I live about two minutes away from this Wendy's and avoid it at all costs. Every now and again I'll try and forget their transgressions and attempt them again. Popped in here for a quick breakfast after my sons soccer game and before we ran a few weekend errands. We hit the drive thru and it was pretty fast, but they did mess up our order. We ordered a two for two, biscuit sandwich and two croissant sandwiches, but they gave us all biscuits. They still tasted ok, pretty salty, but they did the trick and filled us up. We hardly eat fast food as it is and with the ordered being messed up and the salt bomb biscuits, I doubt we would return. read more

The fry's are advertised as hot and crispy and they were the same undercooked, soggy fries they have always been. I asked for no cheese on my burger and cheese. When I asked for fries that were cooked and a hamburger without cheese the cranky old lady threw the hamburger in the trash can an proceed to argue with me about cheese and crispy French fries. Inside there are three touch screens to order your food, the staff generally are hovering around but don't want to serve you direct. At screen number 2 I start to order my food. It continually locks up and freezes. I abandon touching lightly and start to tap my finger firmly. Still nothing happens. Now I am getting truly frustrated and I've stood and this ridiculous screen for a good 3 minutes. The old lady cleaning tables walks past me and tells me this screen does not work "Great" I've just wasted my time. I now move to the screen next to the cash register and I order a single with Mayo and no pickles. Simple yes? Well no. The food is up and I sit down. My burger has pickles. I return to the front counter and tell the man that the order is wrong and it has pickles. He argues with me? Then he throws the food away and another burger appears. Its a double minus pickles with everything. It's totally wrong BUT it is pickle free. The mistake was mine. The touch screen only REDUCES the pickles if you touch it, it does not eliminate them. No-where I can see on the screen during the ordering process that states this is the case. I guess the pickles are mandatory. YUK! These touch screens are a joke. It slows the ordering process down by 200%, it is confusing and not intuitive and I do not think its hygienic either. Simply put, this idea is a pain in the rear. I regretted picking this location altogether. Forcing technology onto customers to eliminate people who need a job is heartless and it only serves to alienate older people, not used to this technology, that is not ready for prime time. The staff were so friendly! The man greeting me in the drive thru was pleasant and so nice! The service was quick. very much appreciated!

Just terrible....how is it possible that everything in a fast food order is cold? Dining in with 8 people & received food in a collection of paper bags, rather than just on a tray. In doing that, they gave part of our order to the people behind us. Then took it back & gave it to us. We never got a receipt. The only highlight was that Nick at the cashiers spot was super nice & delivered a hilarious joke when we walked in. That was spot on! Everything else missed the mark by about 300 miles. If you're on the market for a cold slimy burger & have two hours to kill while you wait for Wendy's to reheat a frozen patty, this place is for you! If not, steer CLEAR. read more

I can say with certainty Wendy's don't miss, I got the 5 biggie bag and it was most certainly bussin, the Bacon double stack was everything you want in a fast food burger, the patty was nice and flavorful, the cheese and bacon work together to add a wonderful crisp and delightful flavor. I was in the area last Tuesday around 1 pm. Hungry and in a hurry and Wendy's was on my right going back to I-40. I went through the drive thru. Got a single, small fries and small Fanta. With out a doubt it was the best Wendy's meal I have had in years! Burger was fresh, tender, not cooked to death and hot. Bun was fresh and soft. Stopped by drive thru at 11:45 pm 09.10.18- These guys are on top of it- I ordered 2 Dave's doubles and fries- got to the pay window super friendly lady- then the food window again super friendly and ask did I need anything else and was very kind, the orders were in separate bags which made me happy. Love it great food... I don't recommend going after 9:30 pm because they are trying to close at 10pm... And don't show up at 11am to 2:30pk because it's extremely busy and if you have a limited amount of time it's very full... You'll wait about 30 mins before you can get your order taken... There really is a lot people there at that time... But overall I like eating there as well as hang out... I also don't recommend going threw the drive threw after 11pm because (again) they are trying to close but the service is still great at that time! read more

For starters I walk in just to smell something horrendous , it was horrible and almost made me lose my appetite. After I ordered (on the slow ipads) I was watching for my food and as I watched them scoop my fries with there UNGLOVED hands. I was disgusted. That is out of code, none of them had a pair of gloves on. I don't know where there nasty hands have been and i don't want them touching my food . You know what's awesome about this place? Nothing. I've only been here twice and I never will come back. The first time I tolerated the slowness because someone else was buying me a Baconator and my motto is: "Never turn down free food." Especially if it's a Baconator. The second time I went, I was by myself as well as using my own money. It took a really long time to get my order in as one of the cashier's mom came in, cut in line and started ordering half the menu for herself. When my turn finally came, I ordered a Baconator and baked potato (weird craving I sometimes have). I waited a good while for my order to be ready, then my order sat there behind the remaining cashier (the one whose mom had ordered had just clocked out). It sat there for nearly five minutes. While I was waiting, the cashier that'd clocked out walked by me and a few other people waiting and said, "I wish I could help you but I was told to clock out. Sorry!" She didn't sound sorry at all. How about not say anything, okay? In all, it took half an hour to get my Baconator and baked potato. Half an hour. And the Baconator tasted weird. Don't screw up my Baconator! read more

I've never that I can remember had a bad experience here. They're close to my house and we frequent there at about 1 time a week. They're always kind and friendly and I've never had a wrong order. Occasionally a short wait during peak times, but we go back because of the friendliness and quality. read more

they UNDERCOOKED MY CHICKEN NUGGETS.they was soggy with bones in them.i was very disappointed when i came home to these sad nuggets.

i love wendy's but was sadly disappointed tonight. i went through the drive through to get a 50 piece chicken nugget meal for me and my family at the wendy's in lebanon. they were COMPLETELY raw and not safe to eat so we had to go to a different wendy's. i'm very upset. read more
