My brother and mother did not like the cold food here, and I have never received good service here. The staff are very rude and impatient and don't care about anything. They seem to love forgetting to include entire sandwiches in orders, and when I filed a complaint with corporate several times and agreed to have the manager of this place contact me, I never was contacted by the manager. Clearly no one here cares about you, your food, or anything. Such a shame - growing up, Wendy's was my favorite (in Eastlake), but the staff here have ruined Wendy's entirely. Oh, well. The night before I am moving out of state and had no food in our house, we decided to eat out. Wendy's is down the street from us so I went there. It wasn't even dinner time yet but I still spent about 20 minutes in the drive thru (the lockdown has people going through the drive thru). I ordered my food and the person taking the order got it correct on the ticket (double NO KETCHUP, NO MAYO. Well, I get home with the food and go to eat it and there is not just KETCHUP but the thing was bloody covered in it. There was no way I was going to be able to eat it. I call the store and the only reason they got 2 stars is because IDA was nice about it but I was asked to come back - told her it wasn't going to happen to please just credit my card but they couldn't do that. I was told I could get a replacement another time but again, moving states at 6am the next morning. Okay, I love their food. But their speed and service needs work. Typically, the drive through at late night is slow. If you walk in, its better- but they close the dine in at like 10:30 or 11:00 and drive through is open till 1am i think. On more occasions than I can count, I have waited anywhere from 15-25 minutes to get though the drive through line late at night just to pick up a melted frosty. Why is it melted? Cuz when you order, they get it ready right there. And then it sits on counter till you car pulls up. Yeah, for 10 minutes it sits there melting when they give it to you. Suggestion: order food. Don't know where to begin but, Ill start by saying that this is my local wendy's & I came in to buy food for the family & I. & the first thing i noticed that the drive thru was packed so I decided to go inside and order. As I was the only customer in line I figured I would get service right away. That didn't happen so moments later a couple walked win some how the guy that noticed me waiting to order decided to skip me and help that couple that just walked in. I raised my shoulders to my ears and hands as he took there order. he noticed me doing my body language and decided to ignore me and continue taking there order. so i waited a few more minutes "Oh" well no big deal. But what really got my is that when I got home 3-4 minute drive. I expect the food to be warm butttt....... no food was cold my 4 year old said "Dad I don't want cold food" when i got to open my bag I swear my food was cold. 6 out of the 8 meals I ordered where cold i'm really annoyed so if this place is busy don't go buying food just go to next burger spot down the street. read more

Well, no wonder. I ordered from Wendy's using Door Dash. So far, the service has been GREAT (shout out to Door Dash), and my orders have been in point! This was my first order from Wendy's. I usually go to the restaurant, but I figured, WTH? I ordered a single with lettuce, tomato, and onion only, a sour cream and chive potato with extra butter, and chili cheese fries. I have ordered from places much farther than this location, and my food was hot and tasty! I give Wendy's two stars ONLY because my food was hot! My burger had cheese and seemed as though it was just out in the bag with no regard as to whether or not it was the right burger...it wasn't! My fries were hot but not even the fries outside of the sauce were crisp. It was like eating chili with French fries in it. Pulled into the parking lot around 1:30, prime Lunch hour time. I had to dig for my wallet so I pulled into a spot to find it before hitting the drive thru. I glanced over my shoulder and saw a line of about 10 cars in the drive thru line. I groaned a little but kept looking for my wallet. After about 2 mins of searching, finding it and putting my car into reverse to get into the long line, the line had VANISHED! I pulled right up to the window, gave my order to the so friendly, might have been too friendly worker(maybe the manager) and then drove right to the window without seeing another car. When I pulled up the girl(not the same as the speaker box person) handed me my drink as she took my card, handed me my bag(of special ordered items like no tomatoes) and then my receipt and said bye within about 45 seconds. So a few weeks back, I decided to eat at wendy's because I haven't ate there in awhile. I got a Dave's double cheese burger. Order was correct, everything looked normal. Next thing I know I'm throwing up uncontrollably. 3 days straight. Turns out I had got food poisoning and it developed into a virus. My wife n kids also start showing symptoms like I did after eating here.! Idk what was going on with the food but something must have went bad. Do not eat at this Wendy's. I've been here a handful of times and they can NEVER get the order correct in the drive-thru. It doesn't matter if its a small order, a medium order, or a large order. They never get it right. And while I Have glanced in the bag to check my order, I hadn't opened up each burger wrapper to make sure what's inside is what I actually ordered. Got to the window to pay with a robotic person grabbing the money, no customer service skills at all! She was having conversation with someone, holding on to my frosty near the window, and said something back to person before giving my order. The other person was in different uniform, darker which usually a manager wears, is still talking to the drive in associate!!! This is not the first time I've seen a worker and a manager having conversation at the drive thru window. Not only are the staff, including managers, unprofessional!...but service is very poor! You don't see to many Wendy's here like you do in the south and midwest. I hope that doesn't deter their corporate initiative from the new branding campaign. The new Wendy's looks more like a hipster lounge than a fast food joint, complete with couches, free WiFi and outside seating. I haven't seen any indicators at this location that this one will, although it is much needed. Nonetheless, it's still my go to spot when I want a fully loaded baked potato. Wendy's is also my 1st choice over Mickey D's. The employees here are unbelievably polite and mannerable. Because of the precarious location at the fork of the freeway entry and exit, the driveway can easily be missed. If you miss it you're pretty much screwed. The best way to enter is to use driveway at IHOP and cross through the parking lot. read more
