Service was slow, mainly due to staff arguing over who was going to bag and who was going to mop. I ordered a salad and a large chili. The salad seemed fine, the chili was so watered down it had no flavor. I took the chili back to the counter and explained what was wrong with it. The girl at the counter did apologize, threw the old one away and proceeded to dip out three scoops of chili and draining all the liquid. I will would ather drive from Licking County, to the Hamilton Quarter location, rather than dine here. I was sent gift cards for complaining to corporate management, regarding several issues: Staff taking almost 5 minutes to take my order, many flies in the restaurant, the coke machine was filthy, as was the area with condiments, napkins etc & that area was also filthy. This place is not good and they make it impossible to reach them. I stopped here yesterday to get lunch for myself and two co workers. After waiting 2 business days for a real worker because I refused to use the stupid AI they have implemented, I finally got my order taken. They were nice and courteous but they messed up my order. Three sandwiches all wrong and they didn't give me straws for two drinks. They said receipt was in the bag but it wasn't. I had to look up the phone number to speak with them and upon calling you immediately get sent to a voicemail. I've called them over 30 times within 24 hours, never speaking to a person but rather getting ignored and forced to leave a voicemail which nobody responded to after leaving my name, number and reason for the call. We stopped in because we were hungry for a snack mid-afternoon. The restaurant was clean & inviting. Hubby & I decided to split the $5 Biggie Bag & chose the double stack for the sandwich. The cashier graciously gave us 2 cups so we didn't have to split a drink. THANK YOU! Our food came out quickly & was hot & delicious. Marissa is absolutely amazing! She needs a raise from corporate. We came in with a large family of 8 people looking for a yummy lunch and she took care of us so so well. My sister is even a vegetarian and needed a custom no meat sandwich and there were no issues whatsoever. Absolutely the BEST Wendy's I have and probably will ever go to in my life. Every time I go in there like I went, got fries the other day they were all stuck together. They're bad then sometimes they don't remember my drink. Have been going here for years but today was review worthy. Went during a not busy time, there was 1 family in front of us and no one behind in line. The staff working probably could not have looked more disinterested in their job and we had to wait for someone to come and take our order. We had to go back to the counter twice as our order was either incorrect or missing items. Even when we were given a missing sandwich it was the wrong thing. Buns were stale, fries were cold, and the burger patties had no flavor at all. One positive I will give is that the dining area did seem clean. read more

This Wendy's is just fine. They usually fetching order right and when they don't they fix it. It's always clean , including the restrooms. Service is friendly. The inside looks nice since the recent remodel. They didn't fully modernize it inside like they have so many others which bummed me out. But it still looks nice. As far as fast food goes, it's a good location. read more

After multiple complaints to this store and corporate, for some reason, they cannot seem to serve fresh lettuce in their salads. If you cannot serve fresh lettuce, what else is expired? Each complaint gets me about a month with no issues and then back to the same "old lettuce". If you don't want to spend your day on the toilet, don't go to this Wendy's. read more
