In the past year I started to notice that McD & BK food just doesn't taste 'real', so we started to dine more often at Wendy's. I visited Wendys around 930 PM on Halloween night with my family. From the moment we arrived the staff seemed upset and frustrated and no one came to the counter for several minutes. The atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming even though the lobby was still open and full of customers. We placed our order at 953 PM and did not receive our food until about 1010 PM. After waiting that long we were told the lobby was closed and everyone had to leave immediately. The manager began yelling at customers including families with small children who had just received their meals. It was uncomfortable and disappointing especially on Halloween night when a busier crowd should have been expected. Instead of handling it calmly or professionally the manager made the situation worse and several families had to take their food outside to eat in their cars. If the lobby was meant to close earlier it should have been locked before taking new dine in orders. This showed poor management and a lack of customer service. Wendys should train their staff to treat customers with respect even near closing time. read more

Walked inside and ordered a burger using the ap (bacconator) and the 1$ jbc (ap exclusive) After scanning ap 3 times was told I needed to order an item when there was a second item. Cause guy at register had 2 brain cells. Black lady manager after I complained said never come back again as she scanned my ap 3 more times. I won't and this place is total trash with employees that are terrible and managers that are worse. Worst Wendy's I have ever been to and only one that was inept and told me never come back. It's OK. I won't ever go to this one again. And seeing the 1.5 stars it is obvious this is a dumpster fire location looking to steal from people that come in. Oh and the menu prices didn't match the burger I had ordered as well. So come here if you want a manager to say never come back and get charged different prices than the menu. Came in to order @9:41 pm ordered son of baconator meal and a baconator meal got home and their was 3 -1/2 inch pieces of bacon in both sandwiches. I had baconator fries for both order's and one of them had a piece of bone in the bacon bit right in to it. I am disappointed with this place. If I could give these idiots a negative three review I would. I've never been to a business that can't READ OR take instructions over the phone. If I place an order online, CALL the store to make sure and tell you I didn't get this and that with my last order so please be sure to check the order before delivery and you STILL get it wrong? I went to the store today to buy a meal. The drive thru was backed up dono decided to go inside. Inside I waited more than 10 minutes while other customers placed their order. As the last cut in front of me completed their order, the cashier walked away to get drinks for other orders. I waited patiently for his returns. A few minutes later I finally got this attention and pointed out that we walked away from the register while I was in line to place the order. His response was to "wait because they had too many orders". One of colleagues mentioned I could place my order via a kiosk. Rather than continue this conversation, I chose to leave and decide to not spend any money going forward with this establishment This store staff requires retraining. The entire staff was rude from the moment I spoke to the drive through person, all the way until I spoke to Victor the manager inside. The app allows an option to select drive thru as the pick up method. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru, I get to the speaker to be told I have to come inside to pick up my order. After explaining that I selected the drive thru option, the girl immediately catches an attitude and rudely tells me that's just how it is and tries to make it seem as if I'm the one that's dumb. Of all the Wendy's I've been to, I've never been told that I can't pick up my app order in the drive thru. After going inside & having to ring a doorbell just to get someone to come to the window and ask me for my name on my order, I had to ring the bell 3 times before someone rudely yelled out "I'm coming" as if they are annoyed when I'm the one that's been waiting. She finally came & I gave her my name. Then after about 5 or 10 minutes the manager brings out food to someone that was waiting after me, so I asked him where my food I've been waiting since before them. He as well catches an attitude and tells me I'm not the only one they have to do this and that. The service here is absolutely horrible. The manager who is sometimes on duty makes you wait to order until there are no more cars in front of you and the line could be 10 cars deep. The orders are always wrong. I've paid for countless of items I never received. But why wait in line for another 20 minutes? They don't even give you a receipt when you pay either so it's not like you can show them you have items missing. When you have to write things from a one star 205 star and a no star is not an option... every single time I take a chance on this place they F up the order, they love to talk over you while you're trying to order, and ask you the same questions three or four times before they finally record it in the register. This place should get 0 stars. Our family was hungry and we needed something to snack on. I got a 4 for 4 meal, and my family got chicken nuggets and some sandwiches. First off... Almost all the food was cold and the chicken nuggets had a pale color to them. The ketchup machines weren't filled and it took a lot of effort to pump out a little. The workers obviously hated there job and some were playing around while the line was filling up fast. Also, one of my family members went to get Minute Maid Lime and it squirted out some guck. :( I don't recommend coming here. The staff clearly no longer cares to be helpful or professional to customers. The rudeness is a level unto it self. Lanes are always long inside and in the drive thru. Many, many times after going thru the drive thru I need to park and go in because the order is incorrect. I think they can recover with the proper training. I've made multiple delivery orders from the 881 Cypress Parkway Wendy's and three out of five times the orders are incomplete. To add insult to injury the website has no way for a user to communicate the incomplete order issue. You have to hunt for a phone number in google, since there is no contact information with your delivery order. Finally if you manage to get a phone and call them, their solution is for you to drive to the Wendy's with the order receipt to make a claim to a manager. I'll write another review reporting what happens when you do contact a manager in person. Enough is enough!! These guys have no order quality control. I went to Wendy's for lunch at 11:00 am. The parking lot was clean, no cars in the lot. I went into a very clean but empty lobby, and I was waited on by a female manager. I asked for a 4 for $4 value meal with a Bacon cheeseburger , no cheese, which came with fries, , 4 piece nuggets, and a small sized drink, to eat in the lobby. I also ordered a Crispy Chicken sandwich in a bag to go. When my was ready, I took my cup to the dispenser, there no small drink lids. I had to ask at the counter, and they took one lid from the drive thru section. I took my order to my table, they had put my children sandwich on the try, and my hamburger in the bag. The fries were hot and full. The chicken nuggets cooked and tasty. But as I started to eat my hamburger, a few flies, started landing on my tray, and landed on my food. Disappointed in service. Ordered food from unsmiling, unfriendly cashier. She was visibly not happy to tell me the difference between two of the burgers and in fact just stared at me when I asked; another teammate told me after our uncomfortable stare down.
