I would give this Wendy's zero stars if I could. The soda machine serves really nasty tasting beverages (I tried multiple ones to see if they all tasted like crap- they did.) Their service is very inattentive. The people working look like they could care less about serving customers. The food was ok. Overpriced but no other complaints. If you have coupons, these combos are a great deal! No coupons and your screwed! So remember to bring those mailers with you! The first time here I was coupon ready! Lately we've been coming to Wendy's.... since they have that four for four deal! My little one could barely finish the food but then again she eats like a bird! My son (13) on the other hand could EAT! So he's been getting the burgers! They are big and fresh but personally I don't think it's worth the price! Salads are good and filling... I guess I'll be trying and checking off items on the menu! For my third time ever at any Wendy's I'm still on the fence! The restaurant itself needs to be cleaned up and trash taken out on a timely manner! Cashiers aren't too friendly... parking is plenty since it's a big shopping center! Hello, My name is George and me and my family just went in to sit and eat. We have been here before and everything was fine, but today it was just disgusting. The food was made very poorly, the employee who helped us needed to be told three times before getting our order right, and the ice machine wasn't working. The food was fine just messy and then we saw them. My sister wanted to get a refill so as we opened our cups and we're about to refill we saw these ants frozen in our ice. Then we started noticing that the beverage machine had ants walking around, going through crevices and walking to the counter. I was just disgusted, thinking how my family drank these ice cubes with ants in it. As we told the manger she seemed to already have known. Bake Potato - all day, every day!!! This location consistently serves their bake potato hot and fresh. The cheese is always melted and they give plenty of bacon and broccoli. The potato is soft and not under cooked you can easily scrape the potatoes off the skin. The burgers and sandwiches are made well in this location. They are neatly made and the ingredients are fresh and serve hot. They look like real sandwiches and burgers not flat like a pancake like most places. I prefer this location for my Wendy's craving as they never gotten our orders wrong and the drive-thru is quick!!! This is in a nicer location and the building is always updated. They do run out of some items at nighttime since this location is next to businesses. The salads usually sell out closer to evening hours and not all bake potatoes are available at night. read more

I go thru thr drive-way and ordered 3 burgers. I was very clear on which ones I wanted. I come up to the window to pay and he asked if I was the one who ordered the dave's triple. I said yes. He brings s my order out and I double checked, and I only see 2 burgers. I mentioned it to him and he said I said no to the 3rd burger. He kept on telling me that's how I ordered. Worst Wendy's ever. Wow! Just wow. Moved nearby so tried out the local Wendy's. Totally ripped me off, but didn't realize til I got home. Ordered the baconator combo, paid $12 and got this tiny little burger with one bacon split in half. They weren't even busy. It was just me in the drive thru. Fast friendly service....I was super hyped to try the Baconator Breakfast Sandwich they have advertised in the window. Yet shortly after we tried it , then came the disappointment .*:-/ My husband & I ordered them. There was a Salty sausage patty which I thought was a burger patty in the picture, two types of cheese (1 Cheddar & 1 idk white creamy ) both being very Salty, a perfectly cooked egg sunny side up but hard boiled ( No Runny ewwwy gooweyyy yolk) which would have been a better complement to the sandwich.... The best part was that it had TONS of bacon! Bottom line the sandwiches were both very very salty, which made it hard to finish. My husband & I will not order again. I still gave 5 stars because the service was great! The sandwiches were not executed as wonderfully delicious as they looked in the picture. read more

Feeling ripped off! If I could give zero stars, I would! Went through the drive-through and saw a breakfast menu, so I ordered a #2 with a Sprite. I was shocked to hear my breakfast was over $14...wow for one fast food breakfast? Then I looked in the bag and saw a burger and French fries (They should change their menu to lunch). Wendy's has some great deals, but this location is more concerned about moving cars quickly then giving you hot food. Every time I go in there it is necessary to request hot french fries, otherwise they will give you whatever was left over in their fry tray instead of cooking a new batch for you. When I got my order taken the order taker didn't sound to thrilled and had a tone. Then when I got my food, I got two convos large, they didn't even bother asking if I wanted condiments. I love Wendy's but I tend to order fast food after 10pm & there isn't too many choices in La Habra so I reluctantly went to Wendy's (because of how bad the service was the last time) they are seriously illiterate, the last time I attempted to order there the guy takes my order, I order a salad & a natural lemonade then he says "okay" then I try to order something else when he tells me "sorry we don't have salads right now, or any natural lemonades. ‍ and I tell him just cancel the order please & he tells me to go to the second window because he obviously didn't hear me so I just left the drive thru. And this time i came back with my boyfriend hoping it would be better & they took our order right but gave us no sauces & the lady who I believe was the manager was literally cursing under her breathe & I ask for sauces and she rudely says "you have to pay for them" then gives me them rudely & my boyfriend didn't get any sauces either with his meal & she said again "we charge extra for sauces" & he tells her we didn't get any & then she gave him his sauces "for free" even though they come with our meals. And the food was very mediocre.. oh yea and I only got two chicken nuggets instead of four! Fairly certain I got food poisoning from this location about a month ago. Did not notice anything wrong with the food or service but I was super sick for a few days. After reading the other reviews it seems pretty clear this is not an isolated incident. This should be reported to Dept of Public Health since it seems to have happened to more than one of us now. read more

*update*: Decided to give this location another try, and once again, service was horrible. How many times do you have to remind someone to give you the drinks you ordered? We came to try their new S'Awesome Burger, and let me tell you... it is not. If you're going to coin the term, you'd better make sure that A) the sauce is awesome, and B) you put enough sauce on the burger. I definitely won't be ordering that again. Also, if you buy the Frosty Key Chain, they'll tell you it's $2, cash only. This seems suspicious to me. Original: The negative reviews make total sense. The drive-thru line was backed up, and that may have been due to the employees being more interested in what was being thrown off the roof than helping their customers. The woman who took my order at the speaker did not repeat my order, or say anything other than "pull up to the window". I pull up to the 1st window, I'm informed of my total, and she hands me back my card. Again, no repeat of my order, no receipt. Next window: lady hands me both my bags as she's saying, "have a nice day". I had to ask for my drinks; 2 strawberry watermelon fruit teas. I see one of them sitting on the counter, but when she goes to make the other one, the tea drum was empty. She hurriedly begins to brew a new batch, and pours my drink before the tea started to even percolate and drip into the drum. As you can see by the photo, the two drinks look and taste very different. This annoys me! At this point I'm fed up and I drive off, because the cars behind me have now been waiting a long time. This Wendy's is less than a mile from my house. By the time I got home everything and I mean everything was cold. Ordered 3 double stacks and classic chicken sandwich combo. Only thing I can't complain about being cold is the soda. Frys were Luke warm with that soggy texture from sitting out for too long. Meat patty's on the double stacks were cold and cheese was rubbery with hard buns. Chicken sandwich was like I found it on my floor board the next morning after a night of drinking. Dead serious I'm calling the manager tomorrow and never eating at this location again. Burger King has better food then this location. read more

Wendy's food is meh, it fills you up but not really that good food. I ordered a 4 for $4, the chicken (?) sandwich looked like it came out of the frozen food section of a market. The bread was smashed and the condiments were sparse, if any. As for the fried foods; nuggets and fries. Who can screw that up. One of my BIG pet peeves is the Coke machine. Numerous flavors at one fountain. People can't make their mind up and still can't while at the fountain. The one fountain is a cool gimmick but a pain in the ass Oh and the music, cranked up?? Read an article on the internet this morning about Wendy's fish sandwich how good it is and got #1 out of 10 tested, so the wife and I saddled up and went to this wendy's in la habra BIG MISTAKE first the fish sandwich was excellent as were the fries,but my wife got chili bandit was not good. seemed to be watered down and hardly any beans in it,the restaurant was filthy! Beverage machine was just nasty and the floor has at least two days of spilled beverage there were several dirty tables unattended the whole time we were there the Bathroom stunk so bad couldn't use it the windows inside were filthy and the music was so loud it was impossible to enjoy our meal. Me and my fiance wanted to go get Wendy's. So we checked in Yelp and it says that it closes at 1AM. When we arrived to this particular Wendy's the one located at fullerton at 12:25AM no one was answering the order box. So we pulled up to the window and saw a heavy set caucasian woman. We asked her if we can order but she said that they were closed at 12AM. She was very rude and told us to look at the sign outside the window and to check Yelp as well. And both showed that it closes at 1 AM. We told her that we did check and pointed at the window that it clearly says it closes at 1AM. But she started making excuses that they needed to update their sign which contradicted what she told us in the beginning. Not only that but she said that they've been closed at 12AM since March. read more
