Terrible. Just terrible. Person on the intercom for drive thru was extremely rude and was extremely hard to understand. Order in front of us took about 10-15 minutes to fulfill. After repeating the beverage ordered about 3 times, the beverage was not included in my order! Along with 4 other sandwiches I hadn't even mentioned! During payment, the man at the register held my card for about 5 minutes! I don't know about you but that is just suspicious! Honestly so bad. I'm not one to get mad but this experience was extremely frustrating. I waited for 30 minutes when there was only 4 cars in front of me. Then after repeating what I had multiple times at the window they still messed it up. I specifically said I don't want meals just the burger. Before driving away I asked, "I wasn't charged for meals correct." She said, "Well you didn't ask for them so you won't be charged for them." Somehow my total was 26$ for 2 5$ burgers. This location has the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. 80% of the times I had went, they got my order wrong one way or another. I've had employees give me attitude when I asked them for an item they forgot to give me. I've specifically asked for an ingredient to be added or removed and they always charge me for it and never make the customization. The employees are super rude, mess up all the time, and never treat the customer with respect. Just came back from Wendys ordered 2 pretzel bacon pub burgers a med frie and 4 pc chicken nugget. 1st it would help if you had staff on register that know what they are doing. 2nd the pretzel bacon pub burgers did not have any cheese sauce on them and onion rings and bacon were burnt. We very rarely eat fast food but we've lived close by for 21 years so we've come here for a quick bite a few times thru the years. A year or so ago they renovated the outside and it looks a lot nicer now. If you want a fancy gourmet burger, pick a different place or make it yourself. It's not just this Wendy's, it's any of them. This one does serve a fresh salad with big hunks of chicken and cheese. The chocolate frosties are good. Otherwise it's just fast food. This is the slowest Wendy's restaurant I have ever been to. The drive thru is so slow that it can take 15 minutes to get your order. It would be faster to go sit down at IHOP next door. If my family and I are going to have fast food we always opt for Wendys because the food is always fresh and tastes delicious. Not particularly fond of this location though. The line is always long and slow to get through and every single table in the place is always dirty every visit. Today we requested a rag to clean our own table and the cashier offered to do it for us. The floor always has food and trash as well. It may be that today they are short staffed but our last visit there were 3 wendys workers all on break in the dining area at the same time eating and chatting so maybe they are not scheduling breaks properly. Anyhow the place needs more frequent cleanings. Tables shouldnt have to be cleaned by request and food and spills should be cleaned up promptly. read more

Just went to this location to grab some dinner for the kids and myself. Ordered two kids meals with one extra burger each and a Bacon Jalepeno burger with a lettuce wrap. Got home to find we did not get any kids drinks and were missing one of the extra burgers. My burger, which was supposed to come with a whole slew of toppings, had only the beef patties, bacon, and cheese on lettuce.
