And the restroom here is very clean so that's always a plus, especially for people with a fear of public restrooms (me!). Recently tried their Frosty again after many years and really liked it. since when is a JUNIOR FROSTY (smaller than my fist) two dollars and fifteen cents?? prior to this drive through experience i went to Wendy's out of convenience since it was on the way home for dinner for myself & my five year old daughter.. it was almost $30!! for a small combo meal for me & a kids meal for her!! i know there are other factors but wow that is outrageous.. would be halfway ok w it if the food was decent.. nope! didn't even finish my burger it had zero flavor & faint memories of differing textures at best.. they also forgot my sauce for my daughter's nuggets.. parents usually get fast food to make life easier.. well if something as simple as sauce i ordered at the speakers & again at the window is too much to hope to receive count me out! what a complete waste. i made her dinner at home. btw this is my first & only one star review, i'm not one of those people. read more

This was a hard review for me to write. It seemed that for every positive there was a negative or two. Case in point: my seasoned fries were hot. My server was not . Not Friendly that is. I guessed there was somewhere she'd rather be on a beautiful sunny Southern Sunday morning than serving me breakfast. The service was a bit slow. It took a bit longer than what I'm used to waiting BUT my potatoes were hot, as was my coffee, and my sausage biscuit was not sloppily assembled. The lobby was clean and inviting BUT, the AC Was too cold. The price reasonable, when I realized bidenomics place a BIG part in the price. The restroom was clean, but needed a touch up. It claimed to be a Men's restroom BUT, it lacked a urinal, making it a transgender restroom in my humble opinion. One downside was that the app did not have biscuits and gravy which is what I really wanted. BUT I did enjoy the sausage egg and cheese biscuit, seasoned fries and my Froffee (a small coffee, 4 creamers , 1 yellow sweetener with a small chocolate Frosty dumped in). I stopped in this location while on an aimless unplanned roadtrip. I wouldn't drive out of my way to come here again, but if I was ever in the area I'd consider a revisit to see if I was here on a bad day. At this point I can't recommend it, BUT I can't not recommend as well. You'll have to check it out to see if they're having a better day than when I visited. If you go in and are only interested in a decent breakfast and have no concerns about fast friendly service you should be happy. read more

Love this Wendy's. Easy street access. Plenty of parking and drive thru is easy. large variety of food. I love that they have baked potatoes, and they are good. I of course get the baconator, always well done, fresh, plenty of bacon, cheese. Got two kid's meals yesterday. Kids gobbled up the fries, plenty of them and well-cooked and seasoned, the cheeseburgers were also gobbled up. The little cups of Sprite were just enough for them. Had ice in them and were very cold. The big draw was the little potato head people. Got two in each meal and all different. I also love the Dave's burger. Ok I just love their food. Fresh, hot and correct. Employees are friendly and happy and always get my orders right. Best place ever. Cobb salad is wonderful and Cinnabon pull a parts and Frosties. This Wendy's is consistently disappointing and easily the worst in Orange County. Every visit comes with issues--unhelpful, rude staff who show no flexibility or care for customers. On my last visit, I waited 3 minutes at the drive-thru window only to find my three sandwiches were already prepared and just sitting on the counter inside. I had to go in myself to retrieve them, adding an unnecessary 8-minute wait to my order. The lack of communication and poor service make this location a nightmare. Avoid if you can! read more

HORRIBLE customer service! I received an email from Wendy's granting me a free 6 pc chicken nuggets through the app. I stopped by the Wendy's @ 28961 Golden Lantern, LN & placed my order while in the parking lot. I tried adding the 6 pc chicken nuggets to my order, but was being charged $2.99. At first I thought that this would be corrected on the final screen, but it was not. I navigated throughout the app and could not find a mention about my anniversary nuggets. I then tried the link in the original email, but came to the same result. 15 minutes of typing and no luck. Next, I walked into the restaurant and asked for help with the app. The female cashier went to get the person in charge, an Hispanic woman, who then told me that I needed to put in "The code." I told her there wasn't a code and showed her the email. She walked away. Seriously, she walked away! I never raised my voice and her attention span lasted maybe 15 seconds. End result, I wasted 15-20 minutes of my time and left without any food. At the VERY least, they could have simply given me the 6 pc nuggets with my order. Food here is garbage. Fries are tiny like In-n-Out and the burger looked like something I used to get at my first grade cafeteria. Customer service is appalling. We ordered a two for $6 and clearly stated that when we ordered. We get to the window and she had charged us $12 for two. We pointed it out and she starts verbally assaulting us. Insisting we hadn't mentioned the 2 for 6 so she decided to charge us $12. Not once in my life have I ordered a two for deal or anything similar without automatically getting the deal price. I know 100% we mentioned it because I was even talking about it to my friend as we pulled up. Did she think I wouldn't notice she was robbing me and charging me double? Wouldn't go back if they were handing out bags of money with every order. And the argument went on for probably two minutes with no apology. I was about to be that guy you see on insta that climbs through the window. I voiced my outrage via their contact form and asked for an email back. Two weeks ago and still nothing. It really defeats the purpose and the ease of ordering if I can't pick it up from the drive-thru. On a more positive note, I do love their baconator breakfast sandwich. After reading a review of filet of fish sandwiches on Apple News, I decided to try the highly rated Wendy's version. OMG! $6.79 plus tax for a very small hamburger bun. I was so shocked by how unprofessional the staff is here at this location. I asked to speak to a manager about the employee at the counters bad conduct. And the manager was just as rude. He told me "maybe I should learn to speak Spanish" I was completely shocked and offended by this remark, being that both my parents are Mexican. How should I start this... I am old! So old that I grew up on Wendy's, when Wendy's was the third front runner to McDonald's and Taco Bell. With that being said, I have a decent amount of appreciation for what, I feel, is pretty unhealthy food. But honestly who doesn't love a frosty with fries. With that appreciation and not feeling my best, I went to this Wendy's again for the 2nd time this week (is that judgement I feel?) and I feel compelled to say - I love this location - simply for the beyond amazing customer service I alway receive. Honestly the food often is the high side of mediocre at best, but the staff here are always so wonderfully kind. I have a family of six with picky eaters, so I can only imagine I am a pain in the drive thru. Yet every time I go here, even with my family yelling changes and refusing to give me their orders and all the chaos that is my order, the patience and kindness of the staff is outstanding! this place is so gross and poorly run. i went to order a fry and a large water at the drive thru. $3.01 long story short, i was handed a diet coke instead of a water, asked twice if i was sure i ordered water and not soda, and never got my fries. for such a simple order, it was surprising they managed to get that wrong. on top of the failed order, the woman doing the drinks was wearing a mask that didn't even cover her nose, so she was breathing all over everyone's drinks... there was a woman walking around behind her (i assume she's was working the kitchen/food station) and she also had a mask that was not covering her nose at all. so disgusting. i ended up paying $3.01 for a water that i didn't drink and fries that i never got. so gross. so awful. someone from wendy's needs to go check in on this place and update the management. read more
