVES during a global pandemic aka COVID-19 and when A customer pointed something out the whole staff targeted a older lady. Asked for a 10piece nugget, got 7. Asked for 3 more to make 10, got two more. Went back around to explain that I wanted 10 nuggets in my 10 piece order. They were nice enough to apologize and redo the order, only to give me 8. When I asked why my 10 piece didn't come with 10 pieces the man filling the orders came over to say "well you have 16 now, what's the problem?" I would have been happy enough to drive away with 10 nuggets that I paid for the first time around but after 3 encounters you still can't count to 10? Extremely slow. I've been in the drive through lane for 15 minutes, since placing my order. This is not the first time that the service here has been so slow. It's probably faster to go and sit down at chili's next door then to get food here. Update: It took 30 minutes to get food. read more

Service, quality very poor indeed. Cheeseburger was sent back twice because the cheese wasn't melted. Attitude of staff were poor and cocky. Waited to talk to manager regarding food cold and cheese not melted. She never showed up. It's just this location that I have experienced such bad food and customer service. I was handed a drink with soda all over the cup which dropped onto my hand and inside my vehicle. My soda that was supposed to be coke tasted like they mixed coke and fruit punch. This is my nearest wendys. Been there a few but not alot. Will probably be my last. Just ordered a homestyle chicken. Took a bite an immediatly spat it out because something wasnt right. Looked at the chicken and is was still raw or undercooked in the center. Not a huge yelp review person but nobody should be served undercooked food that they paid for. read more

Horrible experience, ordered a baconator and not one strip of bacon was on the burger. Looks like they gave me the bottom scrap bits of the bacon pan. Fries were cold smh. Called them to explain what happened and they didn't even sound like they care. read more
