This review is about the service only. I ordered a large chili and a small burger and paid extra for 2 sour creams, and also requested 2 chili packets and crackers, all through their App so they had my requests all in writing. When I was handed the bag in the drive-thru, I checked for the sour creams, chili packets and crackers and there were NONE so I notified the server. He said they were in there because he put them in there him self. I told him I just looked and also checked underneath the food and there was nothing there. I went through the drive-through because I have a very bad knee issue and it wasn't very busy and some of the Wendy's locations. Don't have anything against DoorDash drivers from picking up an order using drive tru. Even though this is a pick up order, I usually go inside, but I have a bad tear in my knee and I have to work so drive-through's have been convenient and 99% of the restaurants understand and have no issue the one percent being this Wendy's location, there was a female manager That had darker brown hair was maybe in about her 30s. She had a very thick accent and screamed at me! She told me how am I going to do my job if I have to deliver it to the person and questioning me making it seem like I am lying about my knee. Somebody in her position should never have the audacity to yell and scream at somebody through the drive-through when they have a knee issue. It's fast food so I only give it a four star. This place has the best salad of any fast food restaurant in the United States. It has real blue cheese. It doesn't use iceberg lettuce. I'm married to a rabbit and she loves the salad. The first fries they gave me with my burger order were older fries that were barely warm. Restroom area which includes one toilet in each, one in which is strictly employees restrooms but is not labeled that way. You would think with being fully staffed on a Sunday with customers in dining area already served and no one going through drive thru at the time, they could've just let my daughter use the other restroom. My fiancé was awaiting us so we could go through the drive thru but due to the poor and very rude service due to bathroom situation we took our services elsewhere... seriously had 6 employees all talking behind the counter ignoring us the majority of the time talking about what they did over the weekend, getting over paid to look busy while doing nothing. I should've listened to my gut feeling and Yelp. It's Easter Sunday and my son wanted a burger. I go to the Wendy's drive through and ordered a "plain burger Jr meal with nothing on it just bread, no cheese, ketchup,mustard, or veggies"- exactly what I said. I get home and my son shows me a wrapper with 2 pieces of bread. No meat, just bread!! Normally I wouldn't drive back and just never go back to a bad place ever, but the food was for my son. So I drove back, I expected a "manager" to respond better instead of saying "that's what I heard you ordered so that's what we gave you". Went inside to make sure they got my order right. Paid $20.00 for a Dave's double. Medium fries and drink. I also bought a large frosty. All ordered "to-go". Well... first issue they don't give you a receipt with the order. I got home and opened everything and found a Dave's single. I wasn't happy because I was hungry and knew I got screwed. Some good points, Service was good, food was good and came out almost scary fast. I've always believed Wendy's like many other burger places have much better food than McDonald's. However this location needs to spiff its place up a bit. The trash cans were over flowing, the eating area looks really out of date and looks in need of maintenance. They had a line of staples keeping the seems of the wallpaper from curling back. Areas that had caulking that looked like five year olds did the job. The bathroom was an absolute mess and made you feel dirty even after washing your hands. I remember when this Wendy's was pretty posh looking and had it together. My daughter order kids meal and when we got home and I saw the cheeseburger I could not believe it. It is about half the size of a McDonald cheeseburger. I ordered my food and waited 15 minutes because the drive through cashier had put his focus more on taking orders and had to call his manager and other employees to help me with my order. On top of that is swearing behind his manager which is very rude and uncalled for. This Wendy's is okay. Just like any other franchise. The quality has not changed at all. I have not encountered a problem just yet. I use to go to Wendy's a lot before with my family, but there was other places better. They use to have a better dollar menu and value menu too. It is the company itself needs to change. The way it is being run. I have no problem with. I normally get the biggie value menu because it is cheap and quick on the go. It normally comes with chicken sandwich, nuggets, fries and a drink.
