I went at about 12:20 am, as a previous Wendy's closing employee from another location.. The drive thru employee had me baffled, he gave us attitude and nasty looks. From what looked like a grown adult this was straight up embarrassing behavior. Do not work a closing shift if you cannot control your frustrations! I seriously just ate the worst hamburger in my life. I didn't finish it but I got through half of it because I was starving. The bun is stale, the lettuce is very old and the pickles were old and soggy. There was absolutely no seasoning on it. And I drank a Coke zero that did not taste like Coke zero. It was horrible. I constantly have issues with this establishment. Last time I was here it was a DISASTER. Ordered their strawberry lemonade with my LARGE combo, paid extra for it, and it was a SMALL. And just to give you some perspective it only took me 3 solid swigs to polish it off. And I had to pay extra for that?!?! As if that wasn't enough the wait was just ridiculous. And the worker's attitudes are horrible. They were non-communicative with each other and when they did talk, they were hurling insults toward each other. Yelling very loudly and being very rude. One Hispanic worker in particular stood out for her arrogant rudeness toward her co-workers. If it was my business, she'd have been fired in about two seconds. And the fries had like pepper or were over salted or something. They were so bad that they were spicy. Today was hilarious. Waited like 20 minutes for our food and there was only two people or so in front of us. They didn't have enough lemonade in their machine to fill orders and it was stressing out all of their employees. This is a problem with management for understocking their supplies. Another issue we had was with the cleanliness, the entryway has a nice modern looking Wall with 3D letters on it welcoming you. It was covered in dust, like layers and layers. I had to repeat my order 3 times to 2 different people after waiting 10 minutes with nobody in front of or behind me, when I repeated my order the lady unwrapped and picked through my burger with her fingers (literally right in front of me), got ranch dressing when I asked for ketchup, and was treated rudely by all the employees like they were doing me a favor by letting me pay them for food. Yikes. I have lived in this area for 5 years and for the most part, businesses in Kaysville are clean and well maintained. This Wendy's is the exception. My family was looking for a quick bite and wanted some dessert we could take to a park. Why not get some Wendy's? Heck, they have 50 cent frosty's right now. Let me tell you why not. The place was a sticky unsanitary mess. No one had cleaned the tables all afternoon (thank heavens for baby wipes). The floor was covered in dirt. The area by the forks and spoons was gross. And to top it off, the service was slow. My family is still healthy so that is good. I'll keep them away from this Wendy's for now. Stopped here on my way home fir a quick burger and soda. I'm not a fan of cheap cheese in my burger so they had to custom make me a burger. It wasn't bad but I want a total fan of the bun. Other stuff was ok. Soda left A LOT to be desired. I have no idea what they gave me but they passed it off as a Coke. It had some Coke syrup but was far from optimal. It use to be that a trip to Wendy's was a no brainer. Food was awesome & service was fast. A model for others to follow. Wellllll. That was another time. I have been going to this location since it opened. Not anymore. Really tired of the slow, no awfully slow service inside or especially at the drive up. Once you get your order it's pretty much good, but as mentioned in other post's check it. It's wrong more than half the time. I get that food service is tough and it's hard to hire. Again that's the business your in. Management take note. These reviews are for you. Something needs to done to remedy this issue. Where is the Wendy's of past? The reason you have the sales you have? Do something. I won't be back. I won't spend 15 minutes in line for a sandwich. It's FAST FOOD. Going elsewhere to your competition. You use to have the best Chicken Sandwich in the market. Not anymore. Go to Chic Filet. It's pricey, but so is Wendy's. They get things right and are pretty consistent with getting orders out promptly. So frustrated tonight with this place. Waited in line over 30 minutes and got home and realized they forgot my salad. I called multiple times and then drove back over and had to wait another 30 minutes to tell them what happened. The front doors were closed. They said that the salad sat and they had to throw it out. They actually got mad at me because I didn't get back soon enough. It would have been 30 minutes if I did t have to wait in that super slow line. Drive-thru visit with my teenage boy today. Everything was better than the Wendy's in Farmington Station. The frosty's were actually frozen. The fries were warm and crisp and my boy said his burger was actually cooked well. The Farmington Wendy's tends to overcook their burgers. Overall a great visit. We have no complaints. read more

The dirtiest restaurant I think I've ever been to. Dried sauces on tables, chairs, floor and garbage cans. Wrappers everywhere and the place was EMPTY, except myself and 3 other people that were already eating. The employees were very nice and polite. Extremely slow service - seems to always have long lines regardless of what time of day it is. Rude employees. Order is frequently wrong. Ordered in the drive thru for a few things and used a coupon on the Wendy's app. They overcharged my card and didn't apply the coupon when they said it was accepted and said it was good. This location is either a hit or miss. Sometimes they are great with getting your order fast and right. Sometimes they take upwards of 30 minutes and only give you a bun with a 1 inch piece of bacon on it when you order a bacconator (yes that really happened). Often times the inside is a total mess.
