Absolutely terrible experience. I pulled up to the drive-thru and was told to wait. I waited about 20 minutes before asking if they were ready to take my order, and the employee responded very rudely with, "No." After waiting another 10 minutes, they finally took my order. When I got to the window, the employee shouted my total at me instead of speaking politely. Then, after all that waiting, I was handed four completely melted Frostys for my family. They were basically liquid and not even edible. I paid for a product that should have been served properly, and by the time I got home, they were a complete mess. I understand places get busy, but there's no excuse for making customers wait around 30 minutes, treating them rudely, and serving food in that condition. This was one of the worst drive-thru experiences I've ever had, and I definitely won't be returning to this location. read more

I sat at the intercom waiting for a server for 20 mimutes just for no response and a random man yelling at me to pull to window then when I am the window there is still no type of service as I see workers laughing and talking while I'm sitting there waiting. 0 stars never going back do not recommend . read more

Waited 10 minutes to place an order. Then it took 10 minutes to get order that didn't include cups for drinks or one of our fries. Meanwhile there were customers that came in after us who got their food first. Someone else waited 30 minutes while we were there for a mobile order. They got part of order and had to wait 15 more minutes to get the rest of the order. Horrible staff, no efficiency. There is no speed but SLOW here!!! The only thing good about this place was the music playing in the background. Just a quick rest stop for me on a long drive. The cashier was not friendly at all. Clearly she hated her job. Maybe I would too if I worked there. It seemed like she was in pain serving me....may be it was just me though since I am not one of the locals. Food was average. I have tried to be patient with this restaurant. But they continue to get my orders wrong and totally not prepare stuff the way it should be. I constantly order my wife's Burgers without cheese both in the store and in the window intercom. They continuously do not listen to what you say. I ordered a big bacon classic and they gave me a jalapeno classic. I tried ordering a half and half large iced tea or just a dash of lemonade and I got a sweet tea. I asked for ketchup and I did not give me some so I had to go back. And a big bacon classic usually has tomatoes and pickles I had to go get them also. Upay 10 or more dollars for every big Burger combo on the menu. They should give you what you order! Because the food here is not cheap. If you are going to charge $10 a combo you need to put stuff on the burgers the right way. If someone doesn't want cheese you need to listen. And if somebody orders half sweet half unsweet with a little lemonade it shouldn't be a problem. Because you already have raspberry lemonade and all kinds of other concoctions that y'all sale. There is no competition in town with the Cook-Out restaurant right next door. Whoever is in management here you need to get people that listen to the intercom and fulfill the ticket orders properly. Most of the big burgers should automatically come with two tomatoes and at least three to four pickle slices and at least three onion rings. No less than 2. And at least two good-sized Leafs of lettuce. Come on people are paying over $10 a piece for your combos it's time that you start offering fresh good burgers. Also I ordered the large fry. They placed a small box of fries in a large container. This is totally unacceptable. Please go back to the foundation of Wendy's and make quality a recipe. If I could give a zero I would. Clearly this Wendy's location is being ran into the ground. The management seems to be looking for the most incompetent people around to staff the restaurant. I ordered food from their app today at 6:00. I live 15 mins from this location and arrived shortly after 6. An associate was standing out front smoking with her strung out boyfriend while I was waiting in the drive thru line. There were 4 cars in front of me however it took 45 mins to get to the order screen. After waiting for 5 mins before the associate spoke to me I let them know I have an online order. They told me to pull around and so I did..where I found "Wendy" the smoker taking orders. It took them another 10 mins to prepare my order once I got to the window. Keep in mind they have known about my order for over an hour now. The staff we care free, laughing and joking around. They could care less that 8 cars pulled off while I was sitting there. I expressed my frustration with "Wendy" and her response was "sorry we are short staffed". I get that happens from time to time however my last 2 visits to this location have been the same. You don't have to be fully staffed to care and the staff at this location clearly do not. This location will not continue to stay open with service like this. read more

I'm only going with one star because you can't go 0 stars. The place is DIRTY. Trash flowing out of most of the trash cans. The staff was just having a good time behind the counter. Cashier told us she would be right with us. But not before cutting some food up to give to a cat outside at the drive thru speaker. On the up side she did wash her hands when she came back in to wait on us. Another young lady was smoking inside at the back door. I think Ole Dave would turn over in his grave if he was able to see this monstrosity of a restaurant and Wendy should be ashamed of herself letting this place go to hell like it is. It's a Wendy's. Recently remodeled. Employees are fine, food is fine. In the summer it's 60 degrees inside, in the winter it's 90. They did get the wifi straightened out finally. read more

One of my new found favorites...the Apple Pecan Salad. OMG! It is so good. I use to be the biggest fan of Olive Garden's salad, but this I believe tops that. It is so sweet and wonderful it's like eating a meal and a dessert at once. You've got to try it. I get one at least once a week at my local Wendy's in Lexington. read more

I wanted to give this place no stars. I clearly had the same cashier as the first reviewer. She said ma'am and sir but it was only said to appear as though she was being friendly. I said this to bee as well. It was a horrible experience from the start and the food wasn't even correct. I ordered a plain cheeseburger, I got a bacon cheeseburger! I don't eat any pork.
