this place is so gross and poorly run. i went to order a fry and a large water at the drive thru. $3.01 long story short, i was handed a diet coke instead of a water, asked twice if i was sure i ordered water and not soda, and never got my fries. for such a simple order, it was surprising they managed to get that wrong. on top of the failed order, the woman doing the drinks was wearing a mask that didn't even cover her nose, so she was breathing all over everyone's drinks... there was a woman walking around behind her (i assume she's was working the kitchen/food station) and she also had a mask that was not covering her nose at all. so disgusting. i ended up paying $3.01 for a water that i didn't drink and fries that i never got. so gross. so awful. someone from wendy's needs to go check in on this place and update the management. read more

We just came here and while there was no line in the drive thru and we got our food quick I can kinda see why. We ordered and by the time we drove to window they had are food ready to go out the window not even a minute after we ordered. The food had no flavor at all, was cold, can tell it had been sitting there for at least half an hour from how bad the fries were and the burger was the worst I've ever had, I couldn't even more than two bites of it. Especially if you were shopping at the stores that surround it, or driving down Crown Valley Parkway in need of a cheap and fast meal. You don't have to be close to see the enormous neon sign of a freckled redheaded girl in pigtails inviting you to come in with her smile. Or to see the once cherry walls are now faded and cracked. Saggy and old, the building is basically falling apart. The windows are covered in bright ads with pictures of countless burgers that heighten your expectations, only to be disappointed because the burger you bought looks nothing like it. It's never extremely busy, but there is normally a decent line around noon. One of their signature items is obviously the frosty. Sent straight from heaven, this creamy chocolate dessert is the perfect way to finish your meal. Wendy's frosty is flawless by itself, but it can also serve as a replacement for ranch. Dipping warm fries in an icy frosty is easily one of the most magnificent decisions you can ever make. The sugary sweetness of the frosty mixed with the saltiness of the fries is an impeccable combination you never thought needed. And that's not even the best of it- you can get yourself a yummy frosty for as little as ninety-nine cents! Nothing on Wendy's menu can compare to the deliciousness and superiority of the frosty. Another fan favorite is the six dollar Baconator. With its gimmicky square patty, two slices of american cheese, three strips of bacon, and some mayo and ketchup not-so-perfectly placed in between two droopy buns, this burger is disappointing and a whopping 123% of the daily sodium intake. For as little as $1.69, you can order Wendy's fries. I guess I appreciate how they're unique from any other fast food chain, since they leave the potato skins on them. Dipping the pleasantly warm fries in ranch is definitely the way to go. Pairing Wendy's creamy ranch with their fries is the only way I've found to hide the saltiness of them. I have to scrape the salt off of the fries because, like the Baconator, it's simply too much. Floppy and limp, the fries remind me of the plant I forgot to water for three months. They also serve chili fries and cheese fries, so you have a variety of types to choose from. In a nutshell, Wendy's fries are edible, but nothing special compared to what other fast food chains serve. Wendy's is like a porta-potty, you go there when you absolutely need to, but it's definitely not your first choice. With cheap prices, fast service, hours from 6:30am to midnight, and low quality food, I'll probably find myself at a Wendy's every so often. Besides the fact that even their masks don't hide the fact that the employees would rather be literally anywhere else, the service isn't too bad. The employees rarely smile, but they don't take long to serve your food, and they almost never get orders wrong. Overall, my experience at Wendy's has never been completely unenjoyable. Except for that one time when I walked in to pick up an order and the floors were so greasy, I looked like a newborn giraffe trying to take its first steps. After taking my money they refused to provide lettuce and tomato like in the advertised picture. Other Wendy's provided a 1/4 inch thick tomato and 1/4 inch lettuce overflowing the bun, like in their advertising picture. The chicken patty tasted and appeared old as if it had been sitting and the food was lukewarm not hot as in other Wendy's. Ok so I live close by to this Wendys and have stopped by to grab something quick to eat. EVERY time that i visit here they screw my order up, the first time they forgot the fries and soda in my sons kids meal, nect time they gave my son water instead of sprite, how can you screw that up but what really made me mad this time was when I ordered extra pickles on his hamburger and they gave him red onions, come on now how can you screw that up, and on a kids hamburger. My wife and I have used the drive thru at this wendys off and on for quite a while. At first it was one of the better wendys we'd eaten at, but wow, has it gone down hill. Stopped there for lunch this morning. Again we used the drive thru. Ordered a couple of junior bacon cheeseburgers, an asiago ranch chicken sandwich, 1 order of fries, and a medium root beer. Let's just go down the line. The root beer wasn't mixed right I guess because my wife and I took one sip each and that was it. Really bad taste. Next up, the fries. We were planning on snacking on those on the drive home, but they were cold, limp and had NO salt on them. Horrible. Next up, my wife's junior bacon cheese burgers. She ate part of one of them because she was really hungry, but both of the burgers were pretty much ice cold. And finally, my asiago ranch chicken sandwich. It also was cold, no cheese was on it and was so dry I honestly believe it had been left over the night before. I ate about half of it because like my wife, I was really hungry. Not a single part of this order was correct. This was around 11am this morning, and they weren't busy at all, so it's not like they had to rush around to get things done. There's no excuse for this. Virtually every one of the things we got, we tossed. If I could give this a zero stars I would. Piss poor service like this only happens because management allows it. Well got the combo, 5 piece nugget, small frosty.... missed the burger they charged me for and wrong size frosty and one nugget. Not driving all he way back because I simply just don't have the time.
