This is a regular pit-stop for weekend trips. This Wendys has an outdoor eating area which was nice during the pandemic and is still nice when the mood strikes. The restaurant is conveniently just off Rt 2 in a plaza with a dollar tree, and home goods. Also across the street from one of the cheapest car washes I've ever seen. The only memorable problem we've had here is that one time we stopped early for breakfast - the sign said the dining room was closed and to use the drive through. We sat.... and sat... and then went elsewhere. That's a one off though. Otherwise the food is typical wendy's the speed of service is typical fast food and the service generally unremarkable... Which, honestly, is pretty good for a fast food chain! They've only let us down once that I can remember and that's pretty good. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We ordered through the kiosk in the lobby. I was very clear in specifying what I wanted on my burger using the selections provided. AND THEY STILL MESSED IT UP. But suffice it to say, their staggering inability to follow simple instructions makes one wonder how they are capable of living on their own and not a group home environment. My boyfriend ordered through mobile order in the drive through because the line was long, they ask us at the mic about the mobile order everything's fine. we get to the window and they say they don't have it, i show the receipt and they again say they don't have it and that we have the wrong address so we look to see if it's our mistake and it was not. shows address on receipt. so we leave the window because they kept saying they didn't have our food. we get back in line and he calls the number and explains our situation, the girl from the window answers the phone and is now back tracking what she said at the window saying she never said any of that and angrily hangs up the phone after telling us to go back through the drive through. we aren't satisfied with this service. we understand that it's 1 am and everyone wants to go home. i try to treat everyone with respect because you never know what someone is going through. she kept having me repeat myself and i didn't want to raise my voice because i didn't want her thinking i was angry we were just confused. we were being as nice as possible while also being frustrated that they weren't believing us with proof. we've gone here before and had no problem but tonight we did and its very unfortunate. read more

Wow. All the 1 star reviews?? Seriously folks - this isn't Legal Seafood. Went here twice over the weekend to feed a frosty craving. I have that key fob thingy that gives you a free junior frosty with any order all year long. I actually have 2 of those key fob thingies. The only "screw up" - they gave me small frosties for free instead of junior frosties. Wait time was minimal. They put straws spoons and napkins in the bag without me having to ask. They put fries and nuggets in one bag and frosties in a separate bag. Bathroom was clean. read more

I had cash but they didn't even give me the opportunity to pay in cash. They yell "we can't keep giving people free food". Then just left me there with the window closed ignoring me. It's my fault as a customer to continue to support this location by coming back after each bad experience. The restaurant is filthy! 3/4 of the tables were empty when we arrived and all were dirty. The bathroom had no toilet paper, no paper towels, and the trash was over flowing. There was no ketchup in the dispenser. The soda machine was spraying every where. There is dust everywhere. Our order was placed wrong. We addressed the issue and still our order came out wrong. Not to mention the amount of time it took to get it fixed. (It was a Jr. bacon cheeseburger) From what I can see this location has an externally high demand of foot traffic and not enough employees to keep up. read more

We sent the boss for a quick nugget run because Wendy's is our go-to. Ordered (4) 10pc. nuggets, and a large fry. Not the most difficult order. Two of the nuggets had 10pcs. One of them had 9 pcs. Over the weekend I went in with my S.O. and my daughter. I ordered 4 items and between the cashier and the manager there were 4 screw ups. The manager couldn't do basic math and did not finish the entire transaction when the cashier initially messed up. We were never greeted or thanked and I was personally treated like I was trying to get something for nothing when I asked for the small cup I ordered and paid for and also the salad dressing that went with the salad ordered. I absolutely loved this place I go here quite often with my mom and brothers they always get the order right and are very nice! I believe that most of the reviews were fake. But this place is very nice and the bathrooms are always pretty on point. Of course the bathrooms are going to be dirty because some people are disgusting and dirty it. I visited this location yesterday with my mother and daughter. The manager took our order and another manager filled our order however he was talking to someone the whole time and I had to keep redirecting him back to filling our order, I was even surprised when a woman who seemed to be a higher up manager came and interrupted him from filling out order to talk with him. It was very unprofessional the conversation could have waited until we got our food. I had to keep asking for things as he kept trying to give us our order incomplete. The restaurant was empty and I counted 6 employees behind the counter two of which were managers in addition to the female manager walking around with notebooks and a binder. Upon entering the dining room we were amazed to find not one clean table in the place and many tables had trash under them and on the floor around them and a couple tables with trash on them. Not until they heard me say something did they send someone to clean the dining room. I also found it unprofessional for employees as well as the female manager to be yelling and talking loudly across the room to each other . Upon leaving I noticed the drive they also had trash under the menu boards outside and in the drive thru's themselves. I will not visit this location again. read more
